Called them this (Friday) morning at 7:30 with both toilets and one shower backing up.  I knew where the problem likely was, but the lady at the office confirmed what I suspected.  Said they'd have someone here between 9 and 11.  At 9:00 on the dot Austin arrived and started searching for the external sewer cleanout...which the builders evidently decided was not a necessary item.  So he pulled a toilet and cleaned the line (Angel came by to assist and mentor - excellent!), reset the toilet and in a couple of hours we were good to go!  No, it wasn't $99, but for the amount and quality work they did, I am completely satisfied.  Both Austin and Angel have great attitudes and obviously take pride in their work. Snake 'N' Laterals is now my go-to company for plumbing and drain issues!

I reached out to this handyman via Yelp late at night to request a quote on a plumbing issue. I expected he'd get back to me the following day but instead he responded right away and we scheduled him to do the work. The work was done first thing in the morning! He took care of the problem quickly and at a fair price. Great and professional service!

They answered the phone and were quick to arrive.  I hadn't heard of them before but found them through search. I had called many other companies but they were the first to answer that had a guy available. The guy was 20 minutes or more early from the estimated time which was amazing. We had a clogged toilet and the gentleman was able to fix quickly. I also mentioned I had just had gotten some parts for my other toilet and needed to install. He was able to do that as well. They just charged for the hour. Which was amazing. I expected the price to be more as they arrived so quickly. I called close to 3pm on a Thursday and they were there and done well before 5 pm. A great experience.

911 Plumbing & Electric was fantastic to work with!  All the work was completed by the owner.  He helped with making decisions about future installations and gave great information about how to further make the shed an awesome space for my husband.  Everything was swept and clean when he left.  While I hope I don't require his services in the near future (our house is 50 years old! ;-)), I will definitely call him for any and all electrical work.

Its Saturday and we had a clogged sewer line. We called several plumbers & every one was very expensive. Chris' Rooter came out in less than an hour and got the job done! The cost was well below every other quote. Thank you Chris' Rooter!

They showed up promptly and did their work quick. Only discrepancy was I was quoted one rate over the phone then another after job was completed. Contacted the office several times about the discrepancy. They said the would look into it and back to me.  But they never did.

Don't trust them!  My AC repairman purchased a Payne unit through them. It was installed and ran for 4 weeks and the compressor died (internal pressure valve). So now I'm told I have to send the unit back to them and them to Payne and wait 3 weeks.  Oh but they have this replacement unit I could purchase for $600!!  This compressor is under warranty and I have to pay for a replacement.  But they say they'll credit my money if/when Payne says the compressor is really dead...3-4 weeks from now.  I smell a crook!!  It's 100F, so in screwed.  Should have gone with Home Depot!
