Wow! These guys are great. I called them with a plumbing emergency and they were at my house in less than an hour. Price was more than reasonable for the situation at hand. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

We have been working with Complete Plumbing for several years. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They are proactive in looking out for our needs, but do not try to sell you anything you do not need.  I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Thank you Overtime Plumbing! Came highly recommended by my sister, called Diego last minute and he managed to squeeze me into his schedule for the following day. Diego was quick to identify the issue (leaking water line under our house which had a pinhole) and handled the job promptly. They replaced multiple exterior water fixtures in our home. Quality of work was excellent. Diego and his assistant were very personable and easy to speak to. Would highly recommend!!!

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

Marco arrived at our home on time and ready to work. I went over all of the things I needed done around the house, and  Marco did a great job with everything!  He is smart and well-organized. He also pays attention to detail.  I would give him 10 stars if that were an option. A great job at a fair price!  I will definitely call on ASAP Services again for any future needs.

BEWARE, BEWARE! I contacted Tim, the owner, regarding a low water stream from a highly rated reverse osmosis(RO)system I purchased from Costco that supplies water to my refrigerator water dispenser. Tim recommended a dedicated additional water tank which he installed at a price equal to what I paid for the whole RO system. He installed the water tank and I noticed obvious standing water on the bottom of the sink cabinet within 2 days where he installed the tank. He had mentioned to my wife he saw signs of a leak from a dishwasher hose and he had tightened the clamp to the dishwasher hose and he saw no visible leaks. It wasn't until I told him he would be responsible for any water damage incurred that he responded to me. He had me turn the water off and he came out the next day and fixed the leak which I was grateful for. I also contacted him to let him know that the water stream from the refrigerator was still low. He then suggested 3-4 options including purchasing a whole new RO system that was 2 times what I paid for the Costco RO system. I told him that I felt like I was having to pay for his experimentation as he did not give me confidence that he knew how to fix my problem with the system.  I asked him if he was going to deduct what I already paid him for the additional tank since I wouldn't be needing now if I purchased the new RO system from him. He has never responded. I expected much more from him especially with the many stellar reviews I had read on Yelp. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AND WON'T BE USING HIM AGAIN. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

After writing the above review I was contacted by Tim. He is now offering to install his RO system deducting what I've already paid him and to return to him the tank I purchased. After consideration I felt most comfortable to NOT take him up on his offer. I don't believe you have to write a unfavorable review or remind him he would be responsible for water damage in order for him to act.

Rick has been performing plumbing services on my home for many years. Just trust his work. Had a water heater, water softener, reverse osmosis unit and a new toilet installed. Rick also corrected a sticky water value problem on our washer which was a concern. Found Rick to be friendly, very knowledgeable and his work was top notch, all at a fair price. He shows up on time and leaves the work area clean.

Plumbing issues? Don't hesitate to call Rick...I would highly recommend him!

This company is amazing! They are friendly, explain things in detail and give you all your options. They will not stop until the problem is solved. Their prices are better than any other company I have used in the past and are the only one I will use going forward. Family owned and operated, the only way to go!

All around great experience for a crappy situation (Pun intended). We just bought our house a couple months ago and have had no issues, as the company that owned the house before us had replaced all the pluming under the house. But it looks like they did not complete the job and change all the plumbing out to where it drains. Long story short, they did a poor job connecting the new plumbing to the old the plumbing which caused a backup. I called Mark right at 8 AM, and he had Matt sent out to us that afternoon. Matt was on time and super knowledgeable and walked us through what the issue was and what all the potential remedies could be. It was a fairly big job as he had to dig a pretty large hole on the side of the house to replace the connection, but he did it that afternoon. He even made sure to put some lime down to help absorb some of the bacteria that had been compiling under the house. Overall, excellent experience! I will definitely be using them again for all of our plumbing needs.

Had an unfortunate tank crack on an old toilet which I wasn't wallet willing to replace yet. Hunting down a suitable tank was challenging as many shops only seemed to have tank lids. Those shops that had tanks the cost would buy a current toilet including the install, that was to much $. (I understand vintage yet for this era of toilet those shops want to gouge the wallet.)

