It was Sunday evening, one of the rainiest days of the year. Our patio was completely flooding over, and the grimy water was getting into our house. We were panicking, and we called the fire department to help. Meanwhile, I ran off to Home Depot with my next-door neighbor to get a water pump, a snake and a Wet/Dry Vac. As the firefighters were trying to figure out what to do, and we were desperately pumping out small amounts of water, Joe Ramirez of B&B Plumbing happened to be driving by. The firefighters flagged him down, and he went straight to work on our outdoor drain -- which was clogged with years worth of dirt, debris and neglect. He used an industrial-strength snake that we couldn't have bought at Home Depot. And sure enough, he dug through the collected mud and clog and it all came running out onto the wet street. The water level in our patio quickly started going down, and we were relieved that the whole house was not flooded. Thanks to Joe Ramirez and B&B Plumbing, the damage to our home was pretty minimal. And he never asked for a penny in return. This company is doing a great job for people in need! Thank you!

These guys were awesome! I called them late Saturday afternoon to clear my kitchen drain because it was backing up every time I used my garbage disposal.  Who says i can't blend an avocado seed..... lol. I called and they were able to get out to my house pretty quick.  They were in and out and made sure everything was working before they left.  I'd call them again, if i couldn't figure out the problem, cool guys.

I've had these guys come out for a couple of issues and have always been fast and effective.  We had them come out about a year ago for a minor bathroom plumbing issue, and just recently to help with a broken and leaky thermostat on our water heater.  Great work and fast.  Always a pleasure and will keep using them.

I only really write reviews when a company goes above and beyond anything I expect from them. Canfield's Plumbing is one of those companies.

I called John inquiring about Hydro Jetting and he was very informative about the process and up front with the cost and even informed me of their generous 5 year warranty on their service. By the way, they were $150 cheaper than the other good plumbing company in the city of Covina for the same job.

When we decided to hire Canfield's to Hydro Jet my sewer lines, I asked them to be at my house at noon. John arrived at 11:30 and promptly got out his camera system and started searching through my lines for any blockages. After about 45 minutes and 120 feet of camera views of my sewer lines, he determined there weren't any major blockages. I asked John if we should just hydro jet anyway to clear any blockages and he pretty much told me I would say keep your money, it's not worth hydro jetting right now.

You know there is really something to be said about a company that tells you you don't really need our services right now so keep your money. They could've been dishonest and I wouldn't have known any better and paid for the service. But they refused to take my money. Something like this doesn't happen often but when it does, just realize you've found a good company that you can confidently partner with.

Needed ice maker hooked up involving crawling under my unit to run copper tubing. First plumber I called (who also had excellent Yelp reviews) referred me to Bigos. Called and talked with a lovely phone person named, Stephanie--she took over and set everything up for water shut off with the condo management and scheduled my service. Mark Bigos showed up within expected time frame and in a little more than an hour had me up and running. Great service... highly recommended.

Approximately one year ago we purchased a water softener system and a gas water heater from Mike. His crew came by and installed them as well. Last week we noticed water surrounding the water softener system . We immediately contacted the office and explained the problem to Lela who did not hesitate to acknowledge our situation and reassured us that help would be on its way. The water leakage was caused by the manufacture's faulty ring at the top of one of the tanks. Subsequently It was replaced at no charge. It is a relief to know that we can count on Complete4U's prompt and reliable response. I will rate this business with 5 stars! Thanks!

Chris worked on our property during an emergency leak.

He was very fast in terms of both picking up the phone and surveying the property within 30 minutes of the call. He came out the next day, gave us a quote for the repairs and was willing and able to start the work immediately.

I highly recommend Chris. Gave us a very reasonable quote, but more importantly, understood the urgency of our repair as the property would have had to shut off its water due to the leak. He also provided us with videos and pictures of the damage and repairs.

We would definitely work with Chris again!

Federico was quick to assist us with our plumbing and toilet issue.  He fixed the drainage pipe underneath the house and replaced the sewage line at a reasonable price. He resolved everything in a fast manner and met the timeframe to complete the project even though it rained a lot in our area. He kept in touch with us until we were 100% satisfied. Him and his team were professional and  cleaned up immediately after the work was done and was very great to work with. Will highly recommend him to anyone!

Armando made sure to call me back the day I requested a quote for a second opinion, even though he had experienced a very busy day.  He listened to my plumbing concerns, asked good questions, and helped me troubleshoot my water temperature problems to give me confidence to know that my HOA is responsible for the challenges I am facing.  If this was my own plumbing problem, I would quickly have Overtime Plumbing come out to service my condominium.

Worst customer service EVER!! Rude and insensitive to my senior citizen father.  We asked for a quote and would not take the time to look and give him one. NOT recommended EVER!!

Dakota came out for what I thought would be a simple fix but it ended up being so much more. He quickly identified the issue and was open and honest about everything I needed. This is the best plumbing service I've ever used and I will continue to give them my business for all my future needs

Valerie took my call on Thursday, 10/27/16. I was happy to get a next day appointment window of 2-4:30pm. I have a floor furnace that needs inspecting, repair, and lit for the upcoming winter. Valerie even asked if I found them on Yelp. I cleared my Friday afternoon and did some gardening while waiting for someone from Western. 5-5:30pm rolls around. I lost track of time. Western was a no show, no call. No follow-up from Valerie or anyone else from the company. Disappointing.

Tim is awesome. Highly recommend him. He helped us out with our water softener system and did a great job. He came out quickly and took care of everything.

We removed our washer and discovered that one of the valves wouldn't close all the way, they were original to the 1980 condo. We needed two new valves. I called Rick. Within an hour of my call, he was replacing both valves. He was fast and his work is solid. He was neat and tidy and did a great job. Will certainly call him again.

AMAZING plumbing company! We'll never use another plumber again. We recently moved into our new home and needed several faucets replaced, shower head updated, waterline installed, and a pedestal sink installed. Mitch and his great team came to the rescue! We've met three of their technicians and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Charlene is also amazing and scheduled all appointments quickly and worked with our schedule. They also text appointment reminders and even send a little blurb about which technician you can expect to show up. We couldn't have found a better plumbing company to trust our home with. Today, I had the best service with this plumbing business. The individual who helped us was George. Immediately, he knew what the problem was. He explained the issue in a way that I could understand. he gave me advice including the pros and cons. I'm happy with the end result of his work. If I need this plumbing company again I will ask for this person's help.
