This is a great plumbing service that I highly recommend.  Had to replace the main water line from the meter to the house.  Got 3 estimates.  Went with Trench Plumbing because he offered the best combination of low price, great warranty, and fast, professional service.  Very honest and friendly, didn't try to upsell.  He finished the job quickly and I'm very pleased with the results.

Home was built in 1979. Builder instead cheap material to cut down on cost and unfortunately that caused issues later down the line. Had a leaking toilet downstairs and unfortunately the flange that the builder installed was completely disintegrated and the toliet was basically not attached to anything.

Federico came and installed a brand new toilet and flange for us, which had to include some jackhammer to get rid of some of the old concrete to remove and install the new flange properly.

He was very respectful to us and our home.

Had an issue with our shower where it sounded like running water behind the shower wall, and it quickly turned into an emergency as we noticed water leaking on the shower floor. I was able to get ahold of Diego from Overtime Plumbing after I noticed the leak and he was able to respond to our home within an hour. He was able to identify the issue and provided his professional opinion about the repair. He was professional, courteous, responsive and very fair. The repair was done quickly and in a professional manner. Definitely going to use him and his team for future repairs/projects.

I called Downey Plumbing based on a friend's referral to repair my heater. Sadly, I was very disappointed. The service guy immediately diagnosed it was the ignition control module and said it would be $150 and left to purchase the part and upon his return quoted $400. He changed the part and the heater still did not work, then he said it was the gas valve with the solinoid and that would be an additional $300, or $2500 for a new system. We asked him to put old part back in and leave a quote and we would considerate. He was bothered by it and said the bill was $200. I refused to pay it, i was quoted $98 for the service call and would not pay anything else.

1/15/2013 I received calls and emails from the owner apologizing they were unable to help repair the unit and for the way the service call was handled and mailed me a refund check. The money is good, just wish they could have helped with the repair. I respect the fact that they made no excuses and valued how I felt I had been treated. Thank you Joe.

Contacted Todd about repairing a ceiling damaged by rainstorm. Todd gave me and estimate for the drywall repair as well as some additional painting.

Marco came out to do the work.  He is fantastic. He showed up on time each day he was scheduled and was very polite.  When he tore out the damaged drywall on the ceiling, we realized that the wood  was still damp and that the insulation in the ceiling was wet and should be replaced..  He said we should wait for the wood to dry before doing the repair....which we did.  In the mean time he proceeded to complete some of the painting work in another room.  Marco was very professional and did not recommend doing the ceiling until it was completely dry....so we waited for a couple of days.  I really appreciated the fact that he did not just push ahead with the repair while the wood was still wet as that might have caused problems later.  Marco eventually  finished the ceiling repair and some wall patching as well.  He did a great job and it was obvious that he took pride in doing his job well and to the satisfaction of his customer.

I would recommend this company, especially Marco, and would use them again if I need similar work done.

Tim did a great job installing a water softener and reverse osmosis. He is friendly, trustworthy and certainly knows what he is doing. Would recommend him to anyone considering water needs.

Rick was on time, knowledgeable, very friendly and hard working.  He fixed my main sewer line. I'm extremely happy with his work.  Very fair in his pricing.  If you don't need the work done, he won't hesitate to tell you. Give him a call.

Don't listen to the one star review from the guy criticizing ricks driving.  You need a plumber not a chauffeur.

My husband and I needed a dedicated gas pipeline installed for a new gas dryer we purchased for our tenant. We called 3 different companies to come out for estimates on the job and Prodigy Plumbing had the best price.

We had a Prodigy Plumbing technician come out to give us a free of charge estimate for the job on 7/20/17. The appointment was from 1:00-3:00pm. Matt called ahead of time to say he was on his way and arrived at 1:30pm. He was very courteous and pleasant; he complimented our property and used booties inside house! Matt checked where the dryer was placed and where the existing gas pipes ran. He gave us options after assessing the situation and advised us to go with the most cost-effective option. He used an iPad to write the estimate and sent the quote immediately to my email address. Matt's quote was reasonable compared to the two from the other plumbers that came out for an estimate. Matt said it was a one-man job and would take about an hour to complete the job. Also, that there was a one year warranty for the parts and labor. He had us call to office for the next available appointment.

I called to schedule the appointment for today (7/25/17) from 8:30 to 10:30am. Matt called at 8:15 to say he was at the warehouse in Long Beach and then would head over (I live in San Pedro). He arrived a little past 9 and finished the job around 11am. He had us check the work, then pay. I was able to pay with my card through his iPad and he sent me the invoice immediately.

My husband and I are completely satisfied with the customer service, the work and the price - WE'RE DOWN WITH MATT DOWN'S PRICES!!

We will definitely call Prodigy Plumbing again for future work at our house or our tenant's unit.

Did a good job, a little bit late, had to come back again to double check

We had a major drain issue in the house. Two other 5 star review plumbing companies came. One did hydro jetting but couldn't fix it, yet charged me $750 for the work. The 2nd company came. The plumber said I needed hydrojetting for $1000 based on what I told him, without even use camera or any tools to check out the line.

Then here comes Louis Avina from clean out king. He didn't rush to draw any conclusion of what happened. Instead, he took his time (a few hours) to trace the issue using various tools. He was able to trace how the two house drain lines met together and where the broken pipe could be. Then we scheduled tomorrow to dig the ground to check out the broken pipe.

If you look for a god plumber who is serious in doing the job right, Louis is the person I recommend.

In terms of the company, I can't say their price is the best as I don't have enough samples to compare. But they do have a clean print out price list that I can see. The transparency of pricing is something unique.

Just like another one mentioned, Andrew was quick in response and had the best quote. He removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new one. Everything went smoothly. I'm now hoping to put him on 2 more jobs. He's professional and honest and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Courtesy Plumbers and I will be using them in the future.
