My aunt had a leak under her sink. It was the contractor that screwed up the plumbing and cracked the faucet. A1 repaired it as fast as they could during the 24/7 period and we're so nice and happy to help. I am from Colorado and would recommend A1 Everytime for all plumbing in California areas!! They really are a great group of people!!

I originally posted a poor review.  However, i was mistaken in my original understanding of the facts and am writing now to correct it.  Based upon my conversation with Chris, the owner, I am changing to 5 star based on the fact that he handled my complaint in a very professional manner.

He's coming in two weeks to do the job, and I won't comment further until the job is complete. From the discussion,  I am expecting he'll do a great job and I will recommend him highly.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Don't believe the other reviews. Unprofessional flakes. My water heater broke. So I have no hot water. Can't shower, can't do laundry, etc. They set a three hour window to come to my home. They texted right before the end of the day and said they couldn't make it. They did not reschedule another time. I was left in limbo without hot water. They didn't answer their phone when I tried to call. They didn't respond to my (very polite) voicemail at all. It seemed like they couldn't care less about me as a customer.

Our A/C went out late Friday night in the middle of summer. We called D&S early Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze us in. We were given an 11-1 time frame, but our technician called us at 10:30 and let us know he was going to be early. Angel, our technician, was able to diagnose our A/C quickly and had it repaired within two hours! Angel was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the work he does! I would definitely recommend D&S Plumbing to anybody needing an A/C repair!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Our water heater began leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. This happened on a Sat. Tod was able to give me a quote and setup a time to come first thing Monday. They were in and out in an hour and a half. Very professional and friendly. Excellent service and follow through. Will def be my first call in the future.

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

When it comes to being a young female home owner, my wallet and I cringe at home repairs...but I also know my DIY handyman skills slim to none. Thankfully, Yelp has come to my rescue by providing an honest, efficient, and cost effective repairman.

Snake N Laterals gives free in home estimates and it's only $99 for any drain. Angel, the owner and the repairman that came to my house, came and cleaned my home's main lane and basically gave my home a colonoscopy with his camera! He showed me step by step where my issues were- revealing root blockages, pipe buildup, and a broken pipe that was causing some flooding in the downstairs bathroom. In a few hours he was able to fix it all- broken pipe was dug up, replaced, whole system cleaned out from my pipes to the city pipes with his hyrdo jetter, and then all the dirt replaced after he showed me the improvements he had made with the camera. Warranty on the pipe job is good for a year too!

While it didn't feel cheap initially, once I called around to compare quotes it turns out Angel not only was giving me a fair quote, but cut me a deal when he could see my head spinning as I tried to decide what to do. He also helped fix a leaky spigot that he noticed by my rose bushes. Thank you, thank you! Next time you are backed up, support a local business that will clean out your pipes instead of your wallet!

I had wiped my laptop clean and idk what happened that it was no longer working, I was unable to fix it for months. John was able to fix my laptop VERY quickly and at a great price. I would recommend him to anybody!

A.C was off my pregnant wife was hot it was late 10:30pm he came and helped me get it back on.  Very kind man big blessing God bless you sir.  Wish I could do more then just a review. Service, quality, cleanliness, & value! We are happy with he service offered by Miguel! We have quality water ,in our faucet, fridge & water dispenser overall he did exceptional work.

Albert just left.  Before he started work he quoted, 215 to $225 to take a snake machine onto the roof.  
I approved.  I thought he was quoting me a by-the-hour and that he would take about that long.  No.  35 minutes later he is finished.
He brings the invoice in and says, $245.  So my conclusion is: they charge more than $400 an hour.
This business needs to explicitly say, The job is quoted by the work to be done.  We do NOT charge by the hour.
When I called to clarify my misunderstanding, the woman on the phone started making up stories and misquoting me three different times.  She is very good at confusing an issue and blaming a current customer for past customer's complaints and issue.
They really need to get interpersonal communication training.  Because they did not clearly say, WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR, they left room for misunderstanding and hard feelings.
No, I will not use them again.

Called them out 3 weeks ago to do a basic rotoroot and spent $160. Just had to have them come out again to do the same job when the bathroom started backing up and had to pay another $100. Great company if you want to pay $260 for a basic rotoroot and have it take multiple trips.

Best plumbing company in town. They've been locals for near 30 years now I think and have always been super reliable, friendly, and fast.

I had a great experience with B B plumbing & would recommend highly ! I called for appointment on a Friday & they were able to come out on the next Monday morning. The Plumber  who came was courteous and took the time to explain the repair.
