Best Sump Pump Repair in Anaheim CA
Joseph is awesome. I messaged a few plumbers for quotes on installation of two toilets and nobody would give me even a ball park for an estimate, they wanted to come and look and chat. I'm very busy and wanted an estimate, Joseph gave me a good range of the cost after seeing some pics of my old toilets and the new ones I bought. He is super responsive and we coordinated a time for him to come.
Toilets were installed without any issues and look beautiful. He didn't make a mess and hauled the old toilets for us. We are having him come back to install a new tub and shower. He advised us on which to buy, he said he does not do tile but his brother does, so we are looking forward to working with Joseph again.
Price is very fair and he is very pleasant to work with. Super efficient and quick! Highly recommend.

I had a clogged bathtub drain and got various quotes. I found Complete to be very well priced, and quick to respond. Ron was sent out and he was able to identify the problem fast, explain it to me along with some extra tidbits about my house plumbing, and was very friendly. I'd recommend Complete!

Needed a compressor leak check, they came in, inspected it. Found the leaks. Had them come back in the next week to replace the tank with brass caps. Fixed the unit, quick and effectively. They also checked for leaks in our nitrogen piping as a bonus!
Mike and Oscar were a pleasure to work with. Very respectful, great people to talk to. Overall amazing service!
Cheers!

Called these people out to diagnose a non-working furnace. They told me the control board was out but that the furnace was made by quattro which is no longer in business and there are no parts. They told me basically I needed to replace the entire furnace and would give me a quote for that.
Did some internet sleuthing and discovered that quattro was indeed out of business but had been bought by Texas Furnaces. I called Texas Furnaces and gave them the model number and learned that they still sell parts for the unit.
I called back the Baird and Crockett technician, Luis and told him what I found and he said he would follow up but never heard back from him and didn't return my phone calls.
I then found SoCal Airflow from Yelp and called them and explained the situation. They sent out a technician Aubrey who confirmed the control board was out but said the part was in stock. It was not a cheap part but way less than the cost of replacing the furnace.
Not only did I not want to bear the cost of replacing the whole furnace at this time but more importantly, when I do, I will replace both the furnace and AC with a heat pump so replacing the existing furnace made no sense.
I'm OK with a tech telling me a system is old and should be replaced, but fooling me into thinking that is the only option crosses a red line.
The lesson is clear. When someone tells you that a unit can't be repaired because there are no parts, check the internet. I recommend calling HVAC Plus as they sell directly to consumers. Give them the make model and serial # and you can quickly find out if the part actually exists. In fact even if the tech admits one exists, if they quote you a high price you can check with these people to see what it really costs them.

Had toilet leak from 2nd floor to down stairs. Figured it was Wax Seal but wanted to make sure it wasn't more than that. Service person came in time and started working on it after confirming it was that. Price looked a little steep but I figured I already paid through diagnostic charge after 30 second free assessment. Well in middle of work, I was notified of scope increase by about $400 for having to work on flange. Which sounded a little too much (maybe someone in business can let me know if I am wrong other than from BHI...)
So the repair is done and Voila! No leak after a little over $600. I figure I got charged about $125 an hour. (oh, I know how much the parts cost on this... practically insignificant).
Over all, it was not a bad experience until... yup... when there is problem.
Fast forward a day, and as I walk on down stairs... I get drip on my head. Different location from where water leak was. I go up to figure out what is going on to find that bathroom is semi flooded which is the cause of new leak. I try to find where the leak is coming from and it is leaking from the water tank of toilet. Upon opening I see basically water slowly over filling and leaking out through handle. Upon closer inspection I see that the float was rotated in such manner that it barely touched wall where it got stuck at one point. I remedy the situation by rotating float so it won't touch the wall ever. I am pretty confident this happened when the service person was reconnecting toilet after repairs probably putting more torque than necessary.
So, I just got service person show up and talked to him in turn which he talked to manager. First answer, $250 to replace valve and also water line valve. Excuse me? That was not the problem with the flooding?!
I basically tell him that I am not interested and get him going and the manager calls. Saying he will replace valve for free and would like to replace water line valve for charge to do me right. I tell him the real issue here is water leak caused by this damage. Which he ignores and puts blame on perfectly fine valve (Yup of course it has been working fine since I rotated it to where it should have been 2 days ago).
Good company is found when things goes wrong how they handle it. I will give it one extra star to make it 2, as they sounds professional if not owning up to what happened. Too bad I had to leave review like this when it could have easily been 5 star for doing something about actual problem not skirting around and trying to eek out more money from unhappy customer.

