Very pleased with the stellar customer service provided by Matt who responded within minutes to my voicemail message. He then took the time to educate me on the possible issues my system was having, then provided a more-than-fair estimate over the phone which was half the price a more popular big box HVAC company quoted me who I had originally consulted. His tech, Oscar, showed up on time with a Can Do, Will Do attitude and didn't try up-selling me on parts or services I didn't need, nor did he try high pressuring me into an annual service agreement (unlike the company mentioned above). Oscar was quick yet thorough in his workmanship, and had no issue answering my questions and giving me money-saving advice on things I needed to repair immediately as well as things that could wait. During the repair, Oscar realized the part he needed wasn't on his truck so he immediately tracked down another tech who delivered the part to my house within about 20 minutes. Due to the honest, prompt quality service I received, I plan to be a life long customer. My A/C unit and furnace are past their prime, so when the day comes to replace them, M&R Refrigeration will be my first and only call.

I had to have my air conditioning units serviced before moving. Four seasons home services provided great customer service both over the phone and in person. I felt taken care of from the moment I received a call back to schedule my appointment. The two technicians; Carlos & Romario were vey patient in finding my residence (Not an easy address to find), they remained curteous and respectful in walking through the house with their equipment and communicated with me as they were completing the job. They both completed an honest job and worked diligently to complete the service and cleaning of my AC units. I would recommend these technicians and the company to anyone who needs to have a service completed efficiently and timely!

Had a great experience with Northern air. They came and worked with me on a project converting a garage in to a work space. Jason was super communicative. Gave me good info on the best path to take. Cody came out to so the install, he was also great, ran in to some unexpected challenges but handled it like a pro. Jason followed up after the job was complete to remind me that if I have any issues to reach out and they would take good care of the work and any issues that arose. Another contractor another Yelp find. This was one of my first to do's when getting our new place since my wife and I both have bad allergies and since it was previously a rental, who knows when the last time the air filter was cleaned out.
The guy who came out (sorry forgot his name, I think he was the owners brother though) was very friendly was able to work around all the construction projects we had going on around the house and the lack of working electrical outlets. He took off all the vents and washed them down too and pointed out some vents had mold on them. He was able to wash them off, put a treatment on it to prevent mold growth and gave us some tips on air duct maintenance. I also found out our air vents are over 55 years old so if we wanted to get newer modern ones, they wouldn't fit on the ducts, good stuff I wouldn't have known.
Anyway I know I'll feel much more comfortable in the house knowing our ducts were professionally cleaned by some of the best in the valley and we're not getting ripped off by the big companies.

Our AC Air intake was not functioning. I installed a new Thermostat and a new Capacitor, but no luck. Having reached my limit on my HVAC skills, I messaged Arizona Colling Co that night, They scheduled an appointment for the next day. This surprised me as I am way out in AZ City.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.

So how does this work !! I took the commercial at face value that they appreciate their customers and are a business of integrity. BEWARE they ARE NOT in my Opinion. And I am not a tech!!

So let's start with the service call today 04/25/16 at approximately 1100 hours. The AC is blowing semi cold air and continues to run. I tell the tech that two years ago freon was added to the unit.
The tech says let me go see the unit, as we are walking out the door he states go turn on the unit as if you were going to cool the house. (issue number one why am I doing this as the customer ?) I play along. No sooner did the unit kick on he meets at the back door as I am going out to see what he is doing, and he tells me It is out of freon, I can tell by the sound of the unit
Ok, I say should you not put the gauges on to see how low it may be. He then begins to tell me how expensive the freon is going to be. Then states let me go get my gauges. We go outside and he hooks up the low side, never put the breaker back in and runs the unit, and states see it is out of freon, opens the value and states there is hardly anything. What he does not realize is that I know he is doing nothing but bleeding the line. I wait to see if he is going to run the unit to put a load on the gauges and let is stabilize. Never happens, he immediately goes back to trying to sell me a maintenance plan and goes on about the price of 1100.00 and some change for four years etc.
Picks up the gauges again and says see there is no freon and this a 3 ton unit, you're looking at about 800 dollars to recharge and there is a leak so you're wasting your money. Mind you the unit never get engaged to put a load on the gauges. Again try's to sell me the service plan. I tell him thank you but, at this point I will most likely use my home warranty I told him that I believed I would have better services with Precision that I would with people the warranty company may send out. He then states to me go ahead and go inside and turn off the unit while I take my gauges off. Well at this point I don't trust the guy so I tell him, just leave the breaker out it's ok, as at this point I see nothing but scam written all over this. Again why is the customer doing anything, that is his job. I was afraid to walk away and leave him as I did not want my unit sabotaged. So last he goes outside to the truck to the invoice, comes back in and tells me I just talked to my boss and he said we can do the service plan for 800 and some change. Now I know this company is nothing more than taking people for money. He just tried to get me for 1100 then drops the price to 800, so this company was just willing to take me for 400 dollars. I told the tech we are done here, I paid him for the service call and asked him to leave. INTEGRATIY NOT THIS COMPANY!! I can only imagine how many people they do this too and scare them with high cost! Don't believe the actor on the commercial who claims his company is about the people and his customers. Not welcome back to my residence EVER!!!

Quit looking at other companies and hire these guys! I've never found a more professional, customer -oriented , competent company than CHS. In only two days they completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner. They left the house in immaculate condition and followed up to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work. (Because they are certified by SRP, I never doubted that the work would be top-notch). I did a lot of lresearch before deciding to hire them. With all sincerity, I can say that I feel very lucky that I found them.

I had other bids from well known AC companies and they were trying to sell me $20,000 units that was way over the top and tried to take advantage of my situation.
I would like to thank Mike Carroll and Mike Donley for their personal attention. They were honest and treated me with respect, they did not try to oversell me and respected my budget. In addition, they provided me with a motor, at no additional charge (since mine was out) to get me through the few days before they were able to install my new AC unit.
Due to Mike Carroll and Carl, his supervisor, and Mike Donley's commitment to servicing their customers, they truly went above and beyond to take care of me.
My unit was installed yesterday and I commend the professionalism and hard work of Pedro, Julian and Jose. They were kind, courteous and hard working men. They were respectful of any debris created from the installation and they cleaned up meticulously, you would never know they were there for the day after they left.
All of the employees that serviced my home, Mike Carroll, Julian, Pedro, Jose, Chris and Kevin were on time and respectful. I will definitely refer my friends.
