This is a great man, who does great quality of work. My beef with him solely was the no shows and lack of returned phone calls or texts. Maybe I'll revisit sometime, love having a drink with him and chatting, just when I'm desperate for help and I can't rely on you after you set a time, that's a problem.

Corbin, Phil, and Tyler from Paragon have done great work at my house.  They are always prompt, friendly, and respectful.  They do a great job of explaining their work with great customer service.  Their craftsmanship is impeccable. Would recommend to anyone without reservation!

Had my 1979 Weil-McLain boiler re-plumbed as a preventative/upgrade measure after discovering a small water leak.  The technician who came out was knowledgable, friendly, professional, confident and willing to answer all questions and concerns I had.  The only reason I marked down was due to multiple re-schedules, which, may impact someone less flexible.  They met my desired finish date regardless.  My issue was not an emergency and that may have had some influence.

There is a world of difference in performance.  It has only been less than a day so here is what I can tell you right off the bat... aside from the initial warm up after being off for two days, I have heard almost zero clicking, banging, rattling and popping of the radiators.  I feel really comfortable with the heat in my house compared to prior to the upgrade.  Modern pumps, valves and controllers, appropriate gage pipes etc.  System purged, refilled and bled.  Very impressed with the workmanship!  Turned a rats nest of copper and wires in to a thing of beauty.

Time and bills will ultimately tell if it was worth it, but right now, I am happy.

I used them a couple times. 1st time was good. Second time the Plummer unhooked outside sensor etc on my boiler. Said my boiler was too large. I called the boiler Co. And they walked me through how to reconnect everything. Charged me a lot to mess up my boiler. Not happy with them Has worked well all winter

Called H&M Sunday evening to get on sked for Monday a.m. Bill ended up rescheduling to afternoon and was late for that as well. But he's a small operation (2 people?) so doesn't have the staff to throw at a problem. When Bill did arrive, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He's been in the business for 40+ years. We already knew the problem was a leak in a baseboard heater pipe connection, so it wasn't a complicated diagnosis or fix. He went straight to work, knew his stuff and made the repair. Cost was under $267. ($145/hr.) Seemed reasonable. We'll call H&M again with plumbing issues, but next time will ask them to call us when they're actually on the way to our house.

Ouch - heater died this morning.  Have to give Kudos to Central Plumbing. They had a very capable repairman (Gene) here within 90 minutes and our heat was back on before noon.  They're not cheap but their work & service are excellent

I only gave this place a one to so that I can continue to leave the rest of the review, first of all check put my reviews before reading this you will see that I am very fair to all company's before I write a review, this company does bad business first of all they have come out to asses my boiler and some issues that we may be having and I have yet to have called and talked to someone that is in Alaska the call always goes to a call center on another state and then eventually someone calls you back sometimes twice now I've had to call back later in the day and even the next day to remind them to have someone call me ASAP because I have no heat. Secondly when they do show up the first thing they do is whip out a HUGE pricing book an write down what you'll be paying to assess and maybe fix the problem which would be fine if there weren't a Lowes nearby and you check on the price of what you were quoted and they're adding a 70% markup (WOW) don't believe me check for yourself, and that wouldn't be bad if it were the price for the parts and the labor BUT IT WAS JUST PARTS and if you buy a bunch of parts and have them there and ready for if that is the problem that will just piss the installers off I have never seen it before IT WAS THE EXACT SAME PART HE WAS TRYING TO SELL MY EXACTLY THE SAME PART NUMBER but I paid $80.00 less then he had quoted me that's a big difference and he wouldn't put it on IT WAS THE SAME ONE HE HAD he wrote me a $685.00 ticket and walked out the door without my boiler running because he couldn't make sense of this-can you? I can't I know they need to make money but I need the job done by a professional that isn't so greedy I'll pay a good price for great service but I'm not a sucker hopefully big company's like this one eventually realize there is another world outside of them and people will only overpay once repeat business is where the true money is keep it real and close to down to earth I will always pay the small business professional over the greedy company's, professional or not come down to earth with your pricing and customer service skills I will never call this company back to my house again and I hope I save you the same heartache I will leave a positive review of another plumbing company soon!!!

My heating system went out New Years Day 2013  - watering pouring out of it.   I had replaced it approximately 4 years ago with another company (no longer in business).   Circle Plumbing was the Carrier Certified Warranty repair for Anchorage.    There was a crack in the heat exchange.   I had no heat for 13 days!!!!    It was during the coldest time in of year.    Had to purchase 5 electric heaters so my house didn't freeze.      Communication was scarce with return phone calls.   10 days into no heat I received a phone call from one of their employees who was trying to sell me a whole new system and said they didn't Install Carrier Systems because they are too much trouble.     3 Days later they got the part and installed and the heat back on!    
(When the Carrier was initially installed they was a serial number swap with another person who lived near my house.   I called the main Carrier Dealer  and they gave me the name of the person who's serial number I had.    I contacted him and he had the exact same problem one year before.
