Best Electrical Services in Denver CO
Reliable, trustworthy, friendly and honest. The only heating company I trust after being price gouged by others. Today, during a routine furnace servicing, Brian was able to locate and fix a gas leak in a water heater poorly installed last year by another company.

I recently bought a replacement front loader dryer but wanted to use my own pedestal base because I don't like wasting money or metal. I knew it would fit but the seller wouldn't install the new dryer on an old base. Enter Fixer! I obtained the brackets I needed and hired a two man Fixer team. The dryer was professionally installed on the base in minutes and I saved hundreds of dollars. When I replace my front loader washer, I'll do the same thing. Fixer isn't just for emergencies, make it a part of your planning.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Called Eric on a Sunday morning about frozen water pipes in the house after we had been out of town for a week. He was able to come right out and inspect the situation. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. He was able to thaw the pipes out, get the water going, and even though none of the pipes had burst, he brought tools and materials to fix them incase they had. Great service, definitely recommend Everyday Solutions for any household needs!

I had such a great experience with this wonderful company. Son was the individual who helped me. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I am very impressed with this young man who worked diligently to fix my A/C and Furnace issues. A+++!!! Thank you Son!

Company has a good selection and expertise but falls short in the communication department. I wouldn't purchase here again.

Don't use this company. Schedule appointment 2 weeks ago, gave me a window of 1:00-3:00, got call at 2:30 saying running late and may be there at 3:15. At 3:45, still no one arrived. Called and they said they would get a new tech to come out at 5:15. Even spoke to a supervisor. Should have looked at yelp reviews cause I now realize they have a horrible reputation and its well deserved!

Simple, fast and affordable. Our technician Jim was very friendly and very efficient in cleaning our sewer line. When I called to set an appointment, they had an opening that day within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend AAA Service Plumbing to any one.

My grandson's hot water tank finally gave up the other night. Being an older home and not well maintained by previous owners there was no choice but to replace the old beat up thing. I went to Home Depot, found a tank, paid for it and Plumbline was calling to make an appointment even before I left the store. It was great. After Mike Quarry came to the house, looked at the mess, he told me what I should expect, etc. Changing a hot water tank isn't just that simple. Codes changed and I could see why some of the changes were needed. Either way I wanted everything up to code for 2023 and spanking new things. It couldn't be done that day so he came back the next day bright and early with Cameron. I had a problem with my bank but while I was out getting that straightened out Mike and Cameron were plugging away. They finished way early, got everything looking really nice and boy am I happy. The best of this transaction is I had gotten some summer crude so that I was so sick that Mike just guided me through what needed to be done and why and what the solution was. I was so happy with that. Since I live down the street from my grandson's I asked Mike if he would mind if I went home to sleep. He said I should probably do that. My grandson's who are 24 and 19 were home so they didn't need me. Mike and Cameron finished up early and called me. I'm telling you I was so happy but still sick. Mike was patient with me and explained as much as my mind could handle in a way that was not threatening, not condesending and truly was a help. I had to return the other tank but that was nothing compared to having a new working tank. And they cleaned up like a champ. They came to a mess but left it all cleaned up. I liked Mikes work so much I invited him back this coming Wednesday to repair something that needed to be replaced. And I have other stuff for him to do. Thanks Mike and thanks Cameron!!!

We have been on the search for a quality, reasonably priced plumbing, hvac company as we have tried several larger companies and found them overpriced. After seeing some good Yelp reviews, I decided to Call Doctor Fix-it. Our air conditioner was running a bit odd, so I had a coupon out of the red plum flyer and called Doctor Fix-it. I called on a Monday and nothing was available till Friday. That was a bummer as it was a hot week. They never called an hour ahead like they promised, so I called Friday morning when they did not show up. They didn't seem like they knew I had an appointment, but sent someone out. He was the HVAC manager. He couldn't do the total inspection, but did a small cleaning of the air conditioner and said another technical/ certified HVAC guy would be out shortly as he was on his way from Parker and that was at 9:30 a.m. He didn't show, and I called several times. First they said he was getting parts, then a few hours later, they (the office) said he had a flat tire, then a few hours later, they said he needed parts again. He showed up at 3 p.m. or so. I waited five hours! Walter (the technician) came and was great! If not for him, this would be a one star review. He did a thorough cleaning and went out of his way for us. Apparently, he did not have a flat tire by the way. He was outstanding in his work and professionalism. I am not sure what is up with the office staff and how they schedule appointments. I think one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. If you need air conditioning service, ask for Walter. I may use them again, and if I do, hopefully the office will set the appointment correctly, and they will insure to make every effort to call ahead to confirm my appointment and make sure their technicians know the schedule correctly. FYI, this company used to be a Ben Franklin franchise.

