Best plumbing experience EVER!!!  Great communication from the front office ladies but best of all.... the men who worked at my house - Rafael and Russell, were AMAZING!!!!  They were very knowledgeable, professional, neat and friendly.  Schrader is lucky to have both of these young men as employees !!!!!

We called True Plumbing to fix an issue that we were having with our water pressure was raised by another company. True Plumbing found out we had a bigger issue. they had to replace our PRV .  We could have a bigger issue. whenever I call with an issue Mrs. Shelia and her team always respond with an hour.  They are very HONEST and RELIABLE.  I would recommend this company to anyone. Had a leak in a 2nd floor bathroom that was causing water to leak to the 1st floor. Got a quick appointment and the team that came out was able to quickly identify the cause of the leak. Fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service overall.

Was looking for a local plumber in Highland Village and through the recommendation of a friend, came across Live Oak Plumbing. I have never had a service show up, literally roll out a red carpet (legitimately) and get the job done in such a professional and quick manner. I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

excellent service! Monday morning 8AM & we had a small creek running down the hallway. our hot water heater hose sprung a leak. shut off the breaker & water & called Plumbing Force.

Jaime was here quickly, after finishing up the job he was on. he showed my husband a few things as he replaced the hoses & moved the pipes a bit to better fit the space. he was polite, smart & cleaned it all up when done.

no more leak. my husband didn't have to tear any walls out & the price was more than fair.

Having resided here a short time, we brought them in to service a neglected tankless eight year old water heater, change out the guts of a toilet, clear bathroom drains, and fully inspect and replace where needed all plumbing fixtures and valves throughout the house.
Both gentlemen were extremely thorough and made a point to go back and recheck all the work performed. As a courtesy, Kelly showed us where the water valve in the home was located and shared some tips on how to both maintain and clean the plumbing fixtures. Coordinating service from Meagan in the office was as smooth as could be.

Noticed our  hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night.  I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife.  Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately.  She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday.  Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.

I had a water heater failure that caused quite a mess in the garage. From the person that answered my phone call to the actual service call, the service was terrific and reliable.

We were given clear options for repair or replacement, but we knew a replacement was a long time coming anyway so we went for a replacement. KMP sent Zane, who called before arriving, helped clean up the mess as we had physical limitations, and even texted us later on to be sure the water heater was working OK.

It was great to have such quality and caring help in a stressful time. We will definitely be using them again.

We experienced an issue where the water line coming from the city main into our home sprung a leak.  Called Mr Rooter of Frisco, received prompt and professional attention.  The problem was quickly identified, and remedied.  The task included some digging, replacement of pipe and parts, which included soldering/welding of pipes and new parts/connectors.

I HIGHLY recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs.  Prompt, courteous, professional, timely service, at a reasonable price.  Additionally, the work area was left just as clean as they found it.

This business is amazing! We had a late night, after hour emergency and not only was our call answered  but Jacob left where he was immediately and got to us in 30 min.
