Our sink in the kitchen basically blew up during the holidays, and Icon came to the rescue. Sorry for the delayed post.

Fantabulous experience! Jeff came out to adjust the gas connection on our stove so we could move it closer against the wall. He communicated well by confirming, calling back promptly (even after hours!), and did our shower drain all at the same time.(I believe he called the drain a great science project! hahaha) He told us the cost for the drain and didn't bother to ask for that portion of the fee. just had to pay for the gas connection. When he checked if the gas was working again, everything worked. We later discovered that the fireplace starter pilot went out. He is coming back Monday to light it himself. He said he didn't feel comfortable with us doing it! This guy is great. We plan on using him for just about everything!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Their assessment was $487.00 for a job I did myself for $23.00 in exactly 32 mins.
The 2nd star is because they had a really awesomely professional new guy who came to do the assessment (obviously he had no control over the price).

I am not a happy camper. Earlier this Summer, I had KMP come clean out my sewer line. While they were able to clean the roots out where another plumber couldn't, they informed me that my line was broken near the curb that they could not penetrate (they marked the spot with paint on the grass and curb) and the sewer line was going to have to be replaced from the house to the street at a cost of $4,700. What they didn't tell me and what I found out from a friend was that any breaks within 5 or so feet of the curb was the responsibility of the City, as it's within the City's right-of-way. The City of Arlington got it repaired, at NO COST TO ME, within 3 days. So, if I had just given KMP the OK to fix it, I would have had my yard torn up, a tree would have had to be removed, my mailbox would have had to been relocated, and I would have been out $4,700. Hhhhmmmm, the City of Arlington repaired it for FREE. So, why didn't KMP tell me to call the City? Surely they know the code. It appears to me they just wanted the $4,700 job!

I was skeptical when I called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day. When Alan showed up I was expecting a ten minute sales pitch for an overpriced system. Instead Alan spent a couple hours with me patiently explaining my options with full transparency. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He took the time to inspect the entire house inside and out to measure the air flow and temperature in every room, even tested the windows. I was extremely impressed. The installation for my entire HVAC system was finished in one day without issues. Gerber and Melvin were fantastic! Again I was impressed. They also took the time to answer my questions and explain all the aspects of the new system. I also have to mention the contact and follow up from the main office. They texted me before and after Alan, Gerber and Melvin came to my house, with pictures of them. Unheard of. This made me feel even more comfortable answering the door. I could go on and on. One more thing, they were very careful not to leave a mess. Alan even wore shoe covers when he came in the house!! I would and have recommended Rescue Air to everyone I know. Ok. One more thing, I have already seen a big reduction in my electricity bill. There is more but I am running out of spa

I purchased a complete HVAC system for Force Home Service just over 18 months ago. I was skeptical of the claims to save up to 50% on my energy bills, but they have provide me wrong! I have tracked my usage for the past 24 months and can say that I have reduced my electric consumption over 56%! That is a true savings that you will noticed. I was so happy with that purchase that when I was in need of a hot water heater, I called Force Home Services. The rep showed me the advantages and savings potential of going with a Tankless water heater. It was a little more expensive up front, but I can tell you that my gas consumption has dropped 24% since it was installed. The real bonus is instant hot water to every faucet and we never run out of hot water, even with a house full of guests showering at the same time. Highly recommend Josh Price, the sales rep form Force Home Service, he is excellent at what he does and will make sure that you and your home are his first concern. Give them a try, you will not regret the call.

I do NOT recommend this company at all! The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable. I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

I just want the $11,000 system that I paid for less than a month ago to work. Not too much to ask I dont think. Ever since installation, this has been a living nightmare. I have had to have a tech out here to fix this brand new unit weekly. After sitting in a hot house with a baby all day, or having to leave my house and go spend money to keep my family comfortable in the AC somewhere, a tech will finally show up when they can get to me, and get the AC running and it works for maybe 4 or 5 days. Until this evening. My wife and baby woke up at 6am Saturday morning to a hot house. Immediately called to get someone out here AGAIN, and someone finally showed up at 12am Sunday, 17 hours later. Tech gets it running, but it's now 4am Sunday, only 4 hours since the tech left my house, and the AC is out again. This is absolutely unacceptable from a company that claims to guarantee their work and promise 100% satisfaction. So now my family has to fight another Texas summer day with no A/C. Stay away from A#1 Air at all costs.

Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Mr. Gavin should you need some assistance in the HVAC area. Thank you again.

Don't get caught in the $49 air-conditioning tuneup special, either. It is probable that you'll spend a lot more than $49 for the visit from the technician I had.

I brought a brand new home in 2014, my heater stopped blowing heat last Dec. called Xtreme Air and they fixed the problem Yey, then in June the a/c stopped they charged Me almost 700.00 to fix it. OK here a year later the heater goes out again. Called Xtreme Air for the 3rd time, they tell me the zone board is out will be over 2.100.00 to fix.. well Damn new house what the heck,so I called someone else. The problem with the zone board the wires were connected wrong, wow that's the same thing Xtreme Air told me a year ago and charged me for fixing it. People watch out I smell a scam, either the technicians are not knowledgeable or they're scammers but watch out. GET A SECOND OPINION
