Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Denver CO
We called Brent at B Line for a second opinion on a water knock we have. Not only did he come out but did a thorough inspection and suggested we contact the city as the water knock may be stemming from our water meter outside. If they don't fix it Brent will be our go to for sure. He also gave a quote on a next step and it came in at half the cost from the first plumber quote. Highly recommend!

Simple fix to a water heater for me but Tyler was great. Responsive and honest, I would look to Alder in the future for work!

I have used this company for years and the technicians have always been knowledgeable, polite, on time and efficient. Never any complaints. They installed my furnace over 10 years ago and it finally died in the big flood last year. It lasted a good long time with no problems.

I know that I need to have my shower drain scoped (drain cleaner has already been here). I've spoke to High 5 twice. The first time they said they'd have to check with a tech to get an estimate and would call back. No call back. The second time they said they couldn't give me any indication of the price of to scope my shower drain, without coming out for $69 to tell me.

Big Apple Plumbing and Heating did a fine job for me. They responded quickly and performed quality work. They missed out on a 5 star rating because they didn't honor the senior discount they advertise on their phone greeting. I was told the discount doesn't apply to that pricing. So does that mean they up the price in order to give the discount?

We've used Keating since we moved to Arvada 12 years ago. Bill and Mark have been nothing but helpful, professional, and honest. I have complete faith in what they tell me, and they have handled every situation I've given them over the years quickly and successfully. They have even come out and told me there's nothing I need to do right now and not charged me the trip charge even though I was fully expecting, and willing, to pay it. Keating has also given me recommendations when a job doesn't fit in their space, like sprinkler or sewer work, and their recommendations have always been solid.

The communications I had with them were regular and clear; these guys came out to bid on a job that the scheduled plumbers (McComb Plumbing) had gone to go another job in the middle of the same project I hired Bluefrog for and never returned) bailed on. They were able to come out the same morning I touched base and the rep/plumber, Ryan, was clear and no-nonsense. The bid came quickly through email.
The price was higher than I'd hoped for; I'd been told the job would be done by a team of two and take 4-5 hours; it was only one person and it took more than 8 hours. (A second guy did come for about an hour.)
The project was to extend a gas line to allow me to get a new range and dryer. Everything got set up and running.
I'd recommend them!

Called them over a month ago to repair a leaking shower head. Owner said he needed to order a part and then he'd get back to me. Heard nothing after a month. Called back a week ago to get him to call me back - still nothing. Their rates are egregiously high - even with the veteran's discount. Charged me $400 to repipe the P-trap under a sink.

This is my 5th or 6th review. I've been with Mario pro for more than a decade now. Love those folks! They're friendly and professional. They contact me proactively for various service and maintenance on my systems. They NEVER try to oversell me! Their prices are very fair and reasonable for high quality items and even higher quality service. I get a follow up phone call after every visit. I am a committed customer and will remain so. If you want the best HVAC/Plumbing vendor, contact Marip Pro! Just wanted to add another comment about the GREAT service yesterday by Serega. As always with Mario pro associates, these men were a delight to deal with. Thank you, Gentlemen! Serega is another example of Mario pros commitment to customer service. He came out at 0800 hrs on Father's Day for an water heater that went bad and spent all day, and I mean ALL day, replacing it with a new tankless water heater. Great sense of humor to boot. He's the latest in a long line of Mario pros professionals who've worked with me and he was SUPERB! I recommend him to you. Believe me, you will be doing yourself a HUGE favor!

We had a great experience with All City Drains. Rome was experienced, professional and came to our house on the same day of contacting him. This was awesome since our issue affected the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine.
He resolved our blocked pipe quickly and even gave us tips on how to fix the issue ourselves in the future! As a new homeowner, I learned a lot from this quick visit. Will definitely be using All City Drains again!

I hired Matt to install our new tankless water heater, and remove our old tank style unit. I had gotten a total of four quotes, 2 from big name plumbers and two from more local companies. The two big box plumbers were astronomical for price. One company quoted 9k if I bought the unit. The second company quoted 7k. Matt, and the other smaller company were very close on price.
I chose Matt because he was a Master certified plumber and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary costs. Even though he was slightly higher, I was happy knowing he was very knowledgeable, and installing the supplied unit right the first time. I would definitely choose Matt for any plumbing job in the future. He is honest, and very responsive. What a great local plumber! Thanks Matt!

