B-Line is hands down the best Plumbing company we have ever worked with. Brent responded immediately to our request for services, and did a fantastic job repairing our pipes.  His price point was $1400 below other plumbers and the work he did was absolutely pristine.  We will only be using Brent from this point on for our plumbing needs, and would gladly recommend him to all our friends.   If you're looking for an affordable plumber who will do the job well, then definitely call Brent.  We are 100% satisfied with the work he did.  Finally, something good came out of 2020!

What do you do on a Sunday night when your water heater starts leaking all over your basement?  You call Coffman.  I called on a Sunday night and left a voicemail expecting a call back Monday morning.  Tracy called me right then and reassured me that we'd have a working hot water heater ASAP.  She called the next morning and Corey and Trey were at our home by 9:00 sharp.  They were fast, friendly, clean and efficient.  So appreciative of their fast service on a holiday week!  It was the best hot shower I've had!

This company gives free estimates and charges by the job, not the hour. I had Mike come to my house to give a free estimate for a back up issue. Mike arrived within the time frame and also had booties! The last plumber (Tipping Hat) did not have any booties.

Unfortunately, he was not able to re-perform the backup but he suggested a jug of Bio Clean which was $50. The last plumber offered it for $148. Mike also looked at a shower head leak and told me I just needed some Teflon tape to fix it. The last plumber said I needed the whole unit replaced for $224. I had another potential leak somewhere else and Mike told me maybe a part of the cast iron in the crawl space needed to be replaced. The last plumber told me the whole entire cast iron unit needed to be replaced. The only thing Mike did not do which the last plumber did was go in the crawl space to look at the pipes. He said that part was not free and would be $118.

Anyway, it seems like Mike was a super honest plumber not trying to rip me off! I didn't realize how much of a crook the other company was until I talked with Mike! I hate shopping around but I'm very glad I did. I will definitely call Mike at High 5 for my next plumbing needs (hopefully I don't have more...).

Our water heater decided to crack open and pour hot water all over our basement at 8:30 on Sunday night. By 9 pm I got a call back from the owner and had an appointment for 4:30 pm Monday, the next day. Came out and took care of everything by 8:00. Hot water back on. Reasonable price for the job. We had a quirky, difficult crawl space and they took care of business w no problems whatsoever.

ONLY a 5 star rating because there isn't a higher one!  I have used Keating for plumbing work for several years.  They have CONSISTENTLY been quick to respond, reasonable charges, and NEVER attempt to up sell or offer unnecessary work.....[which hasn't been my experience with OTHER plumbers!!!]  EACH visit [I live in a very old house] has been a pleasant surprise as the work is efficiently completed, excellent customer service, and INTEGRITY!  Thank you Bill and Mark.

I did not actually use them but I spoke to Jerome and messaged a couple of times he was quite helpful. I would definitely use this company if it was something I could not fix myself, and that is most things! lol

From the 1st phone call to Laura all the way to the completion of repairs/install by Ronnie I had an above average experience. Professional, friendly people who pay attention to the details and care about their customers. I got more than one quote and they were competitive but the service was so much better. Would definitely call them again for plumbing needs!

Sergey is very responsive and responsible. I contacted him late at night because there was a water leak in my laundry room. He came the next morning and conducted an inspection. He informed me that he checked everywhere and found that the water pipe was actually in good condition. The reason for the leakage was that my tenant forgot to turn off the water while filling the bathtub, causing the water to overflow onto the floor and spread across the floor, getting into the seams behind the toilet and down the glass. Sergey helped me to clean up the water, and I am really happy that I don't have to fix the water pipe. I appreciate his honesty and assistance!

I called this company after finding a small amount of water in my basement that was staining the drywall and making the carpet damp.  The team was at my house within an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  It was a leak coming from my kitchen sink that was allowing water to run on the exterior of the pipe.  

The guys were kind, and professional  I hope to never have to call a plumber again, but if I will be calling them first!

I needed a toilet changed and they were prompt and professional. Not the cheapest but worth it. I will use them again.

Changed their pricing after coming out. I understand estimates but they gouged the price by 200%. Were really rude when addressing me, did not reply in a timely fashion, felt like the job was labored.

They started the business, it felt like everyone I spoke with at the company was rude and angry. Very disrespectful. I had to get the work re-done and didn't want to waste my time or stress by getting my money back. Good riddance.

Do not hire these fools - look elsewhere first.

Have been using Spartan for about a year and have had nothing but great experiences. Randy and Jeremiah recently completed a major re-pipe on our bathroom and everything was completed timely and within the agreed upon quote.  Chelse and the others in the office were great with scheduling and I love that I can handle all of it via text! Recommend!

The owner, Chris and his team were amazing.  I had a really tough plumbing mystery and they were determined to solve the issue.  We had cold water bleeding through our pipes and hot water was only luke warm.  A Perfect Plumber inspected the tankless heater and all faucets/appliances and found that there were a couple unusual adjustments needed to the water heater that the installers never made. A Perfect Plumber did their research and solved the mystery!  Now we have hot water again.  Thank you A Perfect Plumber.  Courteous and professional staff.  On time, honest and got the job done!!

Jonathan and his team have done a terrific job both times we've had them work on our house.  We had several gas leaks which caused us to not have hot water or heat for several days during the winter.  Jonathan fit me in between appointments, got the work done and even offered me his own space heater!  Additionally, we had some pipes that needed to be replaced, toilet flange rebuilt and gas lines extended.  I would recommend his work, his good attitude and his pricing--he's reasonable!

Had a bad clog in the kitchen.  George came in a timely manner and did an awesome job!   Great job!

We had this company come to turn on our swamp cooler for the summer. When the tech arrived he asked me where the water turn on was and when I told him it was in the basement he immediately started going off about how we weren't up to code without looking around our house to figure out that our waterline runs on the outside of the house and we are in fact up to code. The tech then started working, but I just got the sense that he didn't completely understand what he was doing, but decided to trust him. Everything seemed to go smoothly until I went upstairs to turn on the swamp cooler and quickly realized he had forgotten to take out the plastic plates that were used to winterize our swamp cooler. Air couldn't move out of the vent because of this. I called and was told that someone would come remove the plates the next day. An hour before the appointment I got a call saying they would have to cancel and come out tomorrow. I feel they should make this a priority considering they made a mistake. Wouldn't reccomend this company.

My roomates toilet had a leak from the silicon underneath the toilet . JJ ...the plumber explain the problem.  I thoughtbthe price was a bit pricey . J J did a excelent job .He cleaned up the mess. Very professional .I had other  plumb pros technicians here before on other issues . I only had isues with 2 different tecnicians that were unprofessionals .But JJ

Had a service appointment schduled with them. They didn't show up, call to cancel, call to reschedule, or anything. Just didn't show up. I find this very rude and unappreciative to someone's time.
