He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and clean. He explained what he was doing during every procedure he completed. Ended up finding and changing a main line pressure adjustment valve. Great Experience!!!! Called them up to give me a bid on removal of old bathtub and surround. True Plumbing came out promptly and on time. The guys were here 6 hours and worked very hard. I had a great experience with them and they did a great job on my bathroom.

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

Carissa and her team came out to replace my moms water heater and did an amazing job. They were able to get to it quickly so that she wasn't out of hot water for very long at all. They have have also done some plumbing work at my house capping off lines and changing out hose bibs. They always do great work and are very professional. They even sent me a text with a picture of the plumber that was going to be coming to my house and an eta of their arrival. I highly recommend them!

I previously used Hooper Heating and Plumbing a few times due to their reviews and they were OK but most recently they came to service my heating unit and charged me $670 to fix a broken fuse and loose wires.  Owner Tracy tried to be reasonable given that it was his employee Juan who overcharged me (I should have asked for the cost before he made the repair) but stood by the charge.  A while later I noticed that the townhouse was overheating on the second floor, asked to have Juan come back. He didn't even go into the house and claimed that my dampers had to be replaced at the cost of $650 + $89 x 3 floors.  I called Rescue Air and Blake came by after a very long day. He took his time to find the issue and in the end, reset all my thermostats and let me know the dampers were working fine.  I also showed him the invoice from the original visit with Juan and he confirmed that the cost was way high for the service that was done.  I will never go back to Hooper Plumbing and use RescueAir for both heating and plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Double L Plumbing. Justin was punctual and did the job in a timely and efficient manner.  Very courteous and informed me of what needed to be done, for me to understand. Had several plumbers out before him and he actually found the septic tank, they couldn't find. I will call them again for their service without hesitation.

Their assessment was $487.00 for a job I did myself for $23.00 in exactly 32 mins.

The 2nd star is because they had a really awesomely professional new guy who came to do the assessment (obviously he had no control over the price).