After getting multiple bids on having a shower valve replaced, I chose to go with Just Plumbing. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they are a local family run business. They showed up early for the scheduled appointment and were ready to work. The customer service I received was second to none throughout the whole process. I will call Just Plumbing again in the future without hesitation, and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The folks at Spartan plumbing are absolutely the greatest. I had a leaky outside water hydrant which need to be repaired or replaced. The lady in the office was super nice when I called. They sent two folks (Jacob and Gabe) out the same day to evaluate the situation and discuss options. We figured it was likely we'd break the pipe when removing the head of the hydrant since it's been there for 25 years. We were lucky as when they returned to fix/replace it they were able to remove the head, replace the stopper at the end of the shut off rod and put a new head on the pipe. I was so happy we did not have to dig up the entire hydrant and replace it. They were so nice, responsive and easy to work with. The price they changed was more than fair. This is not the usual plumbing job and I was a little afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to do this. They said they hadn't done these before but were more than willing to figure it out which I really appreciated. The hydrant is working perfectly and hopefully it will be another 20 years before it needs to be repaired. I had occasion to chat with Sam who is one of the owners and he was absolutely great in addressing all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs and old houses have plumbing needs. They are the best.

I have worked with both Doug and Dave from A Perfect Plumber. They are a pleasure to work with, do beautiful work, and obviously take pride in their craft. Given some of the plumbers I've worked with in the past, I feel lucky to have encountered this level of professionalism and expertise. I will happily use A Perfect Plumber moving forward for all of my needs.

Nothing like being charged $80 for five minutes of him walking in, reattaching one pipe, telling me not to bump it, running the water and leaving.
Flat rate fee for the job? I get that you need to be paid but also it's a poor assembly, don't bump it and it'll be fine isn't a viable solution. If you're charging $80, give it a more permanent solution than good luck.
At least it doesn't leak. At least they got to me within 14 hours and was here right before the window but thanks for wasting my money.

We called Anywhere Plumbing from an online add that advertising a $69 drain cleanout special. When they came to the property the price we were quoted was $225. I spoke with the technician and made him aware of the advertised price. The gentlemen told me we needed a medium sized blade and that it would be more expensive for that and also immediately recommended we have the line hydro-jetted. I then told him what we were quoted and that if that was not honored we could just have someone else out to service the property. He agreed to perform the line clean out. The next day the property experienced the same plumbing backup. The tech came back out and again was adamant about hydro-jetting which is about a $1250 service. I told them before going to that extent we would like to have the line camera'd to view the condition before taking extreme measures. The owner of the company then got on the phone and proceeded to tell me I didn't know anything about plumbing, and then tried to sell me a camera scope that was double of what it typically costs. He then asked what I was going to say to him once the scope confirmed his assumption. I responded that I felt he had conflicting interest with his model, and that we'd like to hire an independent 3rd party to scope and see the line first, then determine what we would need to do based off of the recommendation. The next day the line was scoped by Mainline Service (which was 1/2 the price that Anywhere Rooter tried to charge us) and confirmed that hydro-jetting was not necessary. It was shown that we would need a proper blade clean out and to continue to monitor. We then called Anywhere Rooter back to pass along the findings and offered to share the report which we obtained. We asked them to come back to the property and re-blade the line and possibly extend the cabling length to make sure it went past the the backup. We were told that they would stand by their work and make it right. I then received another call from the owner and he began to belittle the sewer scope company and myself and kept going on about having the property hydro-jetted. To be honest the entire time it felt like they were trying to upsell this hydro-jetting service. The owner on multiple times tried to talk me out of what would be an appropriate order of operations. He was very aggressive in his tone and very condescending. I felt his sole goal was to extract the most money that they could out of the job. Ultimately, I asked for them to correct the problem as we had paid them to, or to refund the money that we paid them. They declined both and were disrespectful during the process, and is why I wanted to let everyone know how they conduct business.

Had a plumber come out to fix our water heater. The plumber said he fixed it but left us with no hot water. When I called he said that it would cost more to come back out and take a look. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Had a service appointment schduled with them. They didn't show up, call to cancel, call to reschedule, or anything. Just didn't show up. I find this very rude and unappreciative to someone's time.
