Legacy Plumbing for the win again! I use them at my own house so when it came time for a water heater repair at my Dad's they were my first call. The office staff was super responsive and worked hard to get me scheduled. When Matthew and Andre showed up it was just as scheduled and they got straight to work diagnosing the problem and coming up with solutions. Once we had a plan they went to work. So personable and professional. My Dad and I really enjoyed working with them and we knew our job was done right. Worth every penny!

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

Best plumbing experience EVER!!!  Great communication from the front office ladies but best of all.... the men who worked at my house - Rafael and Russell, were AMAZING!!!!  They were very knowledgeable, professional, neat and friendly.  Schrader is lucky to have both of these young men as employees !!!!!

Until recently, I would rate Staggs Plumbing with five stars. They have done several jobs for me and I used to be impressed. Their employees do not stand behind their work a day over the one year warranty verbally discussed, and a previous repair was quoted at a much higher rate. In addition, after they left from the most recent job, I noticed a stud was missing from my wall. None of the three Staggs employees who were in my home talked to me about this before doing so, they just did it. Their office schedulers are great to work with, as are some of their plumbers; the problem for me is if I cannot trust all of their employees, I will not hire or recommend them moving forward.

The plumber, Bryan, who came to our home was very polite, and more importantly he did the job quickly which was important since labor is paid for by the hour. He over estimated how much it would cost to complete the repair, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a lower bill than expected and also showed integrity. I would definitely recommend Absolute Plumbing.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

BillyGo is a NO GO. STAY AWAY !! Choose someone trustworthy! They say NO FEES, FREE consultation & fraudulently charge you $120 anyways, such a SCAM.

The tech comes over & gives me a quote to fix the AC for $4000+ to put some freon in + $400+ charge for diagnosis & $120 trip charge. I told him I was advised no fees unless I decide to pursue further, he said that I was misadvised. After a mini argument, I reluctantly paid the $120 & the tech was kind enough to not charge me any other fees.

All I'm saying is do not fool the customer-just be honest & disclose all fees & charges upfront. Cheap marketing tactics will only give your customer a bad experience & leave you with a bad yelp review & you lose potential customers in the future. Integrity is key.

Had them replace a garbage disposer last month after mine died. Fast and courteous. I would use them again.

After leaving several messages on their voicemail they finally called me back. Was looking to get an inspection on our foundation after we had foundation repair. Was told they would do a free inspection. The company that did our foundation repair had their guys do an inspection but they really didn't do any thing. The plumber came out and didn't even know what he was there for. The secretary was suppose to email me so I could send the emails we got from the foundation company. She never did. Told the plumber what the emails were and he quoted me a price with out looking at any thing. Complete waste of our time. Should of known they were worthless with how they returned phone calls.

Mike and Ryan cleared a clogged toilet after I did everything that I could to fix the issue. While fixing the issue, they educated me in what I could do to make sure the problem doesn't persist. They were both very professional and efficient and took care of the issue.

Do not waste your time with this company.  I called to schedule a sewer clean out and was quoted $197 for a cash discounted price. I was given a time frame of 10am-12pm for arrival. Come 1:30pm no word from the plumber. I called and texted, no response. At 4:30 the plumber texts to say he 'got stuck at a previous job and his phone died'. He says he can come by between 6-8pm to perform the work. Needless to say I am sceptical at this point. It is now 9pm and still no plumber. No call and no show. This is not a professional company that honors it's word. Do what I will be doing and find a reputable place to take your business.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

Professional technicians but the hour they were here they changed out one outdoor faucet and charged my wife $450. Not an emergency call, just standard charge. Ridiculous!
