Best Toilet Repair in Phoenix AZ

Called these folks because other companies proposals were all over the board in price. We were in an emergency situation no ac on 100 degree day. Their response was that they would come look at it to make a proposal for a FEE of 98 dollars. Never use these thieves!!

My wife and I had our roof and A/C replaced after the Hail Storm a couple years ago, I have to say I was hesitant to use Hobaica to start with, my wifes father uses them and has been happy, he is loyal to a fault, I on the other hand more skeptical. SO we got quotes from a couple places and settled on Hobaica, After we received our quote I tried contacting them and it took over a week to get a response. But when I mentioned this they apologized and it didn't happen again. Now we are on a service plan with them and I am literally unimpressed. Nothing wrong per say but just lacking that service first mentality. They did a good job with our A/C unit so that part was okay, there communication needs work and the service guys should at least appear to care about the people they cannot sell anything to. Overall I cannot say I would recommend them to anyone but as long as my unit is under warranty I am stuck with them.  

They do offer a free filter every month if you are willing to pick it up from their office, and when they service it they do replace the filter which is nice

After living in a newer home in Ahwatukee for 10.5 years (with hardly any issues), we just moved into a lovely older home with mature vegetation.  On our first night in the home, the base of the downstairs toilet starting leaking and flooded the bathroom floor. Turning off the water to the house did not help.  I found Day & Night Plumbing through Yelp and called them around 12:30a.m.  An on-call plumber (Jason Jossy) promptly called us back, and told us that it was probably a back-up in the sewer line.  He instructed us on how to stop the overflow, and asked if we wanted him to stop by at that time, or first thing in the morning.  He arrived on time the next morning (a Sunday no less), was very pleasant, and had our problem fixed within 45 minutes.  The problem was caused by roots in the sewer line.  Jason also gave us some ideas on how to manage future issues from the roots, and what to look for in the house/plumbing that would give us an idea that the roots were back in the sewer line.  Thank you again Jason!!

AC by J is awesome! My AC went out and Manny showed up on couple of hours later. In AZ, that is very important! He fixed my issue and showed me a few things that might be an issue in the near future. He was very nice and helpful and the price was very reasonable. I greatly appreciate all of their help and professionalism. I would recommend them to everyone!

Chance promptly sent his top guy Eric C. to check out my system and advise on expanding my system to help with cooling and heating in an addition to our home.  Eric was awesome!  not only checked out the system and gave an honest estimate on the addition but discovered some issues and several problems with the existing system.  He was able to correct the issues and get our system running top notch.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Consumers , I am a very positive person and will always give people and companies props if they are a good person or company. but, I would be very cautious if you thinking about using this company. I bought a new a/c unit from them in April 2016 and the unit costs in the neighborhood of 8000 plus .. My unit has been running hot this summer so I had a summer check done for 69 dollars from another a/c company. Canyon State serviced the unit the first two years and this year I used another ac company.  This   other company  found  the unit to be short 2 pounds of freon .That cost me 200 dollars. The tech told me it may be a possible coil leak ,( which is a major problem and costs a small fortune to fix). This should not happen after 4 years . I called Canyon State and told them the issue, and there response was we can send a tech over for 75 dollars to make a diagnosis.What they fail to tell you is its another couple hundred  to find leak and then the labor runs over 1000!! All this $$ for a 4 year old unit.. They never mention or say thank you for your purchase lets get that diagnosed, or sorry for you inconvenience  we will send a tech and see how we can help. Bottom line is  once they have your money they forget customer service. I will be contacting Trane and filling them in on my issue and will never use this company again . Very Disappointed in this company.

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

Great experience with this company. Our AC / Heater went out and they came out the same day. So happy Chris came out and took great care of us. He figured out right away what the problem was and our system was back up and running in no time. So glad i called them.

Excellent service! Robert was ahead of schedule, which worked great for me, and he thoroughly cleared my clogged kitchen sink. I was charged exactly as quoted, the lowest I found on Yelp. Very friendly and fast service! I would hire them again.

King Plumbing is awesome!! Terry is great about answering phone calls and he is so honest. Brendan is the best plumber ever. He always comes out right away, within a few hours which is very impressive. He is professional and kind and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

My in-laws live in a home I own in Prescott Valley and I trusted my father-in-law to subcontract out a new air conditioning unit in 2013.  He chose Yavapai Plumbing & Heating and continued to have them provide seasonal maintenance.  He passed away over Memorial Day weekend 2018.  In early June 2018 while helping my mother-in-law and wife in sorting property out at the house I noted the air conditioning was not performing adequately.   I contacted  Yavapai Plumbing & Heating and their technician responded.  He appeared competent enough but after making recommendations on changing intake grill size to the mixing box he said the system appeared to be low on refrigerant.  He did not recommend a leak test to fix a potential leak, but added 2 pounds of refrigerant which appeared to fix the problem.  The AC stopped cooling about a week ago and now I have contacted this company to resolve the problem.  Part of the problem appears to be having technicians who aren't curious about why a system has lost refrigerant.  My experience with my home in Las Vegas is that a low refrigerant condition typically prompted the technician to evacuate the system, pressurize it with nitrogen gas and monitor for a pressure drop, which if noted prompts the technician to look at mechanical joints/fittings as the possible location of a leak.  This seems to be a prudent approach for a system that is only 5 years old.  Then when the leak is identified and tightened/fixed the system is evacuated and recharged with refrigerant to restore the AC system.  It doesn't seem reasonable to have to recharge a system every 2 months.  I will see how they respond.

This was the second company I have used for air conditioning and let me tell you that it was awesome. Two guys showed up at the door and were professional and clean. They explained exactly what they were doing and got to work. They took pictures and showed me what was done. Very impressed with how nice and professional they were. I highly recommend. Oh and about the other reviews saying they couldn't get an appointment or they waited on hold. I went to the website and put my info in and submitted it and they called the next day and I got an appointment. So maybe you should do that instead of call. Just an FYI

A big thank you to Richard.  I posted a request for a quote around 10pm and got a response with an estimate along with availability in half an hour.  I was able to schedule the appointment on yelp right away and got confirmation on yelp.  I added one more job after the initial plan and it was gladly accepted.  All jobs were completed quickly.  Good communication from the beginning to the end.  Great experience with Richard.  Thanks again.

I have contacted your office multiple times. Your office staff will take our information, then ignore my complaints and dismisses me without any help. They have 0 customer service skills and demonstrate 0 concern. At least they can ignore my calls in comfort because THEIR A/C works. I am now on service call number FIVE. I will be requesting a whole new unit and air handler for this BRAND NEW HOUSE because something more than a fuse is blown which seems to be the go to scapegoat excuse for poor installation and repairs. My next course of action will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
