Best Bathtub in Durham NC

Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub.  Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work.  This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors.  We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol.  His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable.  Not expensive but not dirt cheap.  My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer.  We will always call him back for future needs!

Awesome communication about getting our appointment set up.  Then their technician let us know he was on the way. He took care of the issue installing a new spigot.  Highly recommend.

Very happy with my service and repair from Jayk's. Lou came out and repaired two toilets. I appreciate the honest workmanship - I thought a valve needed replaced and Lou found the actual problem, and it was less expensive. I love that they do a free estimate. And I think their pricing is reasonable. I would definitely call them again for further plumbing needs.

We first used Carrboro Plumbing when we moved into the area three years ago. We were renters, and so didn't have a choice as to who our landlord wanted to use. But we quickly figured out why he chose them. CP fixed our problem that day really quickly, and the gentleman was so nice and informative about how to avoid the issue in the future. When we bought a place the following year, we chose them to do all of our work. Every time they came to our condo, they were so polite and helpful. When we needed a new hot water heater to fit in a tight space, the owner Chris sought out a special one that could fit in a very tight space. The prices are fair, and I'm just floored by the professionalism across the board. Nice to have such a great company around.

I've used still water plumbing for the last 2 years on numerous jobs and he has alway done an excellent job . I would highly recommend Joe at still water plumbing.

Only $860 to hydro jet our sewer line. They came out on a Wednesday after a Monday call, so you know they're busy. It took two plumbers less than 10 minutes to run the hydrojet and unclog the drain. I wasn't aware of the 2 plumbers with 1.5 hour minimum billing rate, but that's just business. They were able to invoice me by email in under an hour, which was nice. No pesky talk about pricing while on site.

Extremely happy with Raleigh Heating & Air and all they were able to provide us with their services. Their service technicians are extremely knowledgeable and their salesmen are very personable and avoid pressuring you into something you don't need. They were able to give us excellent direction in choosing our new HVAC system (which can be stressful considering the costs), quoted us a slightly lower price than a similar system from our previous HVAC company, but their customer service goes above and beyond. I called our previous HVAC company (that we had been with for almost a decade) due to our AC not working in the summer and they couldn't make it out for 4-5 days. I called Raleigh Heating & Air and they were able to make a service call for later that day. We did have an AC issue within 48 hours of installation of our new HVAC system, but they sent someone out the same day and ironed out the wiring issue at no cost to us. I really can't say enough about them, but they've definitely earned a new loyal customer and we'll recommend them to anyone who asks!

I put in a service request on yelp and Ronald got back to me super quick and was able to come out the next day and fix our broken bathtub faucet! He was very communicative and honest. This company was very helpful and my family is very happy to not have to take any more showers with a bucket!!

I had a pipe burst and they were out pretty quickly to repair. While here, I had them look at our water pressure too. They were very accommodating. When there were complications the next day, they were back out quickly (as part of their warranty). I'll continue to use them for plumbing services!

We had a pipe 'burst' in the middle of the night. After getting the water turned off and calling the insurance company I started researching plumbers. Bull City had rave reviews so I gave them a ring even though they aren't 24hrs/day because I was willing to wait for exceptional service. Someone actually picked up (at 5am!) which was amazing.

The work completed was good (it ended up not being a very complicated issue) but we did have some issues on the first visit. HOWEVER, the owner himself came to make things right. His professionalism and commitment to honest, good work was very admirable and I am happy with the service he provided. I believe our original issue was an anomaly and am confident that Bull City will continue to live up to it's reputation.

Seth was super responsive, quick and friendly. Went above and beyond repairing a section of our fence that blew out after a storm. Will definitely be using him in the future for inevitable household repairs. Fully recommended.

I'm reserving my comment until they change the hours from 24 hours to the true hours of Monday-Friday. Today is Saturday and my unit is not cooling but according to the website they are OPEN and 24 hours right now.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
