This company schedule the plumber to come at eight in the morning and when he didn't show after an hour wait I called and was given a lame excuse. They then re-scheduled between 11 and 1 PM and again no one showed up and there was no phone call to explain why. I would recommend you stay away from this company

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Call them up and the Jung person that shows up didn't even open the water to see how slow the drain was he just try to convince me to flush the lines for $ 2300.00 dollars
Also they charge me $59.00 just to tell me that.
I had the same job done for 600.00 from a very reputable company.

We we will definitely be using them again.  We had an emergency burst pipe situation and they had a technician out within an hour on a Saturday evening.  We received great customer service from the dispatcher who updated us when the technician was on his way.  Stephano, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable.  Stephano, even came back to check on the work the next day.  The quoted price was the price we paid.
