I tried having Mark come out and fix a leaking water pipe. I had a conversation with him via Yelp messaging and text messages. He told me what his hourly rate was and I agreed to it. I then tried to set up a date by sending him a text message and leaving a voicemail but he never bothered to respond. I would have understood if he had told me that he was too busy to help me out but it would have been nice if he had at least communicated that.

Our water heater went out late Friday night. Henry was quick to respond to my request and had the water heater fixed by Sunday morning. I appreciated his professionalism, by giving me honest feedback on my options and his fair pricing (especially for a weekend fix). I would not hesitate to recommend National Plumbing and/or to use them again.

My home is just four years old. The builders didn't securely glue the condensation pipe from the air conditioner to the exit pipe. My AHS home warranty sent City Plumbing and Indoor Quality Services. Both saw the leak and could tell me exactly what is was but neither would cut through the wall. This baffles me, I'm not sure how else you get to a pipe.

I contacted All Pro Plumbing on my own. I sat up an appointment immediately and they responded well within the allotted time.  The leak was located on the first cut into the wall. The repairs took less than 30 minutes and I was given recommendations on how to speed up the drying time and prevent mold or other damage.

They were great to work with!! Called about a hot water leak under my concrete slab and they were able to come out quickly to find the leak. It was going to be a couple of weeks before they could do the repair so Danny contacted JM plumbing for me and he was able to come the next day to do all the repairs. I was very impressed with both of these companies.

Gil is an absolute professional. Always responsive, honest and does not overpromise. His prices are very reasonable; I've used him to snake a drain, fix a garbage disposal, clear a pipe, install a faucet and repair a leak. He generally has a two-day turnaround but has a reliable son/partner that can do the job if he's not available and you need him immediately. Really nice, but not fake - he'll be stern if the situation calls for it, because above all he's honest. I can't recommend him highly enough. Great plumber.

I have never had such exceptional service on a maintenance call. I am so impressed, I'm still in shock. We were given a specific appointment time, 2:00 (not a 4 or 6 hour window), and Clarence showed up precisely ON TIME-- actually at 1:58! He put booties on to cover his shoes, which I appreciated, and was very friendly. The job of replacing the hose in our kitchen sink took him 4 minutes and he was gone! I'm just amazed.

Our air went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Micah came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem same day. The service was fast and efficient as well as friendly. Don't call anyone else. Call Lees. We have been a customer for 12 yrs and all technicians are wonderful. J&M Kelley

I've called/used Jim on several jobs in my home. He's very honest and reliable. High quality workmanship and very dependable. I highly recommend Jim's Plumbing if you want experience, knowledge, honesty, quality workmanship done in your home.

These guys were great!  Very knowledgeable and courteous.  We replaced our whole house fan, they did it all, down to replacing the drywall etc!  We would definitely use them again!

Contacted them around 5 on Sunday evening not expecting a response because of the time and inconvenience. Surprisingly got an answer right away. Within the hour a technician showed up. I kept apologizing because I'm sure he would have liked to be at home with his family and he kept telling me it was ok and that was his job. My AC had a leak which he fixed and then added Freon (I think that's what it's called) about 30 min later my house was completely cooled down and I was no longer sweating to death. Lol. I tried to tip the technician and he refused and told me not to worry about it. Great service, friendly, and fast. Would 1000000% recommend these guys!!

I had an issue with my pump leaking and also spitting out a lot of air.  I called Butch and got same day service.  I saw the negative reviews and can honestly say my experience was not the same as theirs.  Rasmussen came as a recommendation from my neighbor who also had a great experience.  I would absolutely use them again for anything pump related.  Honest, friendly, and reasonable.  I believe you can trust them to do the job and not take advantage of you if you don't know a whole lot about pumps and issues they have.  Another company I called earlier told me I needed an entire new pump system when it was actually just a valve and float.  Butch was very informative on the problem and only replaced what was needed.  Solid job.  Great people.  Use them.

I have never written a poor review on a company like this company needs to have a poor review written! They are a septic tank company, that we called out for one of our rentals, they went out pumped out the tank and 4 days later we still have a problem. We called them back out and the owner of the company said, Well we only pumped out liquids not solids because you didn't tell us to pump out both. That was the most ridiculous statement I believe I have heard! So this company had 2 payments a $400 each for something that should have been done correctly the first time. We had to call  a different plumbing company out, that has now fixed our problem for our house.

Probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. First of all, the plumber couldn't fix a simple pipe leak. The first time we called, he just said to patch the wall in order to fix the leak... yeah, real amazing right? The second time, he set caulking on the sides of the shower (I don't know how that would fix the pipe). Third time, he replaced the drain. Needless to say, he was the most incompetent plumber I ever had service. Even the secretary was incapable of calling back to confirm appointments, so they would come without me knowing or being home and expect me to open the door.
