We contacted Daniel at the recommendation of many people in the neighborhood.

He came out to replace our toilet.

(The toilet has a double flapper and 2 previous plumbers, plus a supply company, had never seen that before.
There was a clog in the actual toilet that they could not get through as well (which was why it wasn't flushing) and everything together could be costly... probably most cost effective to just replace the toilet.)

First off, he was very available to communicate with while we were choosing the new toilet.

When he came to do the work, he first took time to inspect our current toilet.
He asked questions and tinkered with it.

Wrapping up the story, he adjusted a few things in the tank, and turns out, we didn't need a new toilet.

That was already great news, as I didn't want to contribute to the landfill, but he also offered to take the toilet to Home Depot and meet us there so it could be returned!
So kind.
And then, he didn't even charge us!!!
He said he didn't really do anything.

Kind, kind human and really good at his job as well.

I had all my family coming to visit for a week & the night before they were going to start showing up, my plumbing started backing up in the bathroom. I called a plumber I know & he was busy with a huge job & referred me to Scott. I called Scott, told him the problem & he & his brother were at my house first thing the next morning. They had to clear the main drain & ended up having to remove the toilet to clear it that way. I figured I'd have a mess to clean up when they were done but they put plastic down all through my place & when they were done they totally cleaned up all the mess, including the bathroom floor! They were done pretty quick & were gone right before my brother & nieces showed up. Thank you! I've already referred them to my sister & will continue to refer them to family, friends, & clients.

Exceptional service thanks to Jose and Brandon. Both were very professional. I gave All Service Plumbing a call on a Monday at 5:15 PM - Jose and Brandon showed up at 6 PM and took care of the job in less than 3 hours. I thought they wouldn't be able to perform the job until the following morning, but they quickly diagnosed the issue with the shower plumbing and got to work. Great work and great attitude from both considering that it was late into their work day.

Had the pleasure of calling Mike today really nice guy. Came in and took care of my backed up sink in no time, is prompt. Showed up when he said he would and just the nicest guy and his price was really reasonable if I ever have another plumbing issue he will be the first person I call. It's Saturday and he still showed up within the time frame he said really reliable

I was house sitting for a friend when the sewer backed up so in a panic looking for a plumber in Orange County at 9pm calling around couldn't get anyone out till we called Team Rooter . So, in todays times of iPhones, iPads, Twitter and Facebook, it is wonderful to find a business that still believes in putting customer service first as a service provider.  I found Complete through a product manufacturer website for my tankless hot water heater.  Their attention from my first contact through my service appointment and their follow up was impeccable.  I really appreciated their personal attention to all of my issues at the time they were at my home and their great suggestions as to my options to help me make the best decision I could at this time.  I would highly recommend Complete Plumbing for all of your plumbing, heating and cooling needs.  I am very satisfied with their service, work completed, and follow up to confirm that my equipment was performing as we needed.  Their pricing was very fair and their attention to detail is incredible.  You need to hire Complete Plumbing for any of your home plumbing/heating/cooling needs in the future.  A job well done!  Thanks guys.

Chris was great. He came quickly and replaced my water heater. I felt he was honest about my options and fair with his prices. His team came the next day on time and fixed within a few hours. Cleaned up after themselves and I have hot water again. Woohoo!

I HIGHLY recommend So-Cal 1. The main sewer line had separations. I did my due diligence and talked to several plumbers. Federico from So-Cal 1 was great. He was friendly and professional. He carefully explained everything and gave me a few options to repair it. He was on time for every appointment. We decided to repair the sewer line using a liner. Once completed, they spent the time to show me the liner with a camera. Everything looked great! If you need a plumber, I HIGHLY recommend them!

My kitchen sink had a crack and needed to be replaced.  It was an undermount sink and after 3 plumbing companies didn't have the expertise to do the job, Overtime Plumbing came to the rescue.  Armando was recommended by another contractor. He is super quick to respond, knew exactly what needed to be done.  He took care of everything! He and his coworker spent a good amount of time replacing the sink as there were some pitfalls from the previous installation.  Bottom line, these guys are experts and can handle any plumbing job.

Today Orlando showed up bright and early to do an outstanding service with a great attitude   There should be more like him

She reassured me that Jose and Nicolas would be at my house in 30 minutes. Jose was very professional and called out Ismael for additional help with assessing a leak. Ismael and Dakota were very professional and thorough. It was my main line, they gave me different options and I'm really happy with the outcome. I highly recommend HomeX.

Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

Todd and Marco are THE nicest people in the business. Marco came to our home today to paint and hang a door I had purchased at Home Depot. I called Todd earlier in the week to schedule. Our puppy accidentally got locked in our room so we had to break the door down. Unfortunately, the door I purchased was too narrow for our door jam. Todd called to let me know that Marco had already painted the door but a trip to Home Depot was needed to get the correct size. Not only did Todd recommend someone at Home Depot for me to speak with, but he also explained to her exactly what I needed. You have no idea how helpful it is to have someone hold your hand when you're home improvementally challenged! The door and jam I need are custom orders so I'll have to wait for Todd/Marco to come back to install when it arrives. Being able to have someone in your home that is honest and trustworthy is HUGE in my book and I can say that ASAP is welcome anytime :) Thanks Todd & Marco!

I had Rick and the crew replace the heating/AC ducting in my attic.  They showed up on time and gave me a good price.  They really did a nice job and obviously take pride in their work. That's very important to me to have confidence in someone to do the job right.   I would definitely have them back to do other jobs in my house.

Ran into a problem changing out a water softener on Saturday. Called Tim and he was able to quote me a price over the phone after I sent him some pictures. He was able to come the same day and got the water softener installed. He did great work!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rick and Rick's Plumbing.   This is the 2nd time we've called upon Rick to help us out with a plumbing issue at a moments notice - he made time today to come and help me out and as always did a great job.  We had a leak due to a plug that went bad in the line that feed water to the house.  Though it should have been a simple fix for most people it was made more complex due to how the builder of the home did the original work so I was not comfortable or had the tools to fix it. Rick did it quickly and having used him before I knew the quality and care were there.  His price for the job was extremely fair and generous.  He also sells/installs Water softener systems which we are strong considering.  Rick has over 30 yrs of experience and he's an easy going, easy to talk to and fair guy - quality work, quickly at a fair price - what more can you ask for.  Thank you Rick!   Chuck (Charles) W.,  Fullerton CA.
