Terrible...never use these guys. Plumber came out to fix clogged drains. Could not find clean out (it was by front door) so he snaked the toilet. He said all fixed, however we asked for 2 bathtubs to be fixed as well. He said, they are fine and it will cost you. He then broke the drain plug, and did not fix the clog? We called Belisito back and told them we were unhappy. They scheduled a next day appointment. Never showed up? We called, and they said they forgot to schedule. Then next day, the excuse was an emergency elsewhere? These guys are terrible, unorganized, and ill equipped to perform standard home plumbing issues like venting.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there.
