Had tech Charlie out, I needed a new unit due to the hail damage, their install team of Chuck & Kenny were the fastest install team I have seen and unit is up working keeping it 75* in the house while it gets 100 * outside. Everyone there was great I will make Hays Cooling & Heating our go to guys!!!!!!!

After having Hobaica install a new HVAC unit a few years ago, I have had them service the unit twice a year.  In every instance, the serviceman has been prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Newer to Phoenix and very pleased with their prompt responsive service.  First trip they serviced our older furnace / AC and got it in tip-top shape.  Signed up for Gold service on second roof top unit for fall / spring tune ups.  Eric is very friendly and took time to answer questions.

I recently had both Ralph and Corey over to install a Halo system and do a plumbing check. I was having problems in my basement. Ralph diagnosed a bad sump pump. He gave me a price, I decided to wait to see how the other work went, afterall this was an expensive repair. After getting to know Ralph and Corey, I felt comfortable letting them work on my sump pump. Ralph ordered the part, and scheduled the install for the next day. I needed to be at work, and could not open the place up. I gave Ralph a garage door code as well as my alarm code. That is how much I knew I could trust him. Owning a service business myself, I know how hard it is to find people that you can trust. Ralph is definitely one of those people. He got the job done as promised. I probably did pay a little more then I had to, but Ralph made it worth the extra expense. He understands the value of good quality customer service. The next morning we had no hot water. Ralph came right out and took care of the issue. We had some air in the lines that was preventing the entire house from getting hot water.

I am so conflicted with Proskill my wife had reached out to them multiple times and received the usual canned answers on questions to invoice and cost.  Only when a poor review was posted did the owner of the company get involved and took control of the situation actually writing me a personal note which I sincerely appreciate.

My confliction is that I wonder how many poor reviews are left and then the owner has to follow up and clean up the issues.  Are all these 5 star reviews really real?  

I do believe the owners the of this company went above and beyond in addressing my concerns.  Their follow up was impeccable and provided a solution to my concerns.  I personally just wish that this situation never had to get this far.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Had a new AC unit installed. I initially met with the owner of the company, John. He provided us with clear information and helped us get the right unit for our property without selling us stuff we didn't need. Great sense of humor too!

The day of installation, the installers were prompt, professional, and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up their mess when they were done! Manny, Luis, Fredy, and Beto did an excellent job! Definitely hire and use this company! 100% satisfied customer!

If you need plumbing or sewer repair this is the company to use!!!  A plumbing company told me I needed $20,000 worth of repairs.  Contacted Eric and he was amazing.   He recommended I hire an independent Camera Company to check out my pipes and see what was going on.  Basically what showed up from the video was that I didn't need as extensive work done as the first plumbing company that quoted me the huge amount.  Eric was professional very knowledgeable and did the job to fix my sewer line for $4000.  Thank you thank you.

I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule quickly and paying the invoice via apple pay was very convenient. I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. They'll definitely be the first call for future plumbing issues.

Sam the Plumber was fantastic!  Changed out a water heater for me.  He Called to let me know he could Showed up early on a Sunday!!! Professional and cleaned up everything!  Excellent I have all ready given his name to 2 people and will use him ONLY from now on!  Sam's my plumber!!! And he also does a/c!  5 stars!!!

My technician, Aaron was great. He was pleasant to work with, was able to diagnose and fix my a/c problem with no hassle!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

While removing a PVC to copper irrigation system the PVC broke off leaving PVC threads inside the copper fitting. We couldn't remove it. It was 4:30pm on Monday. Our water was off and we couldn't turn it back on without capping the copper pipe. We called these guys and Tony took the call. He was at our house in 20 minutes and replaced the copper fitting. We got our water back on by 6:15. Great attitude. Great service. Great all around. Thanks so much for your good work.

The tech was knowledgeable and friendly however I felt the up sell of additional services I did not need.  It cost $699 for 2 pounds of freon and to clean the blower. Afterward I spoke to my contractor who told me that price was ridiculously and I was taken.  I should have known the prices were off when I was quote $11K to 22K for a new HVAC system.

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

Luckily it is only in the 90s and not 100s. (Said Dripping with sarcasm and sweat). Been waiting 5 days for Chas Robert's to show up and service 2 Lennox air-conditioners, that keep leaking coolant. Great for the environment. This will be the 4th time in 18 months, if someone shows up! Made appointment Wednew day between 7:00 pm and midnight. Not convenient for us, but we waited up, to be phoned right before midnight to say our appointment would not be honored. Next appointment Friday between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm and still a no show at 4:50 pm. Not a fan of this company, or Lennox!
