Eric with Northwest Plumbing took care of me when the city of Fort Worth did some line repairs in front of my house it damaged my meter and water line. Of course the water line was on my side so it was my problem. I called Eric and he was close and stopped by real quick. The issue was fixed in 30 minutes. Thank you Northwest Plumbing.

I'm not sure where we came up with their card, probably from a neighbor, but when we needed a cartridge replaced inside the knob for our tub, we gave them a call. First thing to rub me the wrong way was that he 30 minutes late for our 9am-12pm window. I took off a morning of work for this and I understand you drove from wherever and there was traffic, but give me some notice so I can give my office some notice.

I told him where the water shut-off was for our building, and he disappeared outside for 20 minutes. Once he gets back upstairs he starts going over the costs with me, before he starts the work.  I definitely appreciated that because the cost BLEW ME AWAY.  He wanted $582 to replace a $25 cartridge and a $35 knob. He wanted approximately $330 for the actual repair, $175 for what he described as the labor for walking from [my] unit on the 2nd floor, to the water-shut-off valve on the 1st floor. Which, coincidentally, was less than 50 feet from where he had parked his truck.

Finally, he wanted $79 for some kind of warranty service plan that gave me a discount on any future visits. I told him to remove the warranty; I didn't need it. But, without the discount the warranty provided, the cost of the repair went up to $400 and the labor went up to $190. With the discount plus the cost of warranty it would have only saved me $10 total. What a scam! Not to mention he had quite an attitude that I would question his pricing methods. I sent him on his way. He might have done a stellar job, but it wouldn't have been worth that price. I was willing to pay a little extra to not have to go to the trouble myself, but $582.00 for a plumber versus $60.00 at Home Depot is a no-brainer.

Got here on time. Spent a lot of time sourcing the problem. Jeff is very professional and I felt comfortable having him go around the house.  He was nice to our dog too, lol. I would call him again if we ever needed to (although I would much prefer to not have any plumbing issues).

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Tiho from Tiho Plumbing is absolutely wonderful! He is very professional and does an outstanding job.  My husband and I have used other plumbers in the past and they have not compared to Tiho. We are very pleased with his work, punctuality, and honesty. He is definitely our plumber and I highly recommend him.

They showed up on time and worked hard. My house was a complicated complete sewage line replacement and it seems like everything is good. We had one small issue about 2 months after and they came out immediately and fixed the problem.

I have never been so aggravated over needing a question answered Alejandro which obviously answers for several locations she repeatedly said could not answer one question is this regular business hours on the weekend? Is there a extra fee for having you come out on the weekends? These were questions that she could not answer she could not answer what kind of safety precautions we are taking because of the covid19 spread at this time you have a great day and I will not refer or call back to your business

I am selling my house and if that isn't enough stress, I get the inspection report and there are a few issues. Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

Great service, very communicative about the timing window and ended up arriving within the window provided. Fixed my problem very quickly and were professional throughout.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.

Called for HVAC service. Good customer service, polite and friendly.  The tech that was sent, Sonny, was knowledgeable and worked diligently to solve our issue.

A#1 Air customer relations spoke to me and finally somebody expressed concern for my situation and acted as an advocate.  I believe they intend to make this fair and equitable. Pending resolution with a final dispatch for repair with parts.

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

never do business with  hobson ac.  they replace my units 3 years ago and every summer i have had to have someone come in and replace something.  i have spent 1000's of dollar and it just never
ends.  just paid another 263.00 today to get my downstairs units working..  scam !!! stay away from them...

My  problem was simple and easily corrected within 15 minutes.  But it was very expensive, too expensive.  The part I needed retails for $35 and is easily available, Their charge was $350 for the $35 part and a total
Ticket price of $500.    I have purchased this service many times at $225-275.   I felt the part markup was too great but  as a landlord, I take care of my families.   I felt taken advantage , and I told several people within the company.  They didn't seem to care.    My air conditioning friends laughed at me, because I paid such a high price.   The whole thing was unsettling and I will not use this company again.
