Intelligent Design

I used them a couple times. 1st time was good. Second time the Plummer unhooked outside sensor etc on my boiler. Said my boiler was too large. I called the boiler Co. And they walked me through how to reconnect everything. Charged me a lot to mess up my boiler. Not happy with them Has worked well all winter

I work for a management company here in Anchorage and use Intelligent Design often for emergency calls and work orders. Jake is always super willing, professional, and quick when dealing with 3am emergency calls. During the day, the staff is just as amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Intelligent Design for all your heating and plumbing needs.

We've used Intelligent Design for a few years now as our HVAC and plumbing contractor and would highly recommend them for your residential needs. They've done everything for us from completely redoing a system installed by another contractor for a mother in law apartment that was piped to the wrong tank, to a complete conversion of an oil/propane system to natural gas (shop/apartment, house and detached garage). Won't find anyone better than Jake in this town for residential HVAC!
