Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I needed a new hot water heater installed and Mr. Mayo drove over to my house and hooked it up without any difficulty at all. His services, communication skills and professionalism were all excellent. And the cost was most agreeable. Highly recommend!!

My relationship with Raleigh Heating & Air started years ago when my AC went out during a horrible heatwave, and I had a very sick old dog who I was very worried about. Frantically, I started calling to see who could come help us, as he was not doing well and it was so HOT.
Everyone I called told me they could come in a few DAYS, except for Raleigh Heating & Air. The gal I talked to HEARD me when I explained how worried I was about my dog, and said she would get me help right away. And she did. I can't remember what they had to do, but they got us up and running and cooled off. My precious dog passed away a couple days later of old age, but I was so grateful that he didn't have to suffer from heat those last days. (my goodness, it's still hard for me to even tell this story...sob!)
Fast forward a few years and the heating/ac unit could not be nursed along anymore. A new one was necessary. Of course, my first instinct was to remember who had helped out at such an emotional time. BUT, big money was at stake, so we needed to check out options. Called all around and narrowed it down to three companies to come out and do a quote. Raleigh Heating & Air was (by far) the most bang for the buck, so we got our new unit from them. I'm talking about thousands of dollars difference...literally!
Now, two days ago, our AC kept tripping the breaker. Husband called at 8:00 at night. (in the middle of another heat wave) They were here by noon the next day. Fixed. I can happily report that many years after the first emotional contact, I still have complete faith in this company to keep us cool/warm, be reasonably priced, and to CARE about our comfort.

Seth was super responsive, quick and friendly. Went above and beyond repairing a section of our fence that blew out after a storm. Will definitely be using him in the future for inevitable household repairs. Fully recommended.

Awesome service and amazing customer service thanks for being so helpful. I had a small leak on a water line coming into my home and Aaron was very punctual and took care of everything right away.

The service was a simple ceiling fan replacement. They were not able to provide a quote unless they were on site. On providing the quote they said 71 and 2 when the quote was seven HUNDRED and twelve dollars. I feel like an idiot for signing the order without looking carefully but I do not felt they acted in good faith.

If i could put 0 starts I would. This company took on a plumbing job they were not equipped to handle. The basically took $5000 on a contract and did not complete the job and would not refund the difference because they stated it was a contract....not mentioning it took them from Oct to the end of January to complete they work they did. Then they were short on manpower to complete the job

If you are considering Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Alamance County please first, consider my experience:
A $476.50 estimate for a repair that ultimately cost less than $8.00.
My outdoor hose bib was leaking from a small cap. I put in a call to Mr. Rooter, spoke to a very nice customer service person who seemed glad to help. The agent explained there was a $50.00 non-refundable trip charge which I paid with the understanding that I would receive a professional analysis of any repair required and it would go toward the ultimate repairs. An appointment was made and on the morning of the appointment the tech arrived in a timely manner. We spoke briefly and he confirmed the issue (he never turned on the water to see the leak) and immediately began talking about removing interior drywall to access supply pipe. I absolutely did not intend to remove interior wall. The estimate did not include repair and repaint of the interior which would have left me with a gaping hole and exposed plumbing in my study to be repaired by others at additional expense. Ultimately, I learned that my problem was not only exceptionally common in my area, but, exceptionally easy to fix. I was advised to buy a vacuum breaker repair kit (a device with which I was unacquainted, neither needed nor present on outdoor plumbing where I previously lived) for approximately $7.72. It took about 5minutes to install and, no more leak. Surely, a professional should have been able to do this simple repair without removing drywall and the kind of workmen with whom I desire to do business would certainly have drawn attention to or offered the simple solution. Does my experience speak to the expertise and/or the ethics of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Alamance County? You decide.

Horrible experience. Completely misdiagnosed the drain problem. Then they had the audacity to send me an estimate for work not needed--nearly $3,000! I asked for a second opinion and, sure enough, it was a simple fix which was taken care of on the spot. Be aware.
