fair and honest employees. very knowledgeable of their trade. had an A/C problem I  was out of town working Eric came out and diagnosed our problem as a bad fan motor left all the information on what i needed to replace it with as its a job I can do myself and did not charge my wife for the service. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

Because my hot water was warm at best, I assumed the problem was my 12 year old water heater. The Home Depot plumbing contractor suggested I may also have a slab leak based on information I gave him and they do not repair slab leaks. I called Icon plumbing. Travis confirmed that I had a slab leak on the hot water side. He also said that they do not usually have to jackhammer the floors, saving my beautiful wood floors. They repair the leak and run a new line through the attic. They repaired the leak located behind the wall of my washing machine and ran a new line, through the attic, from the leak to my water heater.

The bottom line was my floors were not jack hammered and after leak was repaired, my water heater did not have to be replaced (saving money). The only repair I had was 4 sheetrock hole repairs which is much cheaper than repairing floors. Icon plumbers Travis and Joe are great guys. They were respectful of my home and left the work spaces very clean.

Addendum-I was quoted over $4000.00 including water heater replacement from another company. Icon plumbing made repairs for less than $3000.00 without water heater replace or wood floor repair. My last slab leak was in my master bath. The home warranty plumber jackhammered the floors and charged $3800.00. Plus I had to repair my bath floors. The home warranty company would NOT cover costs and I immediately dropped them.

I highly recommend All Aces plumbing because they are very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. Robert came in and solved all of our problems in only 3 hours. He was very nice to us.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Tiho came to our home because of course, a plumbing emergency . He arrived within 20 minutes  and got to work straight away. The issue we had was not as straight forward as we had hoped, he located the blockage and fully described what needed to be done, after a quick run to our local Ace store (another plus in my mind, not a box store but, locally owned franchise) he was back and got to work, he didn't even mind me watching what he was doing ( I have worked in the home repair industry a long time and have come across my share of contractors that make up repairs) he also took the time to show me the old pipe after removal. He then cleaned up the mess left from the tub and sink backing up and washed down our front porch where he accessed the kitchen clean out. He is very much a gentleman, pleasant, easy to talk to, hard working self employed professional. All in all an extremely enjoyable emergency! PS..., Our landlord is also very pleased he is adding him to his list of contractors to use again, so I am also figuring his prices are not bad either...

Though I had not heard of this company before,  I am so happy that I found and chose them.
The are the nicest people who made temporary repairs,  required by all insurance companies. They were quick to respond, honest and gave me a extremely fair price. I would not use any company other than BillyGo and recommended them to friends and neighbors.

These folks came out to my house to replace a sewer line. They started digging on the wrong property first , then they started digging in the wrong place on my property severing the tree roots of my silver leaf maple trees that died within a week of this mistake. They told me my sidewalk would not be damaged but ended up tearing it up anyway causing me to hire a mason to pour a new sidewalk . After they did more damage then I had ever imagined and I disputed the bill because of this they sued me. In the end the back fill of dirt was done improperly and pulled the sewer line down causing the sewer line to break in about a year. I had to hire another company to come out and dig my front yard up all over again and repeat this job that should have been done right in the first place. AVOID KMP LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! Three thousand dollars down the drain.

Gary from Rescue is a consummate professional. He gave us a complete picture of what needs to be done, with estimates and NO PRESSURE!
The Customer Service team was excellent at keeping in touch to let us know when Gary would arrive for our appointment. Will update as we progress.

Trying to find a leak, they made me remove a mirror wall that cost 200 to remove and haul away, to no avail they went and tore out my brick looking for the leak. Still didn't find it. The bill for that was  above 800 dollars they reduced it to 580 after I protested.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

Fair, reasonably priced and unlike the other plumbing company they were able to give me a ballpark $ from a image I sent. When Eric arrived he was able to give me options... I can solve the problem for X amount or do what you ask for X amount. In the end the problem was solved for a fair price and within a few minutes. Much thanks.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.

Awesome service. Understanding customer needs and friendly.
Not trying to rip you off when you call them but they try and make sure that either you don't get charged extra by whoever is inspecting the place or if you are just cleaning your place up, they make sure you get your money's worth.

The service is standard price and the guys work around your schedule.
Family owned place which I highly recommend.

Lightening struck our house on 6/5/2011 and knocked out (2) of our (3) air-conditioning units. I had A#1 Air come out and give me their assessment on repair. After (1) hour of light checking....and a $99 fee...I received a written estimate of $1,776 for repairs....or $4387 to replace both units. I then called Climate Systems Service...and got a 2nd opinion. After replacing (1) capacitor.....(1) transformer...and (1) thermostat controller... (2) hours total.....everything was totally functional...Total cost $277.25. Lessons learned here: A) Never use A1 Air again B) Always get a second opinion. 3) Call Climate Systems Service in Carrollton....Rick McKay is an honest man.

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

The office personnel and technician (Trice) are polite, efficient, and--most importantly--competent and responsive. One of our AC units stopped working on Sunday evening, and the folks at Comfort Experts worked us into their busy schedule. Trice got the unit up and running again--thankfully--in record time and explained some options for us to consider for the future.

Justin Ivy performed a thorough inspection of unit as part of the tune up package. He took his time to check all important parts of the system to make sure all was working well. It was very hot in the attic but he was not rushed and performed all needed checks. He also answered all my questions. Definitely recommend Justin to anyone needing AC service.
