Best Flame Sensor Repair in Fort Worth TX
So we had a burst pipe and were looking for a plumber and I was looking at all the 5's here with a bunch of people posting that they never leave a review but the service was so awesome and I have to admit a little part of me was they either ARE that awesome or they got some friends to post for them :) Well, they really ARE that awesome! We noticed the running water inside the wall around 11p Sunday night and after shutting off the water got to bed at 1a or so. Monday morning around 9a we called him (husband was doing the calling and he got an answering machine and I whispered, leave a message, he'll call back right away, and he called back pretty quickly) and by noon he was working on it (he said he'd be there between noon and 2p I'd never actually had anyone show up towards the beginning of the range that often) and didn't leave until it was complete around 3:30p. He is knowledgeable, had the parts needed already, and was friendly and personable (and he liked our dog, always a plus, although it's not hard to love our dog :)). It's not going to be the cheapest but my husband always says cheap, fast, and good, choose which two you want. We had working toilets and shower less than 24 hrs from the time we discovered the leak. Would definitely use Jeff again.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.

The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. I called Cody and Sons to come out and take a look at my AC system that was not working. Jeff came out and knew exactly what the issue was right away. He quickly fixed the issue, educated me about my system and was just a great guy to shoot the breeze with while he worked. I have always used Cody and Sons for plumbing issues and knew they were top notch. I only became aware that they also handled AC issues this week. I have been using A#1 for almost as long as we have lived in this house. It started by their taking over the service of the AC installed when the house was built (the company that originally installed it said we were too far away to keep servicing it). Since then both AC units have been replaced, ductwork cleaned, UV lights installed in the ducts, plumbing issues repaired, electrical issues repaired. Everything is done quickly and efficiently. As far as I know they were the first to have the 7/24 service which is especially nice when the AC goes out in the middle of the night. I highly recommend A#1 Air!

I see that good reviews were years ago. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this company. They are attentive and quick but purposefully inaccurate and upselling on unneeded repairs and equipment. We had our AC ducts cleaned. After water started leaking from our ceiling directly under the unit in the attic only 3 weeks after the cleaning and being told we needed a additional outside unit repairs at $300 and a new coil that would cost us $3,000 we got a second opinion. And there is nothing wrong with the coil or the unit. There even appears to be purposeful mishandling of our AC to cause the leak. We will also report to better business bureau. I feel taken advantage of and swindled. Please beware of bait and switch. And stay with the technician if you do hire them. I did not. Lesson learned.

My wife called this company out, Knew before ever talking to the guy that a new unit was going to be pushed. Didn't argue because I figured if I buy a new one wouldn't have to worry for a while.
Guy sold me A 13k dollar unit. said it might take a couple days might not. Wife asked if they would give us emergency ac, guy said yes if we cant install tomorrow we will bring you an ac.
We bought the gold service package. Get up one morning heat pump is clicking and not working, call them and am told will be the next day. I figure out it is the flood switch, dry it off and get my ac working again, they come out cant find a leak, and leave (The Tech I feel was really trying to find the problem) week later does it again. this time I see water leaking down the pipe, again gonna be another day. I dry out sensor and get ac working again, happens again see water is leaking from seam at coil unit, again another call another day. I get angry because I cant get my unit to start back, explain to the lady on the phone, want to know if she can have a tech call me so we are not sleeping in the heat, She tells me NO we don't do that. Now I am very angry, express that. They do get a tech out that night and he says we have never seen one do that, coils are probably bad, we are going to order new coils and if that doesn't fix it we will have a supervisor come talk to you Now my ac is freezing up my wife has to thaw it out every couple hours, she calls back only to be told You know its summer, it might take a week or so to get parts I am very aware it is summer because my house is not cool like it should be. Thing that gets me, is on my invoice for my gold service it says 24/7 when wife ask about that, she is told that just means we will answer the phone 24/7 and put you in line. These people have no clue what customer service is, when I asked to talk to a supervisor the lady on the phone tried to talk over me, I am your customer paying you a lot of money, and I want you to listen to my complaint. Unreal. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. You know worst part is I knew the guys was BS'ing me about my old unit just didn't feel like messing with it anymore, and I wish I had researched this company better and read the reviews. I will not make that mistake again. I feel like with a brand new unit I should not have to be fighting, and while I know they are not manf of the unit, if they are not going to stand behind what they sell, then why are they selling it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Don't recommend! I had a whole new furnace/AC system installed 10/2020 -$14k. Everly SINGLE year I had them visit my home because the system was lent working. My labor warranty ended 11/2022 - so I had Rowlett Air come out and they said the fuses kept getting blown because the electrical box was too small - shouldn't Extreme Air had to know that???? Another $700 later Rowlett air fixed.
Xtreme Air is good at one thing selling - as far as fixing and installing NO!!!!!!!! God somewhere else.
I was told during August hottest month when out AC was down (New system mind you) they couldn't get to us till the following week. it was over 100degrees in my home with small kids and animals!