Going on 7 years - and I still call them. Ultimate Heating and Cooling did the initial installation of the HVAC when our home was built and I've used them for everything since.. Did the unit need service? Repair? Follow-up? Sure. Shit happens, things break down, HVAC needs some TLC. All of my experiences with this company have been awesome. I recently had a repair that I thought needed a double check, called the office, the receptionist called the tech and the tech, Ross, called me immediately to check in. Ross decided he'd come out and within moments I got a call back from the receptionist to set the appointment. My schedule is always hectic and they are always super accommodating also. I'm about as anal as anyone gets with just about everything and these guys have never disappointed me. Thanks UH&C! Thank you Ross, for your expertise and for putting up with me!!

Did you know . . .?
Neurosurgeons are the highest paid of all medical professionals with a median annual income of around $704,170.This is largely due to the fact that they have to be flippin smart to become a Neurosurgeon, AND it takes extensive educational and residency requirements to become one. Neurosurgeons operate on people's brain. Pretty darn impressive, right? Every time they operate, they literally have their patient's life in their hands. Calculated as an hourly wage, that equates to about $339 per hour. Less if you count the hours Neurosurgeons are on-call.
On the other hand, you have HVAC professionals who didn't go to college but learned their profession through a 6-month technical school coursework and recieved a certificate. HVAC professionals work on machines, replacing parts, and cleaning out the dust mites from heaters. Every time they come to your house to fix a broken piece of equipment, they literally have your balls in their hands. According to Plumbline Services at facebook.com/#!/Plumblin…, and the bill I received for a 2-hour service call, they charge $50 MORE than a Neurosurgeon at a whopping $389 per hour!
Just wanted to be clear and put everything into perspective.

My dad called Applewood to have them come out because when he plugged in his space heater the lights dimmed. We knew the fix wasn't exactly something simple, because the mother-in-law apartment he and my mom live in on the back of our house was added by the general contractor that lived in the house previously. But wow, we just didn't know the crazy the house had originally been built with (an upstairs bedroom is on the same breaker as the basement laundry room) and the stuff they had added (somehow they put aluminum wiring in the panel in 1984 and it wasn't caught when we bought the house) and subsequent contractors had ignored while in the breaker box (we've had solar and AC installed and they had to add a bunch and rewire the panel to move and add breakers). Mike spent 2 days bringing everything in the box up to code, added a sub panel and another outlet, and helped us find where almost all the breakers go to in all the panels. If it tells you anything about the house -- there are still some breakers that are hot and we could not find outlets or switches they go to... why?! How?! They have to go somewhere, right?!
Thank you Mike Krizan and Applewood for making the lights stop flickering when things are plugged in and for dealing with my dad poking about, insisting on weird things! You did a great job!

Mike at Blue Sky--- I see your reply to my review and it's hilarious. You're right about one thing: I deserve better and this company needs to be investigated. But you are dead wrong when you say my experience wasn't with Blue Sky. Bahahaha!!! It absolutely was Blue Sky and you trying to infer that it wasn't is just another perfect example of how correct my statement really is! You don't take ownership of the issues at hand; you refuse to be held accountable and would rather attempt to discredit me than accept the fact that this company needs some serious and real management. Perhaps you should spend less time being defensive on Yelp and more time actually managing the company you so passionately defend.
