Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub.  Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work.  This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors.  We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol.  His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable.  Not expensive but not dirt cheap.  My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer.  We will always call him back for future needs!

I called Joseph Rose and spoke with Ethan who was super professional and helpful. I had an issue with a toilet in my T-Mobile store and I was told they could be out the next day.

Not even 10 minutes later Ethan informed me that they could actually make it our same day. Carcamo came by a few hours later and did a fantastic job repairing our toilet leak.

My toilet would not flush and was filled to the brim.  I was so afraid if would overflow and cause damage. This incident happened on Friday. Most of the places I called said they could not come until Monday but  Jayk's came out that day and resolved the problem. Thanks

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. At a desperate, last minute request, I reached out to you on a Saturday.  Even though you had plans with your children, you promised that after you had returned from the zoo, you would contact me and come over to replace our garbage disposal.  You kept your promise.  You were honest and saved us $$.  You performed your magic and got our old disposal working.  Which means I can return the newly purchased disposal and get my $$ back!!  YOU SAVED US $$$.  Not only that, out of the blue my husband asked you about our LOUD icemaker.   You took time and assessed the problem, and came up with a fix, which was totally not the original reason for your service call.  THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES!

Contacted them about replacing my kitchen faucet. Despite living in the service area, the service tech he wouldn't come to our location.

Long story short.  Had toilet back flowing into shower.  Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job.  Was professional. Courteous and very thorough.   Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience.  Would highly recommend blantons.  
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't.  I know nothing about plumbing.  And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right.   Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall.  Thanks blantons. Y'all are awesome.

I suddenly found myself with water seeping up out of my cherry wood floor in my kitchen.  Frantic, I called Sparrow and Sons (I'm a regular customer) for help.  This was on a Wednesday morning (admittedly before Thanksgiving) and I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to me before Monday afternoon!!!!!!  What is the good of having a plumber if they can't help you in an emergency situation?

Great service. Took care of the multiple jobs quickly and followed up as needed. I like that they offer different price points to complete the service.

Estimated $2070 for less than four hours of work. From reading other reviews, I agree that this company is ripping people off.

Rooter Rotor came out to my home in December 26, 2022 to access our leaking well line from our well pump which froze during the 18 degree weather and then thawed. Water was splashing everywhere c when we turn pump breaker back on. The Rooter Rotor team told us our pipes and tank were obsoleted and had to be upgraded and required new lines, fittings and another tank totaling 1500+ dollars. They also told us they had to drive to Greensboro to get the parts and come back the following day by noon. They returned the following day late, arriving after 130pm. After 30 minutes they completed reelected c parts. The tank was the same color and model of the old tank, the lines and fittings were the same size and changed to white plumbing pipe instead of the metal. We were instructed to turn the breaker back on. The breaker immediately flipped off. I flipped it back on. It flipped off again. I told them wiring was wrong. They stated it breaker was bad and we need a electrician. Even c though we had water running before they came. We begged them to wait on electrician. After 40 minutes the Pendegraph Electric of Durham nc arrived on emergency call. They Rotor Rooter tech spoke with electrician and stated to him they rewired pump correctly and they left. The two electricians started troubleshooting from breaker box, and found power and no issues. Then they moved under our home and to the got water heater and wiring. All lines were hot with power. They followed lines back to well pump and found no fire at pump. The rotor Rooter technicians had reversed wires causing no fire or water to flow from well. We ended up paying 500+ dollars for the hours they spent troubleshooting the mistake made by the Rotor Rooter technicians. We called Rotor rooter office after 5pm and asked for a manager to report the mistake. Additionally my credit card has been charged 1534 dollars even after my military discount was not applied nor our 50 dollar deposit subtracted. The Rotor rooter agent told us to call beck on Monday which was January 2nd 2023. Five days later. We called yesterday and none answered after 5 calls. We left the messages on a voicemail. No one has called back. Today we received a copy of the invoice and pictures of pump. We received a text message to call 5 times and no answer. We receive a email asking for electrician bill. No person call returns ever. We have disputed invoice on our credit card for further action by our bank. Be careful with Rotor Rooter because they had charged to your bill not authorized. A advantage plan for 99 dollars was added to my bill. I hence no idea what that was. I told the rotor agent Dec 27, 2022 that I did not request a plan and don't know what that is. The Rotor agent responded its is my word against Daniel the tech. Even after I requested she remove the charge she did not. What a mistake calling Alamance Rotor Rooter. They have ethical issues and are dishonest people. Be careful!!!
