Best Appliance Installation in Phoenix AZ

First Choice provided me the most economical of option of two quotes.  When Lennox blamed ADT for a coil issue on a three year old AC still under warranty and ADT blamed Lennox, 1st choice stepped in and met with Lennox directly to get a resolution.  The work is scheduled for completion later this week.  1st Choice are great at communicating and following up, regardless of the news.

Contacted Ideal Energy for a service I needed done right away. The receptionist stated they were a week out but when she sensed the desperation in my voice she took my number and said she would call me back. Called back 15 minutes later a said a tech would be at my property within the next few hours. I received a text before arrival introducing the technician Chris along with a photo. Chris arrived on time and got right to work. Within an hour everything was solved. He was very professional, knowledgeable and his customer service was top notch. Ideal Energy has definitely earned my business. You'll be glad you used these guys!

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Victor was prompt and was able to get out to my house to help me install a couple of newer style lights into an older home. He was very helpful and helped me out with a couple of other projects as well.

Also he gave me a quote to get the job done where as other electricians gave an ambiguous price based on hourly rates. Will definitely use again.

You arrived at my home pretty close to the time that he said he would be there. He took a look at the microwave, tested it and indicated that the magnetron had failed. When I told him it was under warranty with Samsung , he said he would not charge the service fee because he really didn't do anything. I will certainly call on Hew again if I need appliance repair. Thx.

Jeremy was awesome!  Fixed my dishwasher then my refrigerator which I hadn't even called about!  Came out next day!  Great guy, family owned and operated business... if you need something done, CALL THEM!

Useless. They still after 3 weeks have not finished the job. They have not returned my phone call from 2 weeks ago.
The home warranty company has called them 3 times and FELIX has NOT responded to them. They have also emailed them and FELIX has ignored that too.
There are choices and I would have thought with all that is going on with COVID that these companies would have started to realize they had better IMPROVE because customers should be looking for good service at reasonable prices. Instead you get companies like FELIX APPLIANCE REPAIRS  who do a poor job and have NO respect for the customer.
I am not sure how but this company managed to remove my last review which was very poor, it still is.

Williams handy man Billy will definitely be able to assist with any project you have. Very professional and takes pride in the work provided. Since I found him on Yelp ive hired him to do many projects (ceiling tv mounts, patio curtains, mirror hanging, etc)

I started my search for a reliable handyman about two weeks ago with no luck until I contacted Honeycutt's Handyman Service. Joe is AMAZING and I am so glad I reached out. I had a tight window of availability before being away on business and Joe met it with time to spare. He's communicative, thorough, and motivated. I now have a go-to handyman and will certainly be contacting him for future projects!

Terrible company! I don't recommend anyone to even call this company. The A/C at my apartment in Tempe did not flow cold air. I called them and a technician came out and told us that the unit is frozen and we should wait until it thaw out then it should work fine. We paid $85 for service fee. Then a week later after the ice thaw out and the unit does still not work. We called again and another technician came out and just said to replace a coil but not sure and want a sales person to come out to get a quote. In the meanwhile they demanded another $85 before I get a quote for a new A/C. I don't want to continue to pay them $85 each time for chit chat. So I asked them to send me detailed diagnosis before I would pay for the service again. I will ask for the same detail from the first visit as . If it is a good company they would outline the options and provide details for the customer to make decision. If the customer decides to get repair or replace from other company then they can charge for the service fee but instead they want to collect service fee first before they provide options and get decision from the customer. That is why this company only gets 2 stars. My mistake to even call them. A lesson learn. Anyone reads this comment - PLEASE BE AWARE AND SHOULD CONSIDER TWICE BEFORE CALLING THEM.