Sent an email about my search and Ken responded that he'd take a look to see what was on hand. He responded next day and had pulled a couple of used tanks that they had. Mentioned I was welcome to look through the others that were available. I was a bit worried about price yet no worries, their price was fractional to what a new toilet would cost. That was a go to me.  He pulled two tanks and one of them was spot on for looks and size.  Found a lid and did the deal.

The setback on this tank was not the same for our bowl but was able to get it fitted right. That 1 different really wasn't an issue as initially thought. Our old toilet is back to working thanks to them having a tank and lid available. Their tank combo was actually 12 years older than our bowl date LOL. A franken combo but it looks pretty good. A testament to the Made in USA in the 1950's. (YAY!)

Overall good prompt email replies and over the phone conversations courteous. In store same courteous service. Would definitely call them for future plumbing parts.

I had a toilet leak but was not in town to address the issue personally. I called this company based on the great reviews here. They scheduled me with Luis. He suggested the leak was from the shower but he won't know until we open the ceiling from the downstairs unit. He asked that we test for asbestos first. And we did - asbestos positive we had to call another company to remove the asbestos ceiling- I'm $2000 in the hole already before plumber having done anything yet. Luis comes back. Does the investigation and tells me the leak is from the toilet and he needs to change the flange. Quotes me $3700 for the work. It's Sunday, already a week from the initial call and my neighbor downstairs has no ceiling in their bathroom. I have to fix all this mess. I tried negotiating lower price due to the outrageous amount for a toilet flange. He goes down to $3200 and says he will wait the inspection fee of $400 if i agree to the quote. What a nightmare. I felt pressured especially not being able to go in person. I agreed to the quote. I never got refunded for the inspection fee. I talked to the manager Tony afterwards and he refused to refund the $400. The $400 wasn't the issue. The issue was the outrageous charge of $3200 for 3 hours of actual work (max) i would never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself money and look for honest plumbers. These guys are not honest nor thrust worthy.

I was looking for a plumber to install our whole house water filter and softener and the company recommended plumbing installs and I couldn't be happier! The owner is very responsive and did an excellent job on installation. We had a small issue (not related to his work) and he contacted the manufacturer for us and told us what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. If you are looking for a reliable and honest plumber I highly recommend him.

Our AC went out and German came out today to give me a quote. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what our AC needed to get it back up and running and gave me advice on upgraded our system to a smaller unit and where we could relocate it to. He gave me a quote and we are moving forward. I definitely would recommend German and NexGen.

Andrew was very professional and quick with his response. He showed up as scheduled. Gave me a fair estimate, showed up to do the job realized we came across an additional challenge, he took another approach without additional charge to resolve the problem before we had to make another choice of action which would've cost me more. I would've paid for the other choice of action, if needed(and he knew this), but he was willing to try before we went for that plan. I felt Andrew was very professional, compassionate and Honest with his work, which is what I look for in a professional. I will keep Andrew for my future jobs and recommend him for yours.

First of all, I did not know this business or anyone there before I hired them to fix my drain line leak this morning, and I am writing this review based on my own experience and not being compensated by this business at all.

Art was very responsive and provided me with information quickly and accurately based on the photos I sent to him.  We then set up an appointment this morning; Ricardo and Joel arrived in their company van and company t-shirts on-time.  They fixed the drain line leak quickly and performed a thorough test to make sure the fix is good.  They also provided additional replacement recommendations only as answer to my question, but never pushed me to proceed with it.  I also had a couple toilet issues and they fixed 1 of 2 and quoted me the second one since it would require a new toilet purchase and replacement.  They are super polite, knowledgeable and professional the entire time.  I cannot be happier with their services provided to me this morning, and I am very glad that they are my local plumbers in north Orange County.

I highly recommend their services and will definitely go back to HR Plumbing for any future plumbing services.

They were great and honest. Came out same night to look at the water heater. Gave me an estimate right on the spot. They don't price gauge and are upfront with everything. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is their time slot changed the day of service. He explained he was up late for an emergency call the night before and had to push the appointment back from 9am to about 3PM. Not the biggest deal. They're friendly and professional and did exactly what they said they'd do. They were in and out in about an hour. Definitely recommend.
