I highly recommend Family Plumbing Services!  We had an emergency water leak on a Saturday at our commercial office building - water was pouring out of our water heater in our ceiling.  We called a number of plumbers who advertised that they offered emergency services and they all offered Monday afternoon as the earliest they could assist.  Zack promptly took our call and then showed up, on time as promised!  He was polite, professional and empathic to our situation.  He provided a detailed cost of repairs on site and then worked quickly to make our repairs, keeping us informed the entire time.  More importantly was the quality of work - he installed a new water heater, corrected drain line issues, and left the job site clean and tidy.  I will trust Zack for all of our plumbing needs going forward!

Don came out within the hour when I called to get help replacing my kitchen sprayer hose.  It turns out that we needed to special order a part, but he helped me get a new part under warranty shipped quickly.  Reasonable price for him to come out. Would recommend!

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

Had a leaking pipe following some very cold weather that wreaked havoc on a basement window and surrounding drywall. After taking out the drywall, realized we had a leaking water pipe. I called a few places to help with some emergency plumbing service. Most declined to help. Too far. Too busy. Etc. Brent went out of his way to come at the end of a long work day. He didn't leave until the job was finished at 10:30pm. So grateful he was able to help. Friendly, responsive, and got the job done. Strongly recommend.

These guys are truly amazing and just exceptional human beings. I saw a call for help from a disabled, elderly neighbor on Nextdoor. Her tub diverter had failed so she was unable to use the shower. She'd gone two weeks before reaching out for help. When I saw the message I wanted to help but my wife and I tested positive for COVID in October and I was worried I might unknowingly expose her. I started calling plumbers but no one could get to her before the end of the week. I called Big Apple and told them what was going on. I asked them to work with her for scheduling but to bill me directly. I didn't realize I had been talking to Jason, the business owner, until his tech Jacob called me from her house to tell me they took care of her and there would be no charge. I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving, Sir is what he said. I'm thankful for these guys. They're a genuine class act.

Jason observed safety protocols wearing a mask. Jason is a fine young man that gave 5 star service. Cleaned drain lines to public junction. Was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable,  timely and did a great job. Was very efficient!!!

Very convenient service!  Was easy to register and book.   The Fixer was on time and did a good job fixing my kitchen cabinet.  Nice guy and worked quickly.    Overall very satisfied with the work.   Would use them again.

I'm really happy with the work Josh did for our basement.  I'm finishing a basement and need a bathroom rough in and water lines installed.  Josh gave me a very competitive bid.  They arrived on schedule and did high quality work.  The inspector looked it over for a few minutes and commented it was done well.  Highly recommend Doyle plumbing

We heard a leak in our crawlspace. I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and booked their earliest appointment which was a couple days out. My husband was antsy to get it looked at that day, but after an appalling quote and pushy tech from a bigger plumbing company, we decided to wait for our appointment with Independent Plumbing Solutions. Totally worth the wait! The plumber was punctual and polite, and got us all fixed up in no time. When the invoice arrived, the charge was very reasonable, and we are totally satisfied with the service.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Well the saying, you get what you pay for. I thought that I was going to save money and time with Jimmy but the headache, first he broke the cleanout plug than tried to push it out to the main line, getting it stuck the next option was to get a camera to find out where it was in the line, keep in mind that this whole time I couldn't use my toilets, after finding the plug we found out that my sewer line ran under my porch, so I had a estatment done for fixing the problem and it was  $2500, being that I know something about concrete I talked with Jimmy to save us both monies. Saturday was the earliest I could do this and Jimmy agreed to help and pay for all costs. I got a demosaw and a jackhammer and confirmed time with Jimmy for 9am Saturday which he agreed to, I started the demo and when I removed all concrete and dirt to expose the pipe I looked at the time and it was already 9:30am so I called Jimmy to see where he was and he told me that he was just getting started with a cup of coffee, I told him what I already had done and that I needed some replacement parts, he agreed to go get the materials needed for the job, well 11:30am he finally showed up, putting back together what I took apart all he could do was talk about how much money he spent on the material and that he should of got a less expensive material. After it was all put back together he bolted out of my house not asking if I needed help with the concrete or can I give you something for that just leave his mess even his gloves for me to clean up knowing all along that I have been without the use of my toilet for 4days and leave. I will never recommend him to anyone ever, saving money doesn't always mean that you save money. I lost time, use of my toilet, and money because I bought into the cheepest in town . What a headache.

I did not actually use them but I spoke to Jerome and messaged a couple of times he was quite helpful. I would definitely use this company if it was something I could not fix myself, and that is most things! lol

Dehn was great!  He installed a water pressure regulator along with a gauge so I could see the level.  His price was great, he was quick, and did a fantastic job.  He even took the time to teach me how to adjust it if needed.  He also fixed my outdoor spigot, which I thought needed to be replaced.  He also showed me how to re-engage that so that I could fix myself as opposed to paying to replace the whole part.  Definitely my go to for any plumbing needs now!  Thanks, Dehn!

