Just like another one mentioned, Andrew was quick in response and had the best quote. He removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new one. Everything went smoothly. I'm now hoping to put him on 2 more jobs. He's professional and honest and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Very expensive! I think they feel that they are the Rolls Royce of plumbing. They were 45% higher than my other quotes.

They provided a flat quote instantly and stuck by it- we needed hydrojetting in our outside drains. They got all the roots out and explained everything very well.

My parents let me know the bathroom pipe was broken in the evening. I created a search request and Oscar was very quick to respond. It was about 8:30pm and I asked him is there a different in price for fixing after hours and he said yes. He Recommended  to have him come the next day in the morning so that the prices wouldn't be so high.

Technician Richard came out to for a suspected gas leak on my Takagi tankless water heater. He did a walkthrough with a sniffer and contacted the manufacturer and determined that the system is working properly. SCAM! This guy came out with an assistant--during COVID, no masks. Claimed the problems were fixed and took $375 of my money KNOWING he fixed nothing. Promised he'd come back the next day, lol, and ghosted afterward. DON'T BE SCAMMED! My entire house is now worse off than when he came. No bathrooms, shower, laundry. He flooded one of the bathrooms. and left a pile of nasty towels and disgusting flooded floors. If I could I give 0 stars I would. He has no idea what he's doing.
