Best Water Heater Installation in Dallas TX

Yep, we agree Pablo is fantastic.  He replied promptly to my email request for an appointment,  followed up with confirmation on day of appointment, and arrived on time.  He fixed a bathtub drain that was not aligned and connected properly to the main drain under the house, put in a new twist and turn drain plug and also replaced the bathtub spout.  He courteously answered  all of our questions and answered any concerns we had.  He put down protective cover over the carpet and even vacuumed the drywall dust that fell and CLEANED everything up after he was done.  We are so happy to now have a trustworthy and excellent  plumber and his good reputation is well deserved.

I called Cliffton to get help with our garbage disposal, which hadn't been working for a month. Before scheduling an appointment, he told me a couple of things to try that might reset the disposal. It worked!

Despite making no money off of me, he still helped! Legacy Plumbing will be my first call now.

Katelynn responded immediately to my Yelp request.  She was able to give me an estimate without charging the $50 to $80 trip/consult fee to come out that everyone else wanted.  Richard came out the next morning.  He was extremely friendly and helpful.  I had an unusual situation, and he came up with an easy and inexpensive solution, and finished the job in less than 30 minutes.  I found my new plumbing company.  Will definitely use them going forward.

I had O'Bryan put in two hot water heaters at mi casa. Their bid was the lowest and they did a great job. The plumbers were courteous and professional and on time for the installation. When I called Mr. O'Bryan after hours over a problem (turned out it wasn't) he called back at 9:00pm and promised to have someone out at 8 the next morning and they showed up on time.

All in all, highly recommended

Roman arrived at my home within the timeframe provided by a phone call (believe her name is Denise/Debra, she was so friendly!) and from the start, I was so impressed. He is so courteous, friendly, easy to talk to, professional and SO KNOWLEDGABLE! Roman walked me through the entire process, it wasn't rushed, he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and even provided information that I didn't even know I needed!

I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. He discussed all my options in great detail and ensured I understood all the various steps and overall process.

After the cold weather in February 2021, we thought there was a leak in one of our bedrooms on the third floor. We called Matt, and he thought it would be a three-week lead time before he could come out, however he was out to our house within three days.  When he arrived, he inspected the water marks and determined that it was not a pipe that had broken, rather it was a leak coming from our roof and I should call our builder.

It is nice to meet plumber who doesn't do work that is unnecessary and charge unnecessary costs. I would highly recommend that if you need plumbing work completed, you use this company .

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

Great communication, on time and friendly plumber.  He was respectful of my time and our house, took safety precautions which I appreciate.

However, can not recommend this company.  I had them do a slab leak test and diagnose a gas leak at our pool heater.  Slab leak pressure test was done as expected for $150.   I already knew where the gas leak was and pointed it out to the tech.  He informed me it would be another $150 for an hour of gas leak detection.  He proceeded to squirt soap on the union and confirm that is where the leak was.  Less than one minute of work.  I was then told if I wanted that line to be capped off it would be another $150 for another hour.  He went and shut off the gas, unhooked the line from the meter, and installed a cap to line.  All in all I paid $450... $300 of which was for two hours of gas line work that was a total of 10 minutes and $4 in parts.  I'd have been fine with $150 for finding it and an hour of remediation.  The extra $150 is excessive and implies to me they aren't interested in being fair and reasonable.  If he had to search or dig or even move anything to find the leak that would have been one thing, but I had done all the work.

We had 2 leaks under our slab and they came and rerouted the pipes in our attic!  They were reasonably priced and did a great job!  The plumbers were awesome!

I just had an estimate done. I'm sorry I didn't have the same experience as the rest of you. He came on time but gave me an estimate for $2451.  He was going to charge $600 to run 40 ft pax ( I had 50 ft copper on hand) when it costs $30. Said I needed 1/2 when it only needed 1/4 pipe.  I ended up getting the job done for $600. I felt he pushing the knowledge of an older female, or just to see how gullible I would be.

Deans has provided annual maintenance for my tankless water heater for years. Providing expert work in a very professional manner for a fair price.
This year with the great freeze I had water leaking through my ceiling from the attic after the pipes that were frozen began to thaw a bit.
Called another Plummer first to get the water shut off and determine where the leak was coming from. While he was able to determine that the water leak was in the hot water line he was unable to determine where the leak was or exactly and his repair approach was to tear apart my ceiling to find the leak.
I then called Dean, which I should of done first. They showed up within 30 minutes, which blew me away considering the demand for plumbers at the time. After a through inspection they located the source of the leak, in the tankless water heater. Based upon a through review of the problem including speaking to the manufacturer, gave me a couple of options of repair vs. purchase new unit. We chose to replace the damaged unit, and they completely installed the next day and we once again we had hot water.
They did a great job in a timely manner for a fair price.
Great company which I highly recommend for any plumbing projects.

Called right at opening in need of a water shutoff valve repair (water heater) needed fast service.  Nice gentlemen asked for photos and would call right back. I tried two times over the next four hours leaving messages to no avail. Call another local plumber, Lewisville plumbing. (See excellent review). By the time the first gentleman called back to tell me they would have to completely re plumb the entire water heater (mind you for a 4 in inline shutoff valve) Lewisville had already been out and replaced it!

UPDATE: the owner called to explain (turns out he was the one I was talking to originally and didn't return the calls)  I do appreciate him reaching out and as small business owner myself I do understand that trying to run a business and working at the same time, things sometimes get missed.  Kudos for reaching out Mike.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! It took me almost two weeks to get a hold of someone to schedule appointment after they gave me quote. After coming to fix my plumbing issues the kitchen faucet was installed backwards and someone else had to come to fix it and install correctly. The faucet in the bathroom isn't putting out water after it was fixed, so they are sending someone else out to look at it to try to fix it. I know businesses want perfect reviews on yelp but this was my experience with this company. If you put a bad review they will ask you to remove it or change it,  so they can have perfect rating.  No one is perfect. I did change my score because they did try to make it right.

Upfront, honest & to the point about $ & availability beforehand. No hidden fees or charges, no weeks of wait time. Showed up perfectly on time, very respectful, kind & professional. In approximately 1hr, we'd our brand new toilet switched out & that was that. My husband & I couldn't possibly recommend this company any more, other than saying, they've our trust & we'll be calling ONLY them next time we have plumbing issues.

I saw the reviews here and decided to give them a try. They are 2 brothers. They arrived on time and got right to work. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I had several things done, the toilet, faucet install and cartridge change and the big one was having a new disposal put in. They did a great job. I think the pricing was fair for all they did. I highly recommend these guys to any of my neighbors here in our area.

Other reviews on other sites gave them a good rating and I have to agree.  I called at 8:30 in the morning for a AC drain clog in the foundation and they arrived within the hour.  They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were honest.  They told me what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring again.  It just involved some do it yourself re-plumbing of the AC drain pipes.

This is hands down one of the best home repair experiences I've had. And who said plumbers aren't nice? Seriously, these guys are friendly, courteous, and know their stuff. In fact, it was a home inspection that revealed a leaky kitchen faucet. Anything Plumbing saved the day with their cute little shop truck! Affordable, knowledgable, and wonderful. My wife and I thank you for being so fecking awesome! Blessings!

Michael provides the most genuine, honest and professional service I have ever encountered. Plus, he is a super cool guy with a great personality. I have used him twice and have not been disappointed. You can trust Michael to not rip you off. He will not try to sell you something you don't need just to make a buck. Today, instead of trying to sell me a new water heater, he was able to clean a single valve and fix our hot water volume/pressure problem for a fraction of the price of a new water heater.
