Best Pipe Repair in Phoenix AZ
Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.

One word sums it up...CROOKS!
Ten years ago I removed the swamp cooler and had Hobaica replace it with an a/c unit. They were not the cheapest but seemed to be the most honest. Years of great customer service, then things became a nightmare quickly. I had issues with the a/c unit just shutting off and not turning back on. They blamed it on me due to installing Nest which btw was done by a professional. Ok no problem. I took Nest off and replaced it with the thermostat which was on previously. Still a/c shut off. Again they came out with a senior tech and the manager. Come to find out, it was not my fault but a technician had wired the unit improperly during a visit several months before when I had a capacitor replaced. Do you think they reimbursed me any of those charges for having a tech come out to diagnose. Nope! Two of the trips were an after hours charge so def more expensive. Sadly I let it slide and didn't pursue reimbursement. So I had them come out as I normally do for the annual service. Come to my surprise I needed the exact same part, the Capitator that was just put on 8 months prior. I told the technician to have the supervisor call me to discuss. Something didn't feel right. I told the tech I'm happy to pay for the appointment only after talking to his supervisor. Surprisingly a week later there was no call so I called and left a message for a supervisor to call me back. Another week went by and I called and left a message on their VM. Still no call back! Several weeks later I get my credit card statement and there was the a charge for service! As you could imagine I was in total disbelief. I hadn't given anyone my credit card info. Looking through my prior receipts from them, they actually used my credit card info I had used to pay for a service earlier that year. Again, I called and asked to speak with a supervisor. ANOTHER week went by and of course no call. So, I put in a dispute with the credit card company as an unauthorized charge. Well, that got Hobaica's attention and less than a week later I got an EMAIL stating they had a charge back. And I politely replied and says yes it's true and please have a supervisor call me. Of course no call but I did get an email from a supervisor who had the audacity to ask me what the problem was that, in fact, I should pay since I received a service. I was dumbfounded! I told him no one had permission to run a prior card that WAS NOT on file which was pulled and used from a transaction a year prior, I went on to say I've been waiting for a call back now for weeks. He replied and stated there was no record of me ever contacting them. Lies! I addressed the issue of the repeated charges which were not my fault but also during this last visit I was told the same part needed replacing. I got a reply back from the supervisor stating it was another similar part that needed replacing. Ok I'm not that dumb so I hired a different a/c company to come out. NO SURPRISE, the part that they said needed replacing was nothing but a sham! A way to extort more money out of me. This a/c company said, they could tell one was replaced but by all means nothing else needed replacing. As a matter of fact, the tech stated it didn't appear anyone flushed out the drain and it as so clogged he spent more time than necessary to unclog it, he went on to say it hadn't been done in a long time. He shared picks with me of the build up along with filth and dirt that a simple hose should've washed out within the unit. This tech said, if you had someone come out annually to do a tune up it shouldn't be this filthy. Anyway, that's the long story of it how Hobaica is nothing but a sham. I'm now filing a claim with the BBB.

Day and Night is wonderful to work with. They service are AC and heating twice a year and anytime we have AC emergency they come right out to assist within a few hours of our call.
Today we had Jeff O come out and install a hot water re circulation pump and he was so wonderful. He was clean and he even replaced a toilet seat as well which was above and beyond his duty to do. Thank you Day and Night for hiring such a wonderful crew.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service! We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING! Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack! Friday morning, just about to finish my shower and I go to shut off the water and the handle comes off in my hand. The water is still on full blast and it's hot as hell. I've got no way to shut it down. The top of the stem is still in the handle. It twisted right off.
I quickly dried off, through on some clothes, and headed out to the garage and shut off the hot water at the tank. Hot is off but still have a little cold running. Time to call a plumber.
I ask Google for a plumber in the Sun City West area. I get a bunch. Call the first...they can't come today. Call the second...cant get there till Monday. Third was Canyon State...She told me they could have a plumber there in two hours. Great, I said. Send him over.
He came on time, fixed the problem (it wasn't easy) in an hour and he was gone.
The availability was great, he was very professional, (knew what he was doing), and the price was reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more. I've never used them before but they will be my first call next time.

I originally called up Accutemp of who I used previously to which they made a 4 hour window for the appointment (1pm to 5pm). While I was a little unhappy about the large window, what could I do? I waited all day and even called off work to make this appointment happen. As you'd have it, it was 4:50pm and they called and said we won't make it, can we extend the window an additional 2 hours? No thanks.
So I called up Dukes and the experience couldn't have been any more different in terms of communication. I called Dukes as soon as Accutemp couldn't perform and made the appointment for another 2 days out at a window of 11am-1pm. Awesome, a two hour window!
On the day of the appointment they actually called as soon as they opened and said that I could move my appointment up to 9am if I wanted to which I said, heck yes. Then at 8am, the tech called and said he was on his way over and be there at 8:20am. I wasn't at the house so I said go ahead, but could be there at 8:30am. So sure enough at 8:30 when I home there he was waiting on me - early from the new time and very early from the original time. THAT is how you do it, Accutemp!
Service was fast and courteous. Tech even took pictures of items in attic and showed them to me so I didn't have to climb up there (I would have if asked, though). This might be nice for anyone that wants no part of climbing in the attic but would still like to see what the tech sees.
Luckily, nothing major wrong with the AC so the bill was just a service call.

Sam was fantastic! I needed to replace three toilets so I solicited a number of quotes. Sam's quote came in on the lower end but after reading his reviews I thought I would give him a chance. I was not disappointed. He was very responsive. He set an appointment, showed up on time and actually charged me a bit less than quoted. I would absolutely recommend him!

I had the $160 tune up done, and the technician Anthony was very professional and friendly. But after the inspection, It was recommended that I change two capacitors and the contactor switch which ended up costing $800. The testimonial on their website mentions that someone else needed the same thing but was offered some of the parts for free. They ended up spending $300 instead of $800. Why didn't I get that deal? Maybe Precision expects you to haggle with them to get a better price. I checked pricing for parts online and they only cost about $30 each. I'll probably go somewhere else next time unless they make this right. John Doak.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.

Our air conditioning unit was installed by a different co; but they no longer had the contract to repair the unit. Yavapai Heating & Plumbing went ahead and fixed the problem and we're absolutely fantastic from management (Tanya) as well as the technicians.(Jose, Jeremy & Chris). I would highly recommend them. I will never again call a big heavily marketed plumbing/airconditioning company. This company has nice technicians, however, everything quoted was about 3x more expensive than a small mom and pop plumbing company. After spending over 2K on jobs that should have costed about half the price, we got wise and discontinued our monthly maintainence program, where they bill you monthly and maintain your systems so there are no future expensive repairs. We found new smaller plumber/air conditioning company, and are happy with the prices and the service. However, Goettl is still taking money out of my checking account for the monthly service maintainence. I've call twice and just get the run around. Today was the second call, and I explained that no one has ever returned my phone call as promised from 2 weeks ago. I got an apology, and of course, again, they said accounting has to handle the matter, who of course, is not available to speak with me. Spend more of your money on SERVICE and not so much on marketing, and maybe you would have happier customers. NEVER AGAIN. ** Update.... they just called to offer me $175 to take down this review.

Saturday came and he sent me a text message that he would be done with his morning job in about an hour and a half and be heading my way, to my house. Chas Roberts lies about their warranties when purchasing a unit! They told my dad it had a 10 year parts warranty and 5 years after the unit was purchased the compressor went out and now all of a sudden that warranty did not apply unless he registered the unit with the manufacturer. This was never told to my dad and very shady taking advantage of elderly people.
