Called Don in the evening, I was without hot water and needed help installing a part I got from the manufacturer. He showed up and was very helpful and knowledgeable on the repair. He installed the part in no time and was reasonably priced! Recommend to anyone looking for great service thanx again Don!

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

Jason came out today to assess the cause of slow fill on one of our toilets. He replaced a part on that toilet and now it fills in 1 1/4 minutes instead of 5 minutes. He is very good to communicate re appt. time and is punctual, dependable and conscientious. I feel like I can trust Jason to do the best job for the best price.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. The technician who arrived was literally (not figuratively) 18 years old, by himself with no one assisting him. 18 year olds can be more than capable, but this guy frankly had no idea what he was doing and needed to be accompanied by a more experienced technician because he still has a ton to learn (to be fair, he seemed like a nice kid). He needed to call his supervisor 4 different times during his visit and very clearly didn't understand some basics about plumbing (for example he was absolutely convinced that the lift station in my basement served no purpose and that the UPSTAIRS toilet flowed down to it while the DOWNSTAIRS toilet didn't.....what???). He was totally unwilling to listen to anything I tried to explain to him about how my plumbing is configured and ultimately refused to clean my line without his supervisor first scoping it (even though I had just had the line scoped by Sewer View the day before and had the video that I offered to show him, which he refused to look at). And for the pleasure of having literally ZERO actual work done they charged me $245. What a extortive racket.

Sewer Lines Only evaluated my sewer line inspection report and gave an honest evaluation of the line (at least one other company I called attempted to up-sell me on doing unnecessary work). Kim was very helpful and responded to my request immediately. I really appreciated the professional integrity shown by Sewer Lines Only and will be using them in the future for my sewer line needs!

I own several rental units, and plumbing backups are a regular problem. Garvin is reasonably priced - less then some of the competition at least, about the same as others, but I have found them trustworthy and not looking to pad the bill. They have told me that what other companies said was needed, was actually not needed, saving me hundreds. They seem to be geared to work with people who own several properties, so they are looking for repeat biz, not the quick buck - at least that's my impression.

You were able to continue texting me after opting out about project completion and payment request. So this is odd to state.

When it comes to mounting/hanging heavier or fragile objects, such as a TV, we will send two Fixers to handle the job with extra care. We do state this in our email and text notifications

Not true, this was not stated in emails or upon booking. You just assigned 2 fixers and charged me after the fact. If 2 fixers are automatic for this job, why was a quote of $119 minimum ever quoted, knowing that it would be impossible given your policy of $119/fixer?

SHADY: CHECK YOUR BILL

Booked thru thumbtack for a 2pm appointment. Fixer replied saying I have to book thru their site. So I do it all again and they confirm a window of 12-5pm (a 5 hour window).

I received about 10 email and text spams from them in the meantime, but zero contact about what time they'll actually show up.

2 fixers shows up without notice. Spends less than an hour to do the task. I even hear them discuss put in one hour yet I receive a bill for 1.78 hours.

Customer service claims we charge 119/fixer THIS IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE. It's not like I requested 2 fixers, they just showed up. SHADY SHADY SHADY.

This place is not trustworthy, hugely inconvenient, and unprofessional.  

I would recommend Task Rabbit or any other service provider instead.

I had an excellent experience with Luis and Go Direct! My sewer backed up (what a mess!). Despite the fact that it was the week-end, I had two services scope and estimate the job. Both came in about the same amount of $$, but Luis was extremely professional and made a serious effort to remove the clogs without rebuilding the sewer line. When that didn't work, he gave me a detailed estimate and had a crew of 5 out the next morning to replace the affected sewer line.  They gave me a usable sewer line in 1 day, and came back to put in the rebar and pour the alley cement 2 days later. They did a decent job of cleaning up after each stage. The Go Direct crew was careful of my landscaping, but some tree root exposure was unavoidable in trenching to the alley. After the job, Luis took the time to bring over root stimulator to help fertilize and salvage the affected tree!  And he again camera-scoped the completed sewer line so that I could see the result. His follow-up was impressive! Good experience/great service.

We've used Doyle Plumbing for a couple of jobs now, and most recently Josh was able to come the next day after our hot water heater died and he really saved us from an awful situation!  The team has done great work for us and they are at the top of my list to call any time we need anything!

IPS was able to set up an urgent appointment (aren't plumbing issues always urgent) and the plumber called to let me know when he was on his way; arrived prepared and made the repair efficiently and quickly, cleaning up well before  he left.  I would highly recommend this plumbing service.  Lynne

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. To fix a drip, I was quoted almost $500 to replace one Kohler cartridge in my bathtub faucet by 24 7.  This was with my membership discount.  I called around and found out Kohler will guarantee there cartridges for a lifetime.   No questions asked they sent both the 2 cartridges for free.
I called Bernie plumbing and they installed both, fixed a slow draing sink and charged $150.  Done in 45 minutes.  
24 7 should know the parts are free!  I am a senior on fixed income and saved almost $900 by not using 24 7.
Their scheduling is often a problem with same day changes.
Canceling my membership.

Second time in a month these guys have save my bacon.  This last time I had a main sewage blockage.  Showed up same day on time and on budget.  Charlie and Carlos are very personable and easy to work with.

They helped us with our hot water tank when another company left us high and dry. George is amazing! Thank you for everything!
