He sent us a text when he was on his way over. BONUS.

He was on time. He got all our new toilets installed. He had to fix some of the plumbing so it took some time but he got everything done in reasonable time and at an affordable price. He also laid down mats and wore shoe coverings so he wouldn't track dirt around the house.

He offered to come out ASAP if we had any other needs for plumbing. We'll for sure be calling him again if we have any plumbing needs.

I had my countertops replaced and Jeremy and Kameron came to hook up my sink, disposal, dishwasher, and gas stove. They were on time, knowledgeable, communicated well, and were extremely tidy and well mannered. This company is the

I would highly recommend Rescue Air! Unlike many companies, they were happy to provide service on a weekend. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem - while also educating me about our system - and laid out several solutions to resolve the problem. We will definitely be utilizing their business for any heat/cooling related services in the future.

A couple nights ago, one of our upstairs sinks was backing up. Didn't seem like a big issue, but it got worse with the downpour we had yesterday. I called Matthews Plumbing at 9:30pm, the son answered and said he could come out the next day. He came out early afternoon and the problem was fixed within an hour. Really nice, knowledgeable guy, he explained what was going on to us. Will absolutely use them again.

We contacted Schrader Plumbing to get a pipe repaired as well as an estimate for a possible complete pipe replacement. Rafael came out for the estimate - he was very prompt (they gave us a window of 8:30-12:00 and he arrived at 8:30 on the dot), courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. After inspecting our plumbing he determined the overall piping was in working shape and the only issue we had was the pipe we needed repair for. It was refreshing to get a company that does fair assessments and does not try to tack on services/repairs you don't need. He was able to do the repair the same day. Very pleased with the service we received! Thanks!

After getting 7 quotes from reputable plumbers in the Austin area, these guys came in and did the most through inspection of any others by far.  Accurate in their title says it all and their estimate was lower and not open ended like so many others here.  They knew exactly what it would take and the best way to fix it.  No mess, hauled everything away, cleaned up after themselves.  They even wrapped the jack hammer with a wet towel to keep the dust down.  No one likes to pay for plumbing repairs, but if you gotta do it, these are the guys.  Thanks Josh, Chad and Christian.  Job well done.

Best thing about them: their honesty!

I called them (Randy) and they arrived the same day to take a look at a potential slab leak in my master bathroom (under sink cabinet). I had previously been seen by a plumbing company through my home warranty however their price was very high ($2500), home warranty wouldn't cover much of it (surprise surprise) and I wanted a second opinion.

They gave me several options including concrete drilling and going through the exterior wall.

There was also a $500 location fee to start with that would help them assess where the leak was coming from and then we could determine best course of action; this would be rolled into the total cost at the end.

I agreed to the location fee and they actually found the leak to be on the back wall behind the cabinet and not under. This meant it was an easy ($500) fix and no damage or ripping out the sink cabinet! I really appreciated their honesty. If i have used the other company they could have easily just ripped out the cabinet drilled a big hole, replaced the pipe with a new pipe and then charged $2500.

Thanks to Dean's Plumbing and John Martinez again.  Had toilet flange replaced in upstairs bathroom on 3/8/21 (see previous review) and I was so impressed with John's workmanship, friendliness and knowledge that I had him too replace another toilet flange in downstairs bathroom today, 3/17/21.  Their price(s) are reasonable . . . and John is no joke; he's the MAN!!!!!!!

Called right at opening in need of a water shutoff valve repair (water heater) needed fast service.  Nice gentlemen asked for photos and would call right back. I tried two times over the next four hours leaving messages to no avail. Call another local plumber, Lewisville plumbing. (See excellent review). By the time the first gentleman called back to tell me they would have to completely re plumb the entire water heater (mind you for a 4 in inline shutoff valve) Lewisville had already been out and replaced it!

UPDATE: the owner called to explain (turns out he was the one I was talking to originally and didn't return the calls)  I do appreciate him reaching out and as small business owner myself I do understand that trying to run a business and working at the same time, things sometimes get missed.  Kudos for reaching out Mike.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Kevin from Black Tie Plumbing did a great job fixing our toilet issues.  He troubleshooted several different problems with our old toilets and now we have turbo-flushing toilets instead of slow stinky ones!  I can take the plunger out of the bathroom!  We're happy!  Now I can invite friends over without saying,  you can come over as long as you promise not to poop.

Stan replied promptly and made time for my service when he was booked on the Saturday of Easter weekend.  Arrived on time and serviced my tank less water heater within the hour.  Loved that he made time for me when other plumbers couldn't arrive till the next week.

Just had a water heater installed. Great company to deal with. Follow all COVID-19 protocols and could not be more thorough and friendly. I hope I don't have to see them too soon, but when I do I will know who to call.

I called Anything Plumbing on a rainy Saturday after discovering wet carpet in my family room. Not only were they prompt in getting to my house, the plumber was very efficient and helpful in detecting the problem.
