AZ Dukes of Air came to our rescue when we had a thermostat that suddenly lost power.  We first had another company come out, who told us that an entire control board needed to be replaced to the tune of several thousand dollars.  AZ Dukes fixed the problem for nowhere even close to that (insulting) estimate and has now become our go-to resource whenever we have any sort of HVAC issue.  They also pointed out that the control board was perfectly fine and the issue had nothing to do with it.
We also signed up with them for a maintenance plan and have been enjoying the great preventative services that they provide.  So we haven't really needed them since, but we know who we can trust when if a problem arises.

They showed up on time, with text and photos of the technician.   Professional.   Took ten minutes to find the problem with my AC unit.   Fixed in 30 minutes.   Charged me $89 for trip charge, and charged $316 to replace a $7 - 35/5 Phase Shifter.   If that's not highway robbery, I don't know what is.   Guess jokes on me.. since it's July and my AC went down.

Jerry from West Coast Plumbing and Air is the definition of Custer service. He came out after George Brazil literally tried to scam us into shotgun replacing parts to try and fix our heating issue and cost us THOUSANDS. Jerry came out to give us a second opinion and was upfront about what we would likely need. In the end it took a simple replacement of the tstat. Over the several days we were having issues Jerry reached out to make sure we were good. ​When this unit eventually breaks down we will be requesting Jerry by name. West coast P&A hired a quality employee.
