Best Flame Sensor Repair in Fort Wayne IN
I wasn't able to get serviced through this company, but I thought I'd leave a review because the owner was really kind and willing to direct me to another business that would be able to service for what I needed! (We have a geothermal unit)
Much thanks! Not many businesses offer recommendations to another company.
Five star customer support!

Sheets gets you all plumbed up real good. A bit on the pricey side, but what plumber isn't right? They will get your AC unit cold, your heat hot, your water heater installed. They do good work here. They will get you all plumbed up too if needed. They get in there all deep like and get things flowing. Sheets does great interior work too, install tolites, sinks, water heaters, AC units, furnace you name it they do it...It's fun to watch these guys sweat up at Sheets. You will pay a premium, but all places are expensive right? Sheets make sure they charge enough for sure. They do great work you get what you pay for too! Sheets will get the job done! make em work hard!

Called them when the pipes in my basement burst. They came out and snaked my lines within a reasonable time. We asked that they schedule us to install an exterior clean out access. They apparently called the city to have the water & gas lines flagged but then we never heard from them again. A YEAR later I finally received the bill for the original service call with a late fee attached.
Take your chances & throw a dart at the phone book.

Adam came back twice to make sure we were properly taken care of. He worked late cleaned up after himself and did an amazing job, exactly what we needed to have done. He was knowledgeable he was helpful and he answered a lot of the questions so that we understood how our furnace was working. We have a lot of confidence in Home Comfort and the people that they have trained to take care of people like us! In this day and age it means so much to be able to trust people in your home. Home Comfort is so thorough, they introduce us by texting the picture and the information about the person they are sending to your home. They take great care and making sure they're not tracking dirt or anything into your home. We are so glad we chose this company to take care of our heating and cooling needs!

Summers provided me a quote for an AC and furnace for my home. They were very competitive in price. The service tech, Mike Schenk, was knowledgeable, courtiers, and not pushy. I would highly recommend calling Summers for any HVAC quotes.

I will never use Korte and I suggest everyone in Cherry Hill and the Fort Wayne area in general use a different company.

I had been a member of their gold service club for years after they replaced my central air's dual-run capacitor at a cost of $300. That seemed expensive for a capacitor (normally a $30 part or less), but their techs were really nice and so was the call center. I am one who doesn't mind paying a little more for good service. Plus I always believe in yearly maintenance of the a/c and furnace.
But as the years went by I felt they were taking advantage of me. First, their technician told me when doing the annual service of my a/c that I needed a compressor saver kit. He wouldn't give me a breakdown between parts and labor - which is always a red flag for me, but I was busy with work at the time, so I just trusted him. The total discounted club price was $412. I found out later what a rip off that was (you can do your own research on the internet). But I decided to let it go, and thought I'll just be more careful from here on out with this company.
The final incident occurred when my furnace went out. They told me I had cracks in my heat exchanger and the circuit board was burned out. They showed me what they said were heat exchanger cracks on their video camera. They said the heat exchanger would be $1133 and the circuit board $613, and that due to the age of the furnace I should replace it.
This time I got a second opinion. The other HVAC company told me the cracks were just marks on the metal probably from when it was manufactured. And while the circuit board was obviously burned out, that competitor replaced it for $460 -- one third less than their club price.
Problem fixed. Furnace still runs like a Trane two years later.
Needless to say, after two unfavorable incidents I no longer do business with this organization. I do think they provide great service and are very friendly, but I can be gouged only so many times. Every time they pushed back when I asked them break their quote down into parts and labor. I get that labor is expensive, and you have to mark up your parts. But I always think any contractor should be willing to do that.
