Not the first time I have used Packs Plumbing. They get the job done with speed and precision. I would never hirer anyone else.

Today's issue helped me change the water filters in my home system which the valve was stuck. I know the righty tightly lefty loosely but there was this red button that even the manufacturer did not mention. So that helped release the pressure.

Cumberland Plumbing the best.  Called them and John Pound went beyond what I expected and got two toilets installed for us in speedy and professional service provided by Mike.  He came he worked and left no trace that he had been in our home.

Man named Courtney showed up-not Dale as I was told and he took a photo of my house without my permission and when I questioned why he did that he said he just does that to all the homes he goes to to show Dale he was there(??) I told him he did NOT have my permission to do that while on my property, but this did not seem to matter. He arrived for
his 9am appt. at 9:08am and by 10:10am he was done. I had my kitchen faucet & garbage disposal replaced (I provided the new replacements) and the price quoted me over the phone was charged.  Over all very pleased and would recommend and use Dale's again. I wore a mask-Courtney did NOT.

One of their aggressively driving plumbers hit my car on the Fuller Warren and when the state troopers arrived they blamed it on me, awesome when driving a company vehicle just treat as though it's not yours so what does it matter? Especially when the company supports this behavior and allows their employees to lie about their actions when it negatively affects others and their financials for someone's carelessness.

I haven't had plumbing issues buy when I do this is not a company I would call or refer for their Profrssionalism on all levels.

I really like these guys , The do good clean work and are very reasonable. In a big city like Jacksonville it is hard to find plumbers who care and have family values . They genuinely care for your home and well being . Try them I bet you will like them

I called Affordable Plumbing Company of Jax requesting someone to come out and snake my drain. It was about 11a. They said ok but they couldn't tell me a time. I understand not being able to tell me an exact time but they would not even commit to afternoon or evening. I stayed home all day waiting. About 4p I called to see if they had any better idea of when I could expect someone. They said I had two calls ahead of me. Ok, I thought it will be later than I thought but they'll probably be here by 6-7p. At 8p I called again to see if they were even still working. The operator told me she would call the repairman and have him call me.  When I went to bed at 1a, I still had not heard from anyone. I thought they would surely call me the next morning, apologizing for not calling or coming. As of 2:30p, I had not heard anything. I'm still having a problem but I surely will not call this company again. Be courteous is the first rule of business. I'm sure they could have at least told me it would be late in the day based on the workload they had and calling or texting with updates is not an unreasonable expectation.  BUT telling a customer that you will have someone call you back and then doing no follow-up, is inexcusable.
If you need work done, don't call this company!!

I rent so this is who our company sends.  If I could choose, it would not be these people.  They are unfriendly, will not explain anything to you and always leave a huge mess behind.  Very unprofessional.

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
