I can't say enough good things about Joseph Rose plumbing - these guys are the best! We were in the process of selling our home and someone touring our house noticed our water heater was leaking. We were out of the country when we received this news, but knew we needed to address the issue immediately. I contacted Joseph Rose based off the Google and Yelp reviews I read and am so relieved I did so. They came out the next day and installed a new water heater for us. Their communication throughout the entire process and attention to detail are second to none. Their prices are extremely fair too. I have since called them out to take care of two separate issues in my home and have received the same top-notch care each time. Can't recommend these guys enough!!

The dishwasher install from hell.  

Things didn't start so well with some missed service windows and a problem with the installation.  A technician was dispatched to correct the issue but ultimately, the owner came out and made things right.  That's the best a customer can hope for when things don't go as planned.

The pricing-point was half of what other vendors wanted to charge with much quicker appointment availability.

I will look to use Jayks again because I know they stand behind their work.

We have used CP on a few occasions now.  They have consistently been courteous and professional (the older I get, the more I appreciate), and have done great work for us.   Highly recommend

Lansen fixed my toilet on a Friday night. He arrived quickly and completed the work quickly. I'd tried calling different 24/7 service, but their dispatch never got back to me. I highly recommend Lansen and I'll call him again for any future issues.

I got a same day appointment for repair of a hot water heater l. Within a couple days the unit was replaced. The team was very professional,  very punctual, and  the price was very comparable to others in the area.  I would highly recommend them

This business was a pleasure to work with! I contacted the owner about a problem with my kitchen sink. He was so responsive. He was even able to fit me into his schedule the same day which was a blessing. He was knowledgeable, polite, and worked quickly. I highly recommend this business for repair needs.

I called them on a Friday night to come fix an urgent plumbing issue. The told me dispatch would call me back. They never did. I'm glad I didn't wait too long before finding another plumber. Despite their claim of leaving a voicemail, I did not get one.

I scheduled a consultation Through Yelp following the instructions and no one confirmed or showed up.

Communication breakdown prevented getting the quote for our project. If you feel like playing phone tag instead of an emailed quote. This is the place.

They responded quickly, came back out with no charge when the sump pump was still not operating properly. And about to use them for another job. Highly recommend.

Seth, where have you been for the past 20 years?  I have searched high and low for a reliable, dependable, honest handyman.  I have hired/tried a couple of handymen - but they were subpar.  You Seth are the REAL DEAL!!  The answer to our prayers.  My husband and I cannot express how pleased we are with you, your professionalism, promptness, very reasonable rate and EXCELLENT work!!

At a desperate, last minute request, I reached out to you on a Saturday.  Even though you had plans with your children, you promised that after you had returned from the zoo, you would contact me and come over to replace our garbage disposal.  You kept your promise.  You were honest and saved us $$.  You performed your magic and got our old disposal working.  Which means I can return the newly purchased disposal and get my $$ back!!  YOU SAVED US $$$.  Not only that, out of the blue my husband asked you about our LOUD icemaker.   You took time and assessed the problem, and came up with a fix, which was totally not the original reason for your service call.  THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES!

I asked for an estimate and they quoted $50 for an estimated.  I was very clear over the phone that my well pump was not working.  They came in and the charged me $200 to confirm nothing else was wrong.  Then another $300 to pull the pump out of the well to confirm pump is bad.  Then they wanted $6500 to replace  the pump.  I just paid the $500 and got them out.

When I called to complain they were giving me some weird explanation about their standard process/work to replace pump.  

My question is why they did not tell me that over the phone or at least when the tech  arrived first.

will never use them again.  Horrible People.

Last November we went the entire month without heat waiting for Bell Cow to repair. Now, this Spring we are faced with the same issue regarding A/C. They have confused work order, technicians show up confused about what they are supposed to do. After the last visit, the A/C was working for a day then went out again. We are going on over a month now to get this issue permanently resolved. I have found all the people I have talked with and met to be very empathic, friendly and kind. However, that doesn't fix our issue.

Horrible experience. Completely misdiagnosed the drain problem. Then they had the audacity to send me an estimate for work not needed--nearly $3,000! I asked for a second opinion and, sure enough, it was a simple fix which was taken care of on the spot. Be aware.
