Really professional and affordable plumber. Fixed a broken faucet for us and even arrived early.  Very good work and super friendly service.  Would recommend to everyone.

Before calling a plumber, I first researched all of the most rated and highly reviewed plumbers on Yelp.  I went to each site and filled out their contact form.  Legacy was he ONLY ONE to contact me, and they contacted me that afternoon after 5 o'clock.  I told the lady from Legacy, Ashley, the problems that I had explained on the web form.  She informed me that she would speak with the master plumber and contact me back.  The problems I needed addressed were: reseal toilet - water was coming up from underneath sometimes when it was flushed, the bathroom sink would leak when it drained from behind the wall  - I could see the soap suds coming from the wall, and when I moved a picture on the opposite side of the wall, I could see bubbling in the paint.  

She called me back and quoted up to and/or around $555 for the work I had described, but they wouldn't know until they got there to look at the pipes.  She was very up front about everything, and set my expectations well. I knew going into this that there could have been more work needed, and I appreciated her honesty.  She booked us for 12:30 the next Friday at my request (2 days later).

On Friday Wayne and Lee called to let me know they were ahead of schedule at 10:30am, and that they were on their way to my house - which was perfect for me - my mother was home. I was at work (but I could be there in 20 mins if necessary), so Wayne told me he would take a look at everything and call me when I was really needed to go over any additional work (this was incredibly convenient for me!).  He informed me that he would have to open the wall, and let me know beforehand they do not repair drywall (which I understood over the phone with Ashley).  He reviewed everything and called me back to let me know there was water leaking from the sink (which I knew), but there was also water leaking from the toilet under the house, which I feared.  Also, whoever previously sealed the toilet did it wrong, and they pipe had cracked, so it wasn't a standard reseal - the pipe would have to be replaced.  The additional cost ended up being around $300 extra than what was quoted over the phone, but I had no idea the scope of the work needed to be done.  Also, Wayne offered to take photos under the house with my camera to show the water damage.  

He also made recommendations for replacing the toilet b/c ours had parts rusting on the inside, and it would probably cost more in labor and parts to replace it than it would to replace the whole toilet later on.  He even offered to follow me to Home Depot, and put it on the truck, and install it, with no additional service cost (HOW FREAKIN' COOL IS THAT?!?).  

The new toilet has been in for about a week now, and we've had no problems.  The drain in the sink is working better than it ever has before, and there is no water coming through the floor or wall.  Wayne and Lee were both very nice, professional guys, and I've already recommended Legacy Plumbing to a friend at work.  I felt very comfortable with them in my home, and I did not feel pressured into getting additional services, or felt like they recommended any unnecessary work.  They explained everything to me and encouraged me to ask questions if I didn't understand any of the work they were doing.  They sat plastics down before going under the house, and they cleaned up the area where they had to cut out dry wall.  I am extremely happy with the service from Legacy Plumbing, and I would HIGHLY recommend using them.

Really had a good experience with them.  The response time was excellent. All of the notifications were super helpful. I've had so many other companies not show at all or come unexpectedly.  There's guys were great. Once they arrived, they were fast, clearly laid out the issues, the price and what needed to be done. No haggling at all. Would definitely use them again

What would you want in a plumbing contractor?  Quick service, pleasant and professional, knowledgeable and of course competitive.  Well this company covers it all.  This will definitely be my go-to plumbing service in the future.  Very impressed.  Thanks Jillian and Bobby.

Joe Kronenwetter came out and inspected our hvac unit. We knew it needed cleaning, but we didn't know about all the little preventative measures we could take to prevent hefty cleaning bills in the future. He was friendly and informative and I'm happy to add rescue air to our growing list of vendors for home needs.

Matt's amazing responsiveness helped make our very nerve-racking burst pipe situation as bearable as could be.  In ten years of living in Uptown Dallas, we have never found a plumber we liked-- until now.  Matt's company had great communication-- even during the 2021freeze of the century when most plumbers didn't even return calls. They were reliable, and priced right.  He sent out Dalton, who was a pleasure to have in our home and was super quick and efficient.  We have finally found the best plumbing company ever!

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. They say in their Ad that they serve the Royal and Inwood area in Dallas but when you call there Number they will tell you that they don't serve that area - only the Fort Worth area- so don't call if you live in Dallas

Perfect.  New Delta Artic Stainless kitchen faucet & Cadillac of garbage disposals, Insinkerator 3/4 HP.  Randy took my call, and had his guys out Junior on a Friday afternoon.  They called and said we are on the way.  They did the faucet and disposal (and new soap dispenser) in about an hour.  They checked the lines, tubing and copper.  Decent price, nice guys, and quick and clean.  Randy must run a good business.  Easy pay right on a tablet.  This is how home services are supposed to work.

Shower water was not hot enough. Blue quickly found the problem and fixed it. Awesome customer service! Amanda followed up to confirm the appointment and sent a 30 minute notice. The initial 2 hour appointment window was also helpful. Blue arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I was getting a rental ready for tenants and had a tiny gas leak in the water heater.  Dean's Plumbing came out, evaluated the situation, and identified that the existing water heater was rusting inside and causing the sinks to also clog due to the pieces of metal.  We ended up buying a new water heater.  We felt it was a fair price, and the workmanship was incredible.  I feel more comfortable now knowing there is a solid water heater installed.  I now have a sewer issue and will be calling Dean's to repair that given the work they did with the water heater.

I purchased a new washer/dryer and the delivery people said I needed a plumber to repair my faucet to connect my washer.  I called Absolute Plumbing and they worked me in which was great.  The plumber said I didn't need to repair the faucet, connected my washer and did what he needed to do to get it running.  The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and was done in no time.  This was great and honest customer service at it's best!  I will be using Absolute Plumbing for any other needs and would recommend this company to anyone.

Daniel came to our house earlier today to replace a hot water circulation pump.  He was extremely professional, on time, and very knowledgeable when I asked him questions. I would highly recommend him and Black tie plumbing.

He responded quickly to our message and originally said he could come first thing in the morning.  Since the clog was in our mainline, we asked if he was able to come out that day and he was at our house within an hour to unclog our mainline.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a service today. Pelayo is very honest and professional he was here at my home for 40 minutes he found out that the leak was under my bath tub it needs to take out the tub in order to fix it.  We are in the process of remodeling the bath room. My husband decided one person to do the work. Micheal.did not charge us for anything he said he did not fix anything.  I cannot believe it that there's company like Pelayo in this days that is not only after money.  Thanks Micheal. I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to scope the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money.
He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least.

I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

Said it would cost $50 to come out to do an estimate. Said if I explained it to him he might be able to get a better estimate or maybe something small that I could do myself.

After I explained it to him, he asked a few question and said sound you can do this yourself already.  So he told me to give it a try and fix it then call him back if it's something else.

What a guy! I would give him 6 stars if there is such a thing.
