By far the most professional and honest plumber that I have dealt with here in my 15 years of living in Las Vegas. Jeff showed up on time, told me what needed to be done and fixed all three of my issues. In terms of pricing, Jeff was very fair and upfront with his quote and was very affordable. Never again will I waste my time with other plumbing companies who charge an arm and a leg and more often than not act more like salespeople trying to charge me for stuff I don't need than an actually honest plumber!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Oh my gosh!!!! Ok - there is a lengthy, boring back-story, but the summary is I have been working with a different plumbing company for three day and have been without hot water the entire time. I checked Yelp reviews for a new plumber and came across Tiho. Again, Oh My Gosh!!!! He came right away and was here for about one hour - I have hot water!

March2023: I could recommend this business, but something just seems fishy.
I searched Google for a plumber service that could come out the same day. I found it amazing that several of my initial calls to bigger TV type names couldn't get out until three days later. Hmmm...guess those TV commercials are really filling up the appointment book for them. LoL Too bad for them, good for this company and good for my family. This company had decent reviews online, so I decided to abandon the big box brand appointment that was scheduled for three days later. The company scheduler sent me a text message with the picture of the plumber who would be coming to the house. The plumber spoke about the price then offered a subscription plan for the same price. He mentioned another price which I didn't understand if that was a call price or rate. Hmmm...weird. I declined the subscription plan, accepted the price I thought it was going to be, but was charged the higher price? The plumber was seemingly competent and capable. He wore shoe covers and was professional in all contact. He represented his company pretty well in my opinion.

Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

I noticed water coming down my walls and a water bubble forming in my ceiling above my bed in the master bedroom. My AC unit is in the Attic above my bed so I turned off my AC and the leak stopped. SO I looked on Yelp to find the best HVAC company and had them come out. Dean came over, wore those shoe protectors to protect my flooring and went to work. Long story short I could tell that he loves what he does and takes pride in providing 5 star service. His company makes sure he has all the necessary certifications and schooling and tools necessary to do his job. He wowed us and we signed up to be a member for on going HVAC tune ups.

My entire interaction with Cody & Sons was excellent! One of my HVAC units went out as I was selling my house and the new owner was already in the location renting at the time. I contacted Cody & Sons for a quote and they responded almost immediately with an offer to come out and diagnose the problem on the same day. I had to reschedule for a couple days later, but Tony showed up when he said he would, troubleshooted the issue, and gave me options on repairing or replacing the unit. He listened to my concerns and, as promised, e-mailed me two quotes first thing the following morning.
The prices quoted for a new unit was way lower than a quote my tenant had gotten from another company (like 50% lower!) I opted for the new unit and within 2 days Tony and his team was able to come out and do the replacement. To note: the HVAC unit was on the 4th floor of my townhouse - they scheduled a crane to remove the unit over the balcony - and all of that with the new unit, crane, AND labor cost less than what another company quoted for just a new unit! Plus you get a Yelp discount if you found them through Yelp (I did!)

I'm glad everyone else seems to have good reviews, but I did not have a good experience at all with Mars. If you are interested in a service that is reliable and on time, this is not the service for you. My dad passed away a few months ago and I'm putting his house up for sale. I saw the good reviews, so I hired Mars for the first time to clean the house, clean the windows, and clean the carpets. We were on a tight schedule to list the house within days after they finished the job. The first red flag was when I had to call them back twice to get them to respond to my initial call to see if they were interested in the work and arrange a meeting for an estimate. Eric finally called back, met me at my dad's house, and gave me a verbal estimate of $275 for the house and windows, and $99 for the carpet cleaning. Eric assured me they could get it done. We scheduled the house cleaning and windows for this morning and the carpet cleaning for tomorrow afternoon. Eric said they would be there to do the house cleaning and windows between 8 and 9 a.m., which was great because I had to be at work in the afternoon. No one showed up by 9 a.m. so I called to make sure I was still on their calendar, and the lady who answered the phone said they had a meeting but that she was on her way. By 9:45 I called again and they said they would try to find out where she was and give me a call back. About 10 I called again to see if they found her, and I asked for Eric, the person who scheduled the appointments. He apologized that they scheduled a last minute meeting that went longer than it should. He said he would call to find out where she was. At this point I am the only one making all the calls to get updates on when they were going to arrive. Still no call, so at 10:15 I call back. Once again I am told that they will try to find her and let me know when she will be there. I call back again at 10:30 and Charles answers the phone. I asked him if he had an estimate for when the cleaning service would be at my dad's house. I told him I was getting a little upset about what seemed to be a lack of interest with his team regarding keeping the customer waiting and keeping the customer uninformed. He started getting defensive saying that We made a mistake, alright? and that I was being rude to his staff. I'm not sure how never getting a call to give me a new estimate of arrival due to the meeting and how calling back several times for an arrival estimate and never getting a call back (being told she's on her way every time I called) is being rude, but needless to say I canceled the service immediately and am now looking for a more reliable company that is willing to put in the type of customer service necessary to earn my $400. They need to take a 101 course in customer service or they are going to lose a lot more business.

Not really sure...spent a considerable amount of money on a new system only to have it present issues I was trying to avoid with my 17yr old system. Told by one tech I could not be hearing a noise (that I told him was prob a transformer) from the unit an continued to tell me it was only when the unit was running - literally had to switch the system off and on and play the now you hear it game before he believed me...and tightened and rewired the transformer (sigh) - problem gone. Still having flame out and short cycling - told by one tech its not normal but prob break in...another tech that it is functioning normally...that the limiter/system is supposed to shut off the heat exchanger when the system gets too hot - as a security precaution...that that it normal...on a brand new unit...that it doesn't hit two degrees above start cycle temp before the system shuts down due to overheating. When questioned regarding the paradox...he said...I can't fix this....management is gonna need to look at this. Management will give you a call. 4 days later...nothing. Units barely a week old...not sure what things are going to be like 1, 5, 10 years down the line. Polite, yes. Beyond that, well...

This company went above and beyond to help me out. Our AC started experiencing issues and due to it being an older unit (15 years old) we knew we would be looking at having to replace the whole system in the near future. Unfortunately I called a couple of other companies prior to calling Comfort Experts and had sub par results with the others (missed appointments, terrible customer service, discrepancies in costs). Comfort Experts came out to our house within 48 hrs and gave me every answer and option I needed. They even helped me move my weight machine that blocked our attic access! They then had an engineer come to our home a day or two later to do measurements to determine the best system needed to efficiently cool/heat our home. After he finished he gave us a quick history of the company (which made me feel even more comfortable) and went over each option in depth to determine which one best met our needs. They even set up a fast install date due to us having a 2 month old at the time. Now I wish I could say we installed and life was good, but due to our finances at the time and having a family friend with an opening in his AC company's schedule, we opted for a different option that fit our budget. I called and spoke to the engineer to give him the bad news and he was more than understanding. I got to give it to these guys, they treat you with respect and courtesy during this stressful time. If we ever have to deal with AC issues again, Comfort Experts will be my first call.

Justin Ivy performed a thorough inspection of unit as part of the tune up package. He took his time to check all important parts of the system to make sure all was working well. It was very hot in the attic but he was not rushed and performed all needed checks. He also answered all my questions. Definitely recommend Justin to anyone needing AC service.
