This is a great man, who does great quality of work. My beef with him solely was the no shows and lack of returned phone calls or texts. Maybe I'll revisit sometime, love having a drink with him and chatting, just when I'm desperate for help and I can't rely on you after you set a time, that's a problem.

I lost heat in my house while I was outside at Christmas. I called Craig out of the phone book and he made time that very day to go to my house and secure the property from further damage. His estimate was received within the week and very reasonable considering the extensive repairs needed. He completed the work on time and without hassles. I have no problem recommending his service.

I have called this company and I always get my answers I need.

One visit was Saturday night 12 midnight and Mike was leaving Sunday morning for East coast. He fixed it all.

If you need it done correctly they are you company.

I used them a couple times. 1st time was good. Second time the Plummer unhooked outside sensor etc on my boiler. Said my boiler was too large. I called the boiler Co. And they walked me through how to reconnect everything. Charged me a lot to mess up my boiler. Not happy with them Has worked well all winter

I highly recommend calling these guys up first before seeking out any other company for your plumbing needs.

Long story short, I had a water leak happening in the kitchen that proved to be a pretty big deal. I contacted Anchorage Plumbing and they sent over a grumpy guy who couldn't be bothered to do half the work that H&M did.

Turns out the water line to my fridge was sourced from somewhere besides underneath the sink along with the faucet and dishwasher. Anchorage's solution was to install a valve where the leak happened and have me call them back after the restoration company went through and possibly dig up the subfloor.

Not quite content with their level of service, I took a shot with H&M. Bill called me back promptly and later that afternoon, he appeared with another tech who got the job done in a couple hours, having rerouted the water line through under the sink. They also installed another valve for our main water line in the utility room.

Most impressively, their interactions with myself and each other were extremely pleasant in the midst of a stressful experience. I enjoyed cracking a few jokes with them while they worked diligently.

My only issue with them is that I called later on to request a written report on their findings for insurance purposes and they never got back to me. But apart from that, I was as happy with their work as I could possibly be.

Don't waste your time and money with any other plumbing company. Give these guys a call first and hopefully you'll end up as satisfied as I was.

Didn't show first day. Came totally unprepared second day to require a second trip. They charge for travel back and forth to their office. Great use of $160.  An hour worker. Total rip off. By design when you carry no parts.

In 2009, Heatsource rerouted, and installed new fans and piping for two of our upstairs bathrooms.  During the winter, the vent would stay shut for about 5 minutes until the frost melted enough for the it to open. My husband suspected the work wasn't done properly, and checked it. My husband discovered several problems. The plastic wrapped insulation around the piping was waterlogged, and had begun to drip in the crawl space, which would have led to mold growing up there. After my husband removed the insulation he noticed Heatsource failed to use foil tape to seal the pipes before wrapping with insulation, which is the reason why the insulation became waterlogged. Additionally, the vent that went out the gable end was not sealed properly, and was the reason for the vent flap sticking in the winter.

We made some calls, and considered doing the work ourselves. However, we put it off after Heatsource asked for an opportunity to redo the work. We're still waiting for Heatsource to honor their request. No show again.

We caution potential clients to beware of shoddy workmanship. If you need work to be done right, do your research to ensure you know what you're looking at. Also, we recommend you check the work each step of the way to prevent corners being cut.

Friendly, prompt, and professional service after hours. It was affordable and the clog was quickly resolved. Thank you so much for doing the dirty work!

Circle was one of the only companies in town on call on the Sunday I lost my heat/hot water. They came and figured out what was wrong, but had to wait until Monday to get the part that was needed. Promptly here on Monday morning, Ed had my boiler up and running within the hour. Great experience with knowledgable professionals.
