Where do I begin. Well first of all if you'd like a PROMPT response and complete service satisfaction this is you go to GUY. I experienced a plumbing issue that I thought was going to be a complete nightmare but through dealing with this company through their total professionalism this experience was actually very inviting. Thank you so very much for your speedy response and your complete professionalism throughout the whole plumbing process. I definitely locked your phone number into my phone for future reference and to pass along to any of my family, friends and or neighbors that may seek GREAT plumbing experience!

Reasonable prices and the workers were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and the price was as quoted, no additional charges or tricks. Would recommend.

They say on their website that they're open 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 7 days a week. However, if you go to schedule a service on the very same site, you can only schedule it between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. This is false advertising at best and flat-out lying at worst.

I had an urgent plumbing need on a Saturday evening at a rental property I own in Ardmore.   After calling my former plumber who wouldn't work on the off hours, I called Ray at the recommendation of my contractor.   Ray's guy showed up on time and completed the work perfectly.   His worker, Sean, was very friendly and knowledgable of his craft.   Despite it being a late Saturday call, his rates were reasonable.    He helped me out of a jam and I appreciated it.   I plan on using him again for future plumbing needs.

Came out within 24 hours to install new water hookup for my ice maker on my new frig. Also installed a new shut off valve in the basement. Done in just over an hour. Will definitely use the again!!

Clarence was highly recommended to me by my realtor. He is professional and punctual and did work quickly. He answered all of my questions. He fixed mistakes made by a previous plumber. He responds quickly. He's also a master plumber and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to immediately identify the problem and fix it. Thanks!

I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

Beware of the bait and switch.  I was quoted a price for a toilet install and it looked reasonable so I approved it so they could do the work. After my toilet was installed, the guy says oops we entered it into our system wrong and the actual price is - surprise - several hundred dollars higher.

John and his team are the best in the business. Having the replace a HAVAC system is a trying time for any homeowner. Sue in the office helped us apply for credit options and the new system was installed in a week. John even had 2 window A/C units installed for us to get us through some hot days. I highly recommend Sheridan.

Came out to clear my backed up drain to the sewer.  Fixed the problem promptly, and was considerate of my timing.  Price was fair. Gave a reasonable quote on other services I may need in the future.  An easy recommendation to others, and would use again for sure.

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

This place is OVER PRICED and OVER RATED. The technician showed me a choice of three water heaters ranging from $1900- $3700. Trying to stay within my budget and being unfamiliar to plumbing prices and practices, I chose the lesser value. The total cost to install a  standard 40 gallon hot water heater and replace a shut off valve cost me $2,184. Out of curiosity, I spoke to a few friends and called several companies to get a price quote for the same work. To my surprise, three companies gave me prices between $750.-$900. Do your homework and  SHOP AROUND. Get estimates from other companies before you choose Precision Plus Plumbing.

Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
