Team Enoch provided a same day appointment for an electrical issue. We were provided an estimate prior to the appointment. The electrician arrived as scheduled, quickly detected and fixed the issue. Pricing was fair and reasonable. We are pleased with Team Enoch and will definitely call on them again, if needed.

I came home from work last week to a house without AC, temperatures hitting the 90s and extremely muggy inside.  There was no way we were staying in that house all night with my 11 month old baby and dogs.  I was either getting us all a hotel room, or with any luck, track down an HVAC company in short notice.  I called 10 different companies (all highly rated on yelp) and left detailed voicemails.  Kevin, the owner of TX Star Srvs, was the ONLY company to return my call.  Not only did he return my call, he did so within 25 minutes of my call, and arrived at my house 30 minutes after that.  TALK ABOUT A+ AFTER-HOURS SERVICE!  He was very pleasant, professional, and understanding of my plight, having kids himself, he knew that there would be no way a baby could sleep in our house that night.

In ~45 minutes, he had the problem diagnosed, FIXED, and the AC blasting again.  I knew that I would have to pay extra for the after-hours emergency AC house-visit, but I think it was a fair price at the end of it, and definitely worth every penny.  I highly recommend this company! (side note... my bro-in-law is also in HVAC, he agreed that Kevin charged a fair price.)

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Their reviews looked good...their website looked good...too bad you can never reach anyone to actually schedule a commercial appointment!  Filled out online quote form - someone called 3 days later and left a message (Allie.)  I've since called TWICE and left a message...still nothing.  I will move on to the next commercial company.

Called this morning to get thermostats installed and to troubleshoot why there was no power to the head unit down stairs. Called a handy man who came and looked at the unit and wanted to charge me $600 (400 to troubleshoot and 200 to install). Couldn't justify paying that much and handy man got upset so he left. Called big bear and they were very courteous on the phone and sent Brian within the hour. Brian looked at the unit and it was a $0.50 cent fuse that had blown out. He replaced it and installed my units for less than 1/3 the price the handy man was charging. Very please with the quick work Brian did. He was very informational and helpful. Giving this 5 stars and also keeping big bears phone number for any future issues. Happy customer

Long is awesome!! I recently purchased a new home in Irving and needed several repairs. New panel, lighting, all switches replaced, fans, a/c and heater serviced. I am so happy I called Long! Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

This company went above and beyond to help me out. Our AC started experiencing issues and due to it being an older unit (15 years old) we knew we would be looking at having to replace the whole system in the near future. Unfortunately I called a couple of other companies prior to calling Comfort Experts and had sub par results with the others (missed appointments, terrible customer service, discrepancies in costs). Comfort Experts came out to our house within 48 hrs and gave me every answer and option I needed. They even helped me move my weight machine that blocked our attic access! They then had an engineer come to our home a day or two later to do measurements to determine the best system needed to efficiently cool/heat our home. After he finished he gave us a quick history of the company (which made me feel even more comfortable) and went over each option in depth to determine which one best met our needs. They even set up a fast install date due to us having a 2 month old at the time. Now I wish I could say we installed and life was good, but due to our finances at the time and having a family friend with an opening in his AC company's schedule, we opted for a different option that fit our budget. I called and spoke to the engineer to give him the bad news and he was more than understanding. I got to give it to these guys, they treat you with respect and courtesy during this stressful time. If we ever have to deal with AC issues again, Comfort Experts will be my first call.

called to have heater fixed,guy came out said he had to order the part(s) and wouldnt be back until next day around noon-had to call twice to see when or if tech was coming back and was told part(s) not in and would be called when they do and 'squeeze in' a tech to repair...NOT!!! Called Milestone Electric and was propmtly fixed within hours!!!

Full transparency, we ended up going with a different company due to needing a same-day appointment, BUT the customer service at Milestone is incredible. Dylan really meant it when he said if you need anything, call back and ask for me. He left something else he was doing to answer when I called back, and he was so friendly and helpful. He wasn't reading off a script, so I felt like I could ask questions and actually have them answered. Very grateful to have had this good experience even in the middle of a plumbing issue!!
