Pablo goes far above and beyond when servicing my house. He always answers texts, and always sticks to a schedule. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he is a fantastic guy and the job is always done supremely well.

Mike and Mitchell were here today to Auger my washing machine line to prevent water leakage in my utility and kitchen.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me exactly what they were doing.   I'm very happy with the work they did.   I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for their outstanding work and price point.

I've used Rescue Air for 3 years now. They have always been prompt and polite. Signed up for their membership program and it's paid off. There have been a few things here and there that they have done to keep our old units running. One of the units went out last night and they had Andrew here before lunch time today. Andrew was clean,courteous, and polite. Once the issue was found he took me outside to show me exactly what had gone wrong. We discussed options and there was NO pressure at all. He answered every question quickly and with knowledge. New complete unit being installed tomorrow. In this Texas heat that's a life saver! Highly recommend Rescue Air and Andrew for all things AC! No words can express how grateful we are for Pure Plumbing's awesome plumber, Ryan, whom we had the pleasure of meeting today. The company was very responsive in providing exactly what we needed. We spoke with manager Jared over the phone to schedule our first appt and he was very helpful in explaining the process and letting us know what to expect. There were no surprises. When Ryan was here, he was thorough and detailed and very friendly and kind to us. We really do appreciate their customer service and down-to-earth approach and certainly wish that there were more companies and contractors around here who can operate with the same attitude and professionalism as these guys. Definitely keepers and happy to know them as our go-to plumbers!

I had some faucets and misc plumbing work to do. Jeff Burks did a great job for us today. Very personable and communicated very well. This is very refreshing. I highly recommend them.

I used this company to replace my aging sewer lines in December (50 yr old cast iron pipes). Several of my neighbors had just done theirs due to failure, so I figured it was just a matter of time for mine. They were able to reroute through my backyard and not tear up my foundation. Trench was dug in one day, all pipes placed the next. they also moved the plumbing and drain for my washing machine in the garage. The complete job was finished in 5 days, much faster than my neighbors, and knowing what $$$ they paid I feel like I got a very fair price (still a good bit of money, but these things are not cheap). As the weather warmed up my nose told me I had an issue. I called them up and they sent a tech out who confirmed my master shower drain P trap was not holding water properly. Two days later they had it all fixed up, no hassle. I mostly spoke with Christian, who was very polite and professional. So, even though I did have an issue that needed resolved after the initial installation they took care of it quickly and without argument which proves they stand behind their work (unlike a friend of mine in Arkansas who's plumber is acting the opposite). I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Staggs' plumbing customer service is terrible! They kept up charging me while the install was taking place. It started at $4,700.00 and ended at $5300.00. I told 2 different office employees I was driving halfway across the country to my new home and asked if it would be a problem if I paid them when I arrived. They both said, That's  fine, and highly suggested I use their financing. I told them I could pay cash, debit, or credit card, but they were very persistent in using the finance vendor. So I did, and again said I wouldn't be able to sign up for it for 4 days because of traveling. They said, That's fine again. They did the work and called and texted me 3 to 5 times a day for 6 days straight! Two of the days were weekend days, and the finance company wasn't open. Everytime they called, they got meaner and nastier on the phone. I paid my bill the following Monday, like I promised in the first place. I don't like being treated like a criminal, especially when it was their idea to go with their financing. The work was done shoddy, and they had to come out on Sunday and fix the new leaking water heater again. I also had mentioned a small drip leak on my washing machine, but they wouldn't fix it until I paid the bill. Go anywhere else and get better service for your money.

I had a very minor plumbing issue.  Owner came out himself.  Explained what he did as far as testing and why he tested.  He was professional, didnt speak over us.  He listened.  Fixed and was on his way.  VERY HONEST.  This was an awesome experience I must say - highly recommend!!!

Since we've got some extra time during the quarantine, putting a couple gardens in the backyard seemed like a great way to do something productive to pass time. It would've been extremely difficult with a broken backyard faucet. Thanks for being open and coming to our rescue during the covid-19 pandemic. Jason, was quick reply to my request to fix our outdoor faucet. He took his time and helped me understand how to make repairs if I ever had an issue with the faucet in the future.

Used Absolute Plumbing for the first time this week after being recommended to me by a trusted source. I had a tub/shower spout replaced that was initially installed incorrectly by another company. Steven did a great job coming up with a solution and fixing the problem at a very reasonable price. The two folks (one a trainee) both wore masks, were very pleasant, and prompt in arriving. Setting up the appointment was a pleasure due to the friendliness, concern and follow up activities of the front office person. I wish I had known about this company years ago.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

Stan came out and swapped out my garbage disposal quickly and it works perfectly. Took care of a few other things as well. Definitely would recommend working with him!

Had kitchen sink issues and decided to turn to Yelp for advice.  Found Mike Pelayo, and what a find he is!  He arrived early, was totally professional, explained what he was doing and why,  He tried the easy fix hoping that might do the trick, but then went to serious work snaking across the house.  The price he charged seemed fair, but I don't know what's fair since this is my first house and first plumber.  If there is a negative, it is only that he doesn't take credit cards -- but he was perfectly willing to leave me a bill to pay when you can.  He is a genuine good guy who I would recommend to anyone

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.