I Highly Recommend!!! Save yourself the headache and not bother with other septic services. I had my septic tank pumped 3 times with a few other companies in a matter of a few months. They never bothered to tell me that something was wrong with my tank. When Albert came not only did he pump our septic tank but he suggested that there was a problem and right away explained to us what he recommended. He replaced our 2 small risers to new adequate 18 risers to provide access to both sides of the tank. He ran a video camera and he discovered that we had a seepage pit that was buried and full of grey water, he then pumped it. He discovered that previously due to a city water flood our septic tank is severely cracked and damaged. He helped me take pictures of the damage. Mud from the flood also cracked the ceramic lines and clogged them from reaching the seepage pit tank, he jet water pressured the lines to unclog them along with the pit. Other than the need to replace our cracked and damaged septic tank, we are back on track and enjoying our water and drain use. Do yourself a favor and try Albert and Grace. You'll be glad you did!!

Jose was able to fix my clogged drain in no time at all. He was flexible with my schedule and also gave a 30-day warranty. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing services.

I hosted a party and our guest bathroom got clogged, and we had to host another group the next day at noon. I called Tony in the morning at around 10am, and he was able to show up less than two hours later. He fixed our toilet in minutes and we were able to use our bathroom for the second group, who showed up barely an hour after Tony left.
Thanks to his immediate responsiveness and expertise, we were able to turn around what could have been a bad situation into a seamless party transition. Could not be happier! 10/10

Owner Nick seems to be a real gentleman judging from his excellent manner of business handling.
I tried this company because of the yelp perfec feedback rating, and now understand that everybody's opinion was right.
I admire him and I am sure his business wil continuously succeed in future.
Worker Bryce and another man both were very polite, friendly, and had good teamwork finding the exact spot of the leaking.

I've tried a ton of different plumbers over the years and never found one worthy of using a second time. Elite Plumbing was AMAZING and will be my go-to plumber from now on! Richard went above and beyond for us and I I am forever thankful! He got us our new water heater up and running the same day and did an amazing job. He ran into a few problems along the way with our pipes (our house is older than the hills) and he still finished the project same day where any other plumbers I guarantee would've just called it a day and came back another day. Thank you Richard!

Oscar came out on a very busy day for his business. I had a clogged laundry line that has given us problems off and on for years. He put in the extra time and effort to get it opened and free flowing. There was a bit of an up charge from the quoted price for the extra work (he was here over an hour) but certainly reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Rosales Plumbing, and Oscar in particular for any plumbing needs. Honest, reliable, and dedicated, as well as a really nice person.

I hired another plumber and he inspected shower pipes. Your assessment was wrong that pipes were old. Turns out the pipes are in good condition. After he removed the stem you installed, the rubber piece was missing. The piece that I bought brand new that you used and still charged me full price for installing! Shower has worked ever since I hired other plumber with no problems. To say that I am mad is an understatement! It does not pay to lie or cheat someone to get more money! RIP OFF!!!

SCAM! This guy came out with an assistant--during COVID, no masks. Claimed the problems were fixed and took $375 of my money KNOWING he fixed nothing. Promised he'd come back the next day, lol, and ghosted afterward. DON'T BE SCAMMED! My entire house is now worse off than when he came. No bathrooms, shower, laundry. He flooded one of the bathrooms. and left a pile of nasty towels and disgusting flooded floors. If I could I give 0 stars I would. He has no idea what he's doing.
