Hired to replace an ancient toilet, I'm completely satisfied with the experience.  Up front pricing,  meticulous about keeping the workspace clean and offered reasonable options to rectify an issue that was discovered. Great communication via Yelp,  confirmed appointment 24 hours prior, and was a pleasure to deal with.   I highly recommend without any reservations.

THE BEST PLUMBERS IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE.  I called with a problem that seemed difficult for other companies, impossible for some, and the great company known as Legacy Plumbing sent out not only great plumbers but also great men, Kelly and Henry.  These guys were incredible.  Not only does Kelly take you under his wing and give you the best advice learned in his 30+ year career, he also answered painlessly my millions of questions (yep, I'm that guy, the annoying DIY'er who asks how everything works and how to do everything).  They didn't just tolerate me and my questions but welcomed me like family.  Honestly, it was such a pleasure hanging out with them that I can't even imagine what off the clock is like.  They made work - hard and incredibly tough work - fun and enjoyable (or at least for me the bystander!  Haha.)  If you're thinking about booking these guys (and of course you are if you're reading this), just do it.  If you don't understand something?  Just ask.  They are passionate about what they do and care a great deal about both YOU as a person and show it through caring for YOUR PLUMBING.  There's nobody better than Kelly, and Henry is well on his way as his apprentice.  I can't say enough good things about these guys, they were simply incredible, thoughtful, hardworking, and fun, (even hilarious at times), which made something that was super difficult look fun and easy.  One way or another, these guys will solve your problems or die trying.  The bigger and harder the problem the more interesting it is and more of a fun challenge for these guys to solve.  You want guys like these in your corner when you have issues, that's for sure!

Backstory:  My gas riser pipe for my spa heater rusted out and developed a leak about 7 years ago.  I had difficulty finding a repair back then (just like now), so I gave up.  I turned the gas off running to it (fortunately I had a valve for it) and dug down to uncover the part that needed to be replaced and discovered it was a polyethylene line (mine is orange, they changed to yellow in the 80's, but, just like Kelly said, it's basically the same pipe designed to the same specifications).  I called several companies which gave mixed responses, but when I called Legacy Plumbing they found a master plumber familiar with gas to discuss it with me further and he immediately understood, and then he sent an experienced veteran like Kelly out who knew exactly what was going on.  For these guys it really was no big deal, and within minutes of Kelly being onsite for the estimate he was able to piece together a plan to repair using the existing pipe.  This was the solution I preferred anyway, and it worked out as well as it could.  His care of people and his years of experience really shine, as he gives you options and listens to your thoughts instead of taking a one size fits all approach - he truly is an artist working the many variables of the problem to find and recommend the best solutions for your specific issues.

The bottom line is that I trust Legacy Plumbing as a company and if it were an option (I know it isn't :)) I would give Kelly and Henry the keys to the house and turn them loose while at work, that's how much I trust them.  Let's be honest though, I could never do that because I'm way too nosy and like to learn too much, and these guys are simply too enjoyable to miss hanging out with.  Call Legacy Plumbing and call them now and ask for Kelly and Henry - above and beyond doesn't begin to describe it.

Very impressed with the quality of the service and integrity of the professionals that worked on our gas line.   They showed up early, quickly diagnosed the problem after listening to me and provided a quality service at a great price.

I can't believe I had anyone else come fix my pluming before. I needed a hot water heater and Jill came out and was able to have the whole project complete in a few hours. Everything was clean very easy to deal with. Wil defiantly call again for any issue!!!

My family is a customer for annual maintenance from Rescue.  We have old units that will need replacement, and the technician did a great job describing what is wrong and what will eventually need repair/replacement.

I had some concerns that the owner Josh addressed with me directly in prompt fashion, which was greatly appreciated and somewhat unique in this day and age.

Matt's amazing responsiveness helped make our very nerve-racking burst pipe situation as bearable as could be.  In ten years of living in Uptown Dallas, we have never found a plumber we liked-- until now.  Matt's company had great communication-- even during the 2021freeze of the century when most plumbers didn't even return calls. They were reliable, and priced right.  He sent out Dalton, who was a pleasure to have in our home and was super quick and efficient.  We have finally found the best plumbing company ever!

I had a slab leak recently and Accurate Leak & Line did an excellent job with the repair! They were very easy to work with and showed up on time. The leak ended up being a little more complicated than we originally thought, but they still fixed it quickly. I chose the reroute option and I'm very happy I did! They gave me a quote for both a tunneling option and a reroute option, and both of the quotes were cheaper than the other 3 plumbers I talked to. I have already recommended Accurate Leak & Line to two friends!

I made an appointment more than a week in advance. Confirmed it two diff days. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Couldn't find my appointment.  Now I'm stuck without working plumbing. DO NOT USE. CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO SHOW UP

I had an emergency need for a plumber last night after hours of course. I called the ones I knew and they lacked any element of willingness to send someone out and two promised to call me when their plumber finished the job they were on. Neither called back as promised. I got a recommendation for Absolute Plumbing in Flower Mound. I called and was promised a return call shortly. I got a call back in 2 minutes. The plumber and co-owner (with his wife) Michael Le Clair came out. I am deleting all other plumbers in my contacts! He was highly professional, informative, knowledgable. The job was done with the skill of a tradesman who takes pride in his work. But there is a bonus to his character. He is an ultra-marathon runner who likes to combine his races with charity runs. He raises funds for a group that raises & trains service dogs for disabled Veterans rebuildingwarriors.com . The dogs are then given free to the Vets. He is behind this venture with a vengeance. I don't normally go out of my way to endorse businesses unless they are above and beyond the rest. If you have plumbing needs, I can't recommend Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound enough. Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy.
