Had new disposal installed in kitchen and Mr. Morel was part of the install team.  He guaranteed the work and there was a minor issue with dishwasher after disposal install and Mr Morel did not hesitate and returned the next day and repaired the problem.  Very efficient and friendly company.  Will definitely use again.

Good contractors are hard to find. Need a repipe? Shower valve not shutting off all the way? Or If you clog your toilet with poop they can clear it out!

I contacted WHC Home Repairs to come hang my Christmas lights.  I couldn't have been more pleased. The owner Wallace gave me his info and told me for any small repairs to give him a call.  When my kitchen cabinet broke I called him up he came over and fixed it in a timely manner.  I won't call anyone else to fix things in my home now.

Found our new plumbers!  We called multiple companies to try to fix our sink and these guys were by far the best option.  They were quickly able to fix our sink, were professional and explained everything clearly at a great price, such a great experience!

I hired Jerry Nolan Plumbing to install a faucet and garbage disposal in my newly renovated kitchen. This morning while doing dishes, I head gushing water under the sink. I found the p trap came loose and created quite the mess (see pics). After some research and asking another plumber, I found out the p trap was installed backwards and incorrectly. I was told this must've been done by a rookie. Well, I certainly did not pay a rookie price! What a shame.

A friend at my husband's work recommended them to us. John came out the very next day and looked at our project (changing the footprint of the kitchen). The work was scheduled for a few days later. The plumbers who came made good use of their time and got the whole job done in half a day- funny story- While they were working a crane came down the street and accidentally tore the electric and cable wire right out of our soffit. The plumber called his electrician friend and they worked on getting that fixed too. What a nice guy!

Thank you Watson Plumbing for installing my new Kohler Kitchen faucet. Dave, you are the BEST - no only with the installation part, but you took the time to have me take a picture of the model number tag so I can keep that for future reference since the product has a life time warranty. I've used Darley's Plumbing numerous times over the years: for home renovations, service calls at my home, and even service calls where I work. Have always gone over and above to take care of the issue, sometimes way after hours.
When I've talked to the plumbers who have come out they seem to have worked for Darley's Plumbing for many years. Doesn't necessarily mean they're the best, but it does mean they have many years of experience (which should make them good).
Price has been fair and the plumbers have always taken care not to get things dirty. I've seen them wearing those shoe covers which is nice not to worry about my carpet getting marked up.
Overall, great work and I recommend them when people ask my recommendation for a plumber.

I'll give them zero stars if I could. The agent that came to my house to fix some thing out of my sink told me it was $50 and then about an hour later I saw a charge for American Express for $150. When I called the owner Russell to go over this he threatened to tell the entire church that I go to about this incident. This place is ridiculous and absurd. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with AMEX to get my money back.

The five stars pretty much explains my dealing with the owner(s) and employee(s) of this company.  Quick response to my house and rapid repairs to two different sinks / plumbing issues.  These guys (Gene Charlotte and Scott Hall)  were very professional in their service to fix the issues and at a very reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company.

Charged my 81 year old father $600 to install a water heater that he had purchased. It is located in the kitchen corner under the cabinet. They put a hole in the wall through to the hallway and told him, It's an old house and that happens because the pipes are close to the wall. Sawed the cabinet so much to get the pipes where they wanted them that the kitchen cabinet fell apart and now has to be replaced. My father had to wedge a board in the front to hold the counter up. There is now an empty opening under the cabinet with a great view of the water heater. The kitchen sink beside the water heater would not work after the install. They told him it probably had a clogged line, and they left it. He called them later because the water was barely warm in the shower. He was told if it didn't get warm they could come back and check it for an additional service charge.
