This has been the most painless home repair I have ever had, what I thought was going to me long process turned out to be quick and easy well at least on my part.

How refreshing! I called Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas to fix my gas line in my food truck as well as a burst pipe. What nice guys Isaiah and Justin. They came, fixed both, were on time, kind, friendly and got the job done. My grill is working!!! Water is flowing in the house. Thank you guys. I will definitely call them again.

Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Juan responded quickly to my message on yelp. I sent him pics of the bathroom sink faucet I needed replaced & he sent me a free estimate. When he came to install it I needed 2 extra parts & he was able to get them & install them the same morning. It took about an hour. & a half total & he cleaned up after. 2 thumbs up

Overcharged. Be very careful. They claimed they performed a sound leak detection but I never saw the equipment. And there was not any reason to do one as they found that the toilet was running. They fixed that. The whole Shaba got took 30 min and they charged me 450.

They are good but SOOPER expensive. I bought a faucet and just needed it replaced... they were there 28 minutes and charged OVER $250. They were very professional and did a great job but very pricy

Fast and knowledgeable plumbing experts. Quick response and honest, no BS solution.  Guys knocked out the immediate problem and came back for follow up.

Tried to get a gas shutoff valve installed, wanted more than double the price I paid another pro, save your money and look elsewhere.

Had some issues with one of the bathrooms and was able to get someone out here with no issue and knew what they were doing. Good service. Thank you for coming out to help!

He came out on a Monday and looked at my pipe. He explained what needed to be done to fix it. We made a time for him to come out on Tuesday at 1:00pm. I waited and waited. He didn't call or text or emailed me and now it's been over a week and now I have to find someone else.

I have lived in Elpaso for almost my entire life and I have never run into a plumbing company so irresponsible. They answered the phone the very first time I called and that was the end of it they showed up to assess the situation. Left to go order parts and never came back never answered the phone never answered the text messages back. I would say I would call my neighbors 12 year old son and have a better reply and probably be able to fix the problem then using thrive for maintenance.

When emptying a bucket, I accidently flushed a sizeable cloth rag down the toilet. I called Affordable.  Their plumber, Chucky, came out and ran a snake down through the toilet, then offered to run a camera through the main line, making certain that the rag had entered the city mainline. It had, and, at my request, Chucky let me view the camera monitor. Doing so, introduced me to the mysteries of our sewer.  Chucky was informative, friendly, and efficient. The  cost was reasonable. I recommend Affordable if you ever have a plumbing issue.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and  suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?
