I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. Great job.   Son flushed a bunch of baby wipes down the toilet.   The guys from Aaron Swift Plumbers came right out and did a great job getting everything fixed up.

We had a clogged toilet, and called a few places before finding Mitch.  At other places, I either got a voice mail (didn't leave a message), or they were only sending someone out hours from when we called (I called at 9:00 am).  Mitch answered the phone himself, and came out within 30 minutes (or not even)!  What a lifesaver!  We had it fixed within the hour of calling him, and I'm now on my way to another appointment I have for the morning.  He's not only fast, but also very friendly as well.  Highly recommend him!

BEWARE - came out to snake my toilet after 37 years of living here. Damaged the ceramic floor behind the toilet and else where and the whole floor on the toilet side is now slopping that way. They are claiming it is the wood under the ceramic, but I will hire a contractor to check it out to see why slopping. The ceramic was damaged regardless and I believe the noisy vibrating compressor brought in separated the floor joints on both sides. Not a responsible company when they do damage. BEWARE. Sent someone out to check it out and he shut the door for 20 minutes in there alone and did more damage to my ceramic. Plus had to put a black plastic lift under toilet in back to hold it up now. Damaged my door as well. Thank God I took pictures of my whole floor before hand and have cleaning girls that help me since I am now in my 70's. Loved that ceramic and now damaged:(((( Also cut my finger on the damaged ceramic and have a little scare left from the bleeding wound. See the picture of some damage and plastic lift and door damage and scare cut still hurts.

From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with this company. I do not like to employ contractors or other companies to come into my house to work because they never live up to my expectations. Nelson Brothers Plumbing exceeded my expectations. This is the first time I have worked with this company. I told the scheduler what I needed and he set up an appointment for the same day I called. Creith  called before showing up, which was a nice touch. He had a mask on and used Footies to cover his shoes, thank you. The minute he got into our house went right to work fixing my clogged drain. There was a mess around the clean out which Creith picked up and cleaned the surrounding area . After the job I gave him a credit card he processed on his iPad and emailed me a receipt with a guarantee. Nelson Brothers is my new plumbing company !!!

The city inspector even told me that what he charged was an astronomical amount. It was not on a weekend or after hours job either. Took advantage of the situation of my nice wife being home and not really knowing  what was going on... $2500 later

I contacted these guys through yelp to get my sewer inspected. They were very quick to get back to me. They also advised me that my city would come out to do it for me. I find that to be very honest of a business, he could have got me for whatever they charge. I'm sold On this fact alone. Turns out the city did come out and found nothing. But if the time comes I need a plumber,, I'm calling these guys. Thanks again!!

I wouldn't trust this guy to install a garden hose! And this is an employee stand point!  Fired cause I pay my child support.. and I supposedly gave friend of the court his name..  but anyone knows that's automatic..     dudes got something to hide...     not trustworthy!! Not to mention he doesn't like to pay! Went a month with no check and he told me he doesn't owe anyone anything! ..    don't understand how he is in business!

I called Dixie Plumbing at 3:15am when I woke up to a flooded basement, like many others in the Dearborn area.  They were the only 24 hour plumber I called that actually answered the phone at that time and they had a plumber out to my house within a few hours to clear the basement drains and get the water to recede.  He was very professional and efficient.  This company was literal angels in the midst of a horrible situation.  I would totally recommend!

Darin was responsive, honest, and fixed my AC unit quickly at a very reasonable price.  I appreciated his candid and friendly demeanor.  He invited me to stay to watch he and his apprentice repair the unit which allowed me to understand the issues that was causing the malfunction.  

I was so impressed with his work that I will be getting my furnace and AC units maintenanced from Burton HVAC every spring and fall.

Received a quote from the owner for digging up my yard and replacing the sewer line for $29,000.  I see in a previous review the woman was told the cost would be $12,000...that, ladies and gents, is quite a mark up!  Her review was 12/21.  So in less than a year, the price doubled and an additional  $5,000 was added.  Crazy!

Interesting reply about the scope of work since the owner didn't possible know the scope of work since he stated the camera wasn't clear enough to see all that was going on.  He gave me four quotes, two to flush and one to place a lining and one to dig up the yard and replace the pipes.  He asked me which one I wanted to do.  How does one know the scope without actually knowing the problem?

We called them out for a drain clean out, but realized it was a bigger job than we first thought-we had a cracked pipe and needed a new drain clean out installed. The guys were professional and seemed much better at fixing the problem the right way instead of doing only a so-so job like the last company we used. The rates were  reasonable and they demonstrated good follow through in what they promised. We will definitely call them again when we need a good plumber .

Again, they get 5 stars, this time for both fast, courteous scheduling with their office staff and excellent on-site service. I'm appreciative of their work!!

Neil A. from California-We do not typically respond to calls from California as most of them are RoboCalls especially  during election season. And if his posting is the type of language he uses on a public forum, all concerned are better off not having a conversation with him. And since we have never done any work for him, he is not a customer.

Tom N.-This is a very strange review since the occurrence  took place more than ten years before the date of his posting. His posting is full of inaccuracies. Suffice it to say, yes there was a small leak, no there was no real damage to the house or his belongings, our insurance company took care of the issues within a day of the occurrence,no there was not thousands of dollars of damage, and yes he tried to rip off the insurance company for items not damaged. In the end our insurance company made him whole with no cost to him. When he refused to pay for any of the extensive remodeling work that had been contracted for, we had to file a lien in order to protect our interests. He only paid when he tried to refinance and was required, under law, to clear the lien. That  was a year or two later. We have never operated under a couple of names, and are not impossible to track down. The same can not be said for him.  And no my name isn't Al which has no bearing on anything.

Contacted Lakeside to unclog/snake my sewer line in the basement, they sent out a young plumber that was inexperienced and unable to perform the job correctly. Contacted them after to explain that they did a bad job and they dodged me for a few days. When we finally received a response they scheduled a time for a different person to come out but they never showed up. I had to call another company to do the job the right way, so I paid for the same service twice since Lakeside did not do it correctly. Definitely, would Not Recommend, horrible  experience, poor management and staff.

Very satisfied with their plumbing service and can say they went above and beyond.  The service members were accessible whenever we called (even on the holiday!) and came to check our water-leaking problem promptly (the next day in our case).  The service members were friendly and patient.  I would highly recommend them!

They should not be billing themselves as any type of handyman service or contractor. Their work is unprofessional and substandard. They left the job site and absolute mess, our entire house covered in dust, with wet mud still dripping from corners and ceilings, and having sanded through their own mudding to drywall tape. They should be ashamed to even suggest that they know how to do drywall or mudding.