When I was looking for an HVAC/plumbing company, I reached out for referrals on Facebook, and I got quite a few recommendations to utilize TNT. So the first time I utilized their services, it was for kind of a rare situation, and though their techs were great, the owner Ronnie had to come help with the assist to solve the issue. This group of guys was amazing. Well, last year around Christmas, I noticed my heater wasn't working, so without hesitation, I knew which company I'd call after the first interaction and how satisfied I was with their work, to the point I even signed up for their year-long membership. So, as we were about to near the very negative wind chills that were to be -40, I was told I needed a new furnace. As a single mom with an 8 year old and 1 year old, this was a no-brainer to get it taken care of immediately. The cost, $6k. Again, TNT was quite efficient and was able to get it replaced within 36 hours. Well, now fast forward to right as this weather is getting hotter recently, I go to turn on my a/c, and it's not working. I ensure no fuses are blown and the thermostat is ok. Everything seems ok. I reach out again to TNT because who else am I calling at this point when I felt I had created a trustworthy relationship with them. Upon scheduling them to come out, they stated it would be a week until they could be here. No big deal, we weren't in the biggest heat wave just yet. They state it will be a $99 service call, but that would go to any work that needs to be done. Mind you, my a/c was working just fine prior to the furnace install. I ask since I just gave them $6k recently if I could get a discount as it worked prior to their installation. I was told by the operator that she would speak to her manager, and then she returns back to the call and says the manager said no. I ask for any of the services that I paid for the yearly membership, of any of those services I did not utilize, I could get a discount, not even for free, operator again goes back to her manager who again says no. By now, I'm getting discouraged in TNT if this is how they treat someone who has consistently used their services and within the last 6 months given them $6k, but I continue to keep the appointment. In conversation with my neighbor, who is certified in HVAC, he comes over to check the system as I had vented my frustrations to him. Well, come to find out, the tech who installed the furnace did not properly wire the a/c when he had replaced the furnace. My neighbor then asked why I got a new furnace, I told him because TNT told me I needed one. Again, the neighbor is HVAC certified and says that it would've just needed a control board change, a total of $160. You can imagine the disgust and the pit that hit my stomach. As a single mom of 2 kids, I was taken for $6k right before Christmas and now continue to have to pay for a furnace I didn't even need and hope to even pay it off before the no interest offer is over. To top it off, the integrity of TNT is now in question. Did the tech purposely not connect the a/c to get another service call? Why was a control board not even a suggestion? Do they do this to every single mom or to the elderly? So many questions came to mind. So I called TNT and got the same operator and explained how I'd like to cancel the upcoming service call. She asks why, and I explain the situation and that my neighbor repaired their mistake. She stated she would let her manager know of the situation. Well, you would think I would then get some sort of call from the manager inquiring or reassuring or apologizing for the error, but I got nothing. So I jumped on Yelp to see if any customers have had issues with TNT, and in many responses, I see the business manager, Laura, rather than take ownership for any wrong doing in any situation, try to pass the blame on the customer which I am sure in somehow, someway she will come across this review and do the same. Save yourself the trouble folks. Do not use this company. Poor leadership, untrustworthy processes, and taking advantage of those that are trusting them being the professionals.

Planet Plumbing is my go to plumbing company! They are extremely knowledgeable and understand customer service. I have used them for a variety of plumbing needs and they have always been quick and professional. Recently, I had a problem with my water heater. Chris was able to accommodate my schedule and he was very pleasant to talk with on the phone. Richard arrived to assess the problem and went out of his way to help me resolve the issue.

THIS CONTRACTOR INTENTIONALLY SCAMS ELDERLY PEOPLE! They came out to look at my mother's HVAC unit, and instead of addressing the (minor) problem, they suggested installing a cheap 'electrostatic' furnace filter (IAQ Ranger)... for $1946! This is a $100 part at most (and was probably a 'leftover' when COVID scared people into installing them), and took less than 15 minutes to install. The technician (Eric) made it sound like she needed it to preserve the fan motor, which is silly. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST, AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF UNEDUCATED CONSUMERS. [Edit: It looks like they also signed her up for 'monthly' service, which she never agreed to]

Please be careful with this company. They charged me 750 for a service + part. The person who arrived did not have the part and was supposed to return the next day and never showed up. I called in and the person on the phone rescheduled to 8:00 am next business day and the worker did not show up again. I called and asked for refund of the amount charged for the part which was never installed and the office manager ( who by the way is extremely rude) refused to refund. She told me that I either wait for the worker to show up ( please note that I waited twice) or loose the entire amount. I could not reason with her as all of this seemed unnecessary and unreasonable. So please beware of how you deal with this company, especially what money you hand over to them. Now the whole thing will move to small claims court. This seems to be a trend with this company as I saw another review with similar issue.
