Called Greg Faulkner Plumbing after receiving a recommendation from my community FB page to have my garbage disposal installed.   I called on Monday, and had it installed today (Wednesday).  Originally I was scheduled for Tuesday but I had to cancel.  

Patrick came out to do the install.  When I answered the door he was standing holding my Amazon packages that had been delivered (so kind).  He was very friendly and honestly it never felt like a serviceman was in my house.   After doing the install, the disposal didn't work, however he began to troubleshoot everything starting at the breaker box.  Turns out it was the GFI outlet that I'd left something plugged into that I know over heats (my mistake).  He even offered to put everything back in the cabinet for me once he was finished.  

When he left, I'd received another delivery and he ever so kindly picked up that package and handed it to me too.  

This truly was over and above service in every sense.  Thank you Patrick for being an asset to not only the company, but for being a gentleman!  

This will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

My wife and I both have health complications and just needed a simple drain clean out. Everything went as expected and we are very happy and pleased with the way it all worked out. UPDATE: After contacting the company about my bill, the owner of the company personally called me, and we discussed my experience. He promised to retrain his staff, and assured me I would not be charged, and apologized sincerely. I was impressed with the time he took to address my concerns, and with the quality of the customer service, even if my original experience with the company wasn't great. My reservations have been resolved fully.

Appalling service. They charged me 92 dollars for a 10 minute diagnosis, and then promptly told me they would need to come back another day (no problem, I understand that). They came back a second day, and removed a piece of a beam from under the house to reach the pipe, and then had to come back another day when I could let them into the house (also no problem). However, after this I scheduled 3 separate dates/times for them to meet me and fix the pipe. The first day, they called 3 hours after our scheduled time to report that they were not going to be able to make it. The second time the plumber told me an hour after our scheduled time that he had to go home for a family issue. The third time they did not show up for 4 hours, so I called to find out where they were. They told me they were swamped, but would try to come by. They came by, looked at my wall, and told me they had to come back. When they canceled an additional time, I got another plumber to take care of the job, and they knocked it out in one day. I had to take 5 days off of work for Sunshine plumbing to do nothing, something that I cannot afford to do.

In the end, they charged me 300 dollars for basically nothing.

They did a great job replacing a hot water heater. Very fast service and very knowledgeable and local to Ponte Vedra. I would definitely use this company again.

These folks did a complete home re-pipe due to a slab leak.  A very professional job completed in two days.  They even installed a water softener and a new hot water heater that I provided while they were plumbing the home at no extra charge.  I would VERY highly recommend these folks for any plumbing repairs you may need.

First choice was absolutely amazing. Calling in my problem was seamless and efficient. They said they would have someone out within a couple of hours and it was even sooner than that (which they asked permission to do). Will and Levi came out and were super nice, very helpful, and worked very quickly. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service that Shawn provided. I was thankful that he tried to walk me through what is usually a simple shower cartridge install over the phone. When I couldn't do it myself, he came in and got the job done! Even with running into a little problem, he pushed through the complications and figured out the issue in a timely manner. I found Shawn to be very friendly, honest, and hard-working. I will call him for any plumbing needs in the future!

My husband contacted this company because we had an issue with our well pump . They sent out a service tech by the name of Will, who did an awesome job.  He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and stood behind his work.  The price was affordable and the service provided will keep this company on our list of businesses if we should need their services in the future. We will definitely request Will! Keep up the good work.

They did not fix my issue!I spoke to the manager who I thought would be professional and willing to fix the issue. But I received the complete opposite. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Nor will I ever use them again. My closet leaked for over a week because their technicians refused to complete the job. Do not use this company. Satisfaction is not guaranteed!

Pacetti Plumbing required a $5,000 deposit to order a new backflow preventer. Nearly 2 years went by with nothing. Repeated excuses blamed their supplier. We cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

They have refused to return our $5,000 and are not returning calls or mail.

We have to file a claim in small claims court to collect our deposit.

He Came to Do My bathroom. I Paid Him what he asked. He propostioned me for sex and when I said no he never came back to finish my bathroom. Is a total creep. Services  sucks.

My entire experience with Farrell's Plumbing was a comedy of errors.

I hired Farrell's to assess my tankless gas water heater that quit working during Hurricane Irma. The guys called me and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. That gave me plenty of time to get home and put our dog, who doesn't care for strangers, away. When I arrived 10 minutes later, they were already there waiting for me. So I rushed to get inside and prepare, likely while already on the clock and being charged for the service call. Plumbers charge by the quarter hour...

Fast-forward 45 minutes and 85 bucks later: the two men trudged through my home with muddy shoes, leaving tracks. One of them, sweating profusely, leaned on my washing machine and left behind large sweat smudges on the glass top for me to clean. WOW. Talk about disgusting and unprofessional.

The final piece of this entire charade is Farrell himself, the business owner. Farrell and I spoke on the phone several times. He failed to phone me back after offering to get me a quote on a new water heater. This is exceptionally funny to me, seeing as it would present new business and a profit for him! On top of that, he was quite rude when I politely asked if his installation quote was negotiable, as I found it high. His comment was well I could do it for free, but that isn't how business works. No kidding, bud. I'm very aware of how business works--and happily took mine elsewhere.

I have to have a toilet leak fixed for insurance purposes. Since the insurance agent is coming tomorrow I was told they would be here between 12-2pm. I had to leave at 3. When I called I was told he was at another call and the secretary would call me back. No call. Called them back and was told they had no idea when he would arrive. I cancelled the call and hopefully have another company coming out later this afternoon. I had to impose on my son and DIL to come over if they don't show up. I will not use Professor Plumb again nor can I recommend them,
