I had to call Schrader Plumbing to my house twice in the last five days. My house had been vacant for two years and when I turned the water on, bad things happened. First, I noticed water coming out of my garage. That is never a good thing. One of my friends found Schrader through her neighbor recommended them to me. They were out the next day and had problem #1 fixed quickly. Because I didn't have water on, I didn't immediately notice that my water heater wasn't heating. Originally, I thought it was either a breaker or maybe the thermostat needed an adjustment. When that didn't work, I called Schrader a second time. Before they arrived the next day, my floater in the toilet sprung a leak. I called to add that to my service call. They repaired the thermostat on the water heater and replaced the floater system in my toilet. Again, quick, courteous service. I will use them again in the future!

Our main water pipe had an extremely costly leak. We had several plumbers come take a look, provide estimates and some plainly did not want to deal with our large job. However, when Jason arrived, he was able quickly to identify the issue, provide a same day quote and get us on the schedule. I'd recommend ABC plumbing for large jobs to save yourself costs. They were able to saw cut the driveway, lay new concrete and replace the old pipe. The gentleman provided excellent customer service and the company gave a wonderful warranty. Thank you to the owner Jason and his hard workers Taylor, Hunter, Chris, Steven and everyone at ABC plumbing!! The only con is that now we just have to let the grass grow back where the trench was dug. Other than that all stars in my book!!

True Plumbing just completed a repair to our main sewer line.  To do this, they had to dig out an area 5-6 feet down to access the area affected.  They completed the repair, filled in the hole, and cleaned the entire area before leaving.  They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we couldn't be more pleased.  In addition, they offered a very highly competitive bid.  

We would strongly recommend them!

We called at 7:00 at night because our sink was clogged from potato peelings. Wes was here in 30 minutes and gone in an hour.  Super polite and professional.

Called to set up an appointment and was walked through an estimate and placed on the schedule for the same day. The guy that showed up (Enoch) was quite helpful, very thorough and impressively quick. He showed up early and fully replaced a rusted exterior faucet within 1 hour of arrival. He was very professional and left the condition of the work site looking as good as it did before he showed up. The pricing was reasonable and the work was warrantied for a year. Highly recommended.

John showed up 20 minutes before the estimated time,  took care of a stopped up kitchen sink, installed a new sink, faucet and all new pvc drains in less than 2 hours. Great job,  great service Thanks a lot guys.

Blacktie just replaced our home water heater. Shopped around for price, ratings scores and services received. They were honest in their dealings and fair in their pricing. Daniel came out, on time, clean and masked. Very meticulous in his work! We have replaced this water heater ourselves in the past, so I know how to do the work and he did an excellent job! I could not have done it any better! 5 stars says it all, excellent!

Jeromey came by to fix a leak. He was super professional and knowledgeable, and honest about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them, and would use them again.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

We got kitchen drain stoppage, found out by the team that it was because of the grease build-up. Bryson and his coworker came out as soon as possible and got it fixed at a reasonable cost. He doesn't hesitate to share what they did to resolve and tips on keeping it trouble free. This business is also one of the plumbing businesses without service trip charge add-on like a few plumbing places I contacted, just the charge for what they do.

Kenny and his son replaced my water heater and they did a wonderful job. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and precise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Verde Valley. And I would also use them again.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Just a lead farm for independent plumbers.  I called this morning requesting a service call for a water softener.  I explained the problem in detail.  They said they would call back when they had checked their schedule for availability.  I got a call back from a different number, seemed like might not have been the same person, but since I had only called one plumber, I figured it had to be the same guy.  We spoke and agreed on a 5PM service call to work on my water softener.  I took photos of the unit and sent a detailed text, to which he confirmed. They said someone would be here at 5PM.

5:15 PM  no one is here, no ones has called, so I call them back, they said they would call the technician and call me right back. At 5:35PM, still no call back.  I call again the technician is wrapping up another job, he'll be right there  5:45PM the technician calls me and says...so what are we doing today, installing a water filter?  I said no, you're repairing a water softener...I sent pictures and a detailed explanation to your boss.  oh, well we don't really do that, there must have been a miscommunication  So I call the number of the guy I have been texting with...and he sends me to voicemail.  I text him letting him know what happened and asking for an update.  He responds I'll call you in 1 minute  well, that was almost 30 minutes ago.  I would avoid these guys like the plague.

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. Thank you for all you do.
