There's overflow from a cleanout at the front yard and I selected Golden Rooter and Plumbing to come due to it's good review. Daniel was punctual, experienced and honest. He unclogged the sewer and provided suggestions. No upselling or anything. Reliable plumbing service that I will definitely use it from now on.

What started as a straight forward DIY bathtub spout replacement got complicated after I removed the old spout and the pipe from the wall didn't fit standard replacements sold in stores.  The old pipes were also not copper and rusting on the inside.  Joseph responded very quickly with up front estimates.  He was easily available, very punctual and done replacing/soldering in new pipes and installing new spouts in less than an hour for two showers.  Would highly recommend!

I have been needing to hire a plumber for multiple properties. Today, I decided to call B&B.  I spoke to Candace and she made the process comfortable for me.  She is willing to handle everything with my tenant, what a load off my back!  Now I hope my tenant is satisfied with their service.  I shall post again!

All Service Plumbing was very professional. They did an excellent job from start to finish.  Their technicians where  respectful and took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it.

Bigo's Plumbing is great - prompt same day service to clean out the main drain. The camera system was very effective and Matt's explanation of the problem and solutions to the issue were appreciated.  Highly recommend the company!

Ron and Mike tackled an existing mini split a.c. System that they had not installed. They discovered multiple problems with the initial installation. The system had always struggled since we purchased the home a year ago and really couldn't keep up on very warm days on full power. Wow! After a lot of effort on their part finding the issues our system is working fabulously! I'm certain our power bills will be reduced too as it is now working so much more quietly and efficiently and we don't have to turn on all the zones at once! Thanks again Ron and Mike!

Chris did a great job unplugging my kitchen sink drain.Charged  what was quoted which was a reasonable price.. Fast, professional and kept things clean. Very freindly, will definitely use again for my plumming needs.

Federico and his team did an amazing job.

For background, we have a house that was built in 1955, so our waste piping was degrading, and all of the water pipe to the house and routing through the house were old galvanized pipe.  For those that do not know, waste piping will degrade after a long period of time.  Also, back then, pressure piping (hot water and cold water) was made out of galvanized steel.  If not replaced, it will eventually burst, and cause additional damage to the rest of the home.

We knew it was coming and asked for an estimate.  With previous projects, I knew that his team was meant for the job.  We asked for  the drainage piping to be replaced, pressure revised to PEX piping.  And upgrade the water heater from tank to tankless (higher efficiency).  Was also added an ice maker line and tub replacement.    

After confirmation of work (maybe on a Sunday), Federico and his team were able to start that Monday.  During this time, we found out that the pressure piping from the house to the city had to be replaced, which was a reasonable amount added.  We also had puddles of water and waste below the kitchen piping.  So we lucked out they were able to get that fixed before it got worse.  

They got the entire job done within a week!  So fast!  They provided their trash removal, and got rid of the water heater.  They also removed any exposed piping that we didn't need anymore.  The only thing that pushed it was the city wanted drawings for inspection.  We also had to wait for the piping to get inspected.  (FYI: inspection is required when getting city permits to do projects on your house, so it's standard). So the city was a minor draw back, but not too big of a deal.  

The team did an amazing job, and all the piping looks nice and great.  They only required a few holes to get the job done, but they told us beforehand.  Some side notes that makes this company better than most:  1) Federico explains exactly what you and your house needs to make it functional, and work.  2) They don't cut corners, and are completely honest.  3) very communicative.  4) always on time.  5) very efficient. 6) always professional.  

If we need more work done, we'll definitely be calling them again.  We HIGHLY recommend this company.

My kitchen sink had a crack and needed to be replaced.  It was an undermount sink and after 3 plumbing companies didn't have the expertise to do the job, Overtime Plumbing came to the rescue.  Armando was recommended by another contractor. He is super quick to respond, knew exactly what needed to be done.  He took care of everything! He and his coworker spent a good amount of time replacing the sink as there were some pitfalls from the previous installation.  Bottom line, these guys are experts and can handle any plumbing job.

Scheduled an appointment for 3/3/2023 with Downey Plumming and Heating concerning our home Hvac basically heater not working.
Our service technician Mr.Juan Cabrera arrives and provides a level of  professionalism that's rarely seen today.
He quickly located the issues and got our system back in working order.
In closing Mr.Juan Cabrera represented not only himself but Downey Heating and Plumbing at the highest level.

I spoke to two companies and chose Todd because  he explained what he was going to do from start to finish, how long it would take and gave me a very reasonable price. He showed up on time, did an amazing job and left the rooms neat and clean.

Excellent service, fair price, no pressure.  This is the place you want to call when you have a heating or air conditioning problem.  We called places that didn't call us back, we called places that sent out high pressure sales team that told us we need a whole new system, then we called Western...they came when they said, fixed what was wrong, and we're a pleasure to work with.

No response for over 9 days.  I do not know whether The Water Guy is still in business.

I needed to replace my water heater and called Rick for estimate.  He gave a very fair price over the phone and he was able to come out on a Saturday to do the work.  He showed up on time and did a great job with the replacement.  He even went a step further by restoring the drywall and the wood base that was damaged from the leak.  I've heard many times from plumbers that they won't do the drywall repair.  You can tell that Rick takes pride in his work and completes the job with high standards.  I would definitely use Rick again.

I love Trusty Plumbers! The best customer service and the best technicians. Today I had a whole house back and they were very understanding and able to get a technician out right away. Edwin was very professional and went above and beyond to explain what was going on in my pipes and make recommendations about how to prevent future problems.  He explained services Trusty Plumbers offered as well as things we could do on our own.  Its great to have a plumber you can trust to give you there professional advice without trying to upsell.  

I've also used them on rental properties and they are a lifesaver. They understand how to communicate with tenants as well as owners. They contact my tenants right away to schedule and are always sure to call on arrival to explain the problem and get my approval before doing any work. I can't recommend them enough!

Can't remember the employee's name that came out but he was great.  I thought I may have had a leak inside my wall.  He came out and in just a few minutes found there was no leak and didn't even charge me.  He was here about 5 min.  I'll be calling them out for any future plumbing issues for sure.  That's what I call customer service!
