Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Installat… in Fort Worth TX

I called out Schrader to unclog a toilet, $20,000 later I get rude customer service when calling in to pay.   We appreciated the first find for 4,000 which required replacing a sewer line interface. Then the second $4000 find to put in a clean out valve. Then after all that, they find rocks in my pipe and I have to replace the whole sewer line for $15,000.  They could have run the camera the first day as requested, found the rocks, then replaced the sewer all together for half the price.  Thats all fine, but the price for the sewer was nearly double other quotes we got calling around.  We decided to be loyal, give them the business. However, they were late to work EVERY day. Sending us text messages every day saying they will be here between 8-9am, then showing up at 10 or 11, then take a 2-3 hour lunch break and leave at 3.   So they wrapped up the work, it was really solid plumbing and hole digging...hence the two stars.   What really pissed me off was the incessant calling between 8-5 when I have non-stop meetings. Work was done on Thursday and by Monday we are in collections.  I called Monday morning to pay and suggested they should text us like they do for the late plumbers every morning to remind us to pay or provide an online payment system.  The lady on the phone was SUPER rude and dismissive of the ask. Needless to say, stay away unless you like to pay extra for plumbing and deal with toxic customer service.

We called True Plumbing to fix an issue that we were having with our water pressure was raised by another company. True Plumbing found out we had a bigger issue. they had to replace our PRV .  We could have a bigger issue. whenever I call with an issue Mrs. Shelia and her team always respond with an hour.  They are very HONEST and RELIABLE.  I would recommend this company to anyone. It has been a pleasure doing business with Kenny's Plumbing. From the first contact with Janice, who was very helpful and nice, to the guys who installed my water heater. I have NEVER worked with anyone who was so honest and up front about the job. It is a family operation and all of them share the same honest friendly   DNA. I was informed step by step of what was being done. They didn't mind me rubber necking while they worked. Great people. I would give them 10 stars if available.  They will be the only plumbing contractor that I will use from now on.  Don't bother looking for another plumber. This is the one you need.

We've been using Legacy Plumbing since 2014, and we call them any time we have a plumbing need. Today, Luis and Steve replaced the cartridge in a shower faucet handle and installed two new sink faucets in our guest bath. I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

Jamie is awesome!  We had used another plumbing company previously that Jamie worked for.  We needed some extensive work and Jamie was there on the weekend supervising the job.  When we found out that Jamie started his own company, we ended up putting him on speed dial as our home, which was an older home, ended up having multiple plumbing issues.  Jamie has come out at night, on the weekends, early mornings, you name it, he's there!  He is extremely thorough, cleans up after he has completed the job, shows what the problem was and what caused it, and lets you know what to look for should there be any other problems.  He is reasonably priced, no matter when he arrives, takes credit cards, and gives detailed receipts.  We can't think of anyone else we would use.  Please don't ever go out of business, Jamie!!

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

Scheduling on the app was easy and convenient!  I love the notification that someone is on the way, too.  My hot water valve had just gotten turned off ‍, but Edward was kind and helpful and showed me how to fix it.  I'll be using this service in the future if needed.  Thanks!

I am selling my house and the buyer's inspector convinced them that our water pressure was too high (86 psi & he said 80 was correct). Pressure is like money to me-the more the better!
Anyway they specified we have a pressure Reducing Valve on our side of the meter.
Donald was dispatched and he was great. He shook my hand when he introduced himself, called ahead to give me ETA and was even a little early. He located where the valve needed to be installed, dug up the yard and got everything done efficiently. He even hauled off the excess dirt & returned the sod to it's place. Donald adjusted the pressure using his gauge to 78 PSI.
I had a great experience and used an online coupon for $40. If the work had been $100 less I would add a 5th star. Plumbing is only cheap if you aren't paying the bill.

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!

I called these guys for a quote for a plumbing leak. They would not guve a quote over the phone. When they came to the house they quoted $950 before even knowing what the issue was. They just saw the house and property,  and the price went up. I paid them to fix it. They came back 4 days later to finish the job, and found another leak they created. I had to pay them $550 to fix that as they were not convinced they created it until they dug it up. They fixed that one. After all this was said and done I get a $900 water bill. Of course they are not going to help with that. So overall this one water peak cost me $2400. I will never use this unethical company again for anything.

Very knowledgeable. Kelly came out & explained our problem & how he would repair it. They checked everything when finished. Have put up with substandard work from other companies so long that we had forgotten what good tradesmen were like. It was refreshing. They are definitely our go to plumbing company now.

Not a punctual plumber. Didn't show up for appointment twice. Keep giving the same we will come tomorrow story every time. Do not recommend.

Had them out to replace my garbage disposal and install a faucet, charged more than $450 for that and I supplied the faucet. Our toilet started running the night before so I had him look at that too and he said it needed a complete rebuild and would be another $300. I got online and bought the part for less the $20 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes and I am not handy. Work was fine but will completely screw you on price!
