I called Jeff and told him what I needed done (replace kitchen sink and faucet, install RO system, fix 5 leaking bathroom sinks). He emailed me a quote that was extremely reasonable. We scheduled an appointment, and he even showed up about 25 minutes early (what plumber shows up early?!). He was friendly and professional, and got right to work in the kitchen.

At one point he needed parts and ran to 3 different stores to find them. He spent all day working at my place, until the job was done. He showed me how everything works and told me what problems to keep an eye out for. Before leaving, he talked to me in depth about water softening and filtration systems (because I asked, not because he was pitching them).

Jeff is super knowledgable and I trust him to do larger jobs for me in the future.

Needed to clear a drainage clog. Called Wednesday afternoon and arranged to work it out the next day. Plumber called the next morning at 11 and was there by noon. He worked on two clean-outs to make sure the line was thoroughly cleared and then charged exactly what he quoted ($136). The job was well-done, finished promptly, the plumber was friendly, and the price was okay. I would call again and recommend to others.

Top notch service!  Received service for a leaky toilet repair. The technician was on time, repaired my toilet and treated my home with respect (not leaving any trash particles behind). I would definitely use KMP again and refer all my friends!

When my a/c system did not work, I called rescue air heating and cooling. I contacted them around 8:30 am, expecting an answering machine,instead a nice lady answered the phone and gathered all my information needed. Less than an hour later, the technician, Michael, personally called me back and within hours he came.   Michael diagnosed the problem very quickly and my cooling system was working within minutes! Because it was a very small maintenance problem, he didn't even charge for the service!  

Not only they were prompt and very efficient, I'm very pleased for their outstanding customer service !!  If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Had Force Home Services come out last week to fix ac and had to call them back again. We have a business of our own and ask them to waive service and instead of just saying no they said, to find another company. We already had an appointment to 2 o'clock today. This is the worst company! Worst customer service I ever had to deal with!!!

Tiho provided quick and professional service when we needed our water heater replaced.  I called him after hours and he set up an appointment the next day (an appointment, not a 4 hour window like most!)  He was on time, professional, and explained everything very thoroughly.  We will definitely do business with him again and I would highly recommend his services.

These guys are great!  Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems.  They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate.  In a few minutes I was good to go!  They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated!  Thanks guys!

Nice work repairing a leaky gas line to an outside fire pit. Workers were timely, friendly, and efficient. They helped with getting Atmos to turn gas back on the same day. I would use them again.

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

John did a great job fixing my toilet after I got new flooring installed. Also, he installed my new sink and updated my shut off valves.

I have used these guys first for some A/C work for my business.  They are very professional, on time and just plain nice folks.  All of the tech who come by are efficient and knowledgeable.  

They did really good work that when my home A/C pooped out, I called them and they got everything fixed and ready for summer.  

5-star in my book.  Nice to see a company with top notch service nowadays.

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.

The office personnel and technician (Trice) are polite, efficient, and--most importantly--competent and responsive. One of our AC units stopped working on Sunday evening, and the folks at Comfort Experts worked us into their busy schedule. Trice got the unit up and running again--thankfully--in record time and explained some options for us to consider for the future.

This is a great company.  They did a great job replacing my AC.  They provided financing for 2 years with zero percent interest.  There was a water spot on my ceiling afterwards, and the owner made it right immediately!  The owner didn't try to point the finger or anything like that, he just got it fixed right away.  This is a very honest company and to me, being honest and true are the very most important things.  I am old school, and customer service and integrity are of the upmost importance. I highly recommend this place.  If you need a new AC, look no further, use this place for sure!!
