Best Heater Installation in Dallas TX

Hired to replace an ancient toilet, I'm completely satisfied with the experience.  Up front pricing,  meticulous about keeping the workspace clean and offered reasonable options to rectify an issue that was discovered. Great communication via Yelp,  confirmed appointment 24 hours prior, and was a pleasure to deal with.   I highly recommend without any reservations.

I called around 12 pm because my hot water heater started leaking. They gave me an estimate over to phone and scheduled service between 2 and 5. They called at 1 to tell me that they are 30 minutes out. In about 3 hours Sam and Logan did a fantastic job on replacing my difficult hot water heater. Both men were very professional and courteous. Could not be happier with the service. Will recommend to my friends.

Honestly idk how this place has so many positive reviews. Super shady responses when asked for estimates unclear responses and adamant about getting there and giving you a estimate. Emergency appointments (same day)  get charged $150 more when you could have really came the same day but you wanted to up charge and prey on the needy. Shame on you. After that I decided not to go with them , if I can't get clear answers right away that's a dead giveaway not to use them.

Called Rescue Air after our furnace was not starting up. They came out within a couple hours on a saturday. Dean took a look at everything and determined that it was a possible electrical issue. I called an electrician, he came out and fixed the voltage problem. I called Rescue Air back and they came right back to figure out the furnace problem. Dean showed me that my blower was bad and that it would be recommended that a new furnace would likely be needed as well.
They came out Monday and installed the furnace pretty quickly and we had heat again. Rescue Air made sure that I understood all the work and gave me a fair quote. Thanks!

They were able to come out and help us unclog our kitchen sink the next day. Arrived at the agreed time window. Very nice, knowledgeable and courteous service. They also helped us rearrange our weird piping under the sink. They take cards (via Square), Zelle and Venmo. Will ask for their help again if another plumbing problem arises~

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

Thank you to Eli, Star, and the dig crew for doing great work replacing the line from our house to the street. Big job (at least for us) well done. Eli was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgeable and conscientious in every regard.  And Star in the office, courteous and ever-efficient scheduling and organizing the bunch of moving parts involved in a job like this.

And the dig grew dug (and filled) like hella!

Randy and his men installed 4 Toto toilets (to replace 4  27 yr old toilets) and did an excellent job. The mounting flange on one toilet was broken and the others had several other issues.  They corrected all the problems, checked the remainder of my plumbing, water softener, water heaters, etc.  Couldn't have been happier

We called them because our bathtub leaked. They were very professional and actually gave us tips in our free estimate for how to do the work on our own for much less than their estimate! They have integrity and honesty - qualities that are rare to find these days.

Found Dean's plumbing on yelp 2 years ago and have been using them ever since. That first call was late at night on a Saturday and Wade came out and took great care of us with a great attitude for having to respond to that late night call. Since then Ronnie and his team have replaced the drain elbow in my shower, and most recently changed out and fitted 2 water heaters for me. The guys are always straightforward, honest, and professional. They also completed all jobs in the time frame they quoted! I keep there number in my cell and it is the only one i call when we have any plumbing issues. Hope this review is helpful when making your choice..

This is a follow up to service we received from Absolute Plumbing about 3 years ago. We had two hot water heaters in our garage for our two story home. One unit started rattling and making crazy noises.

We called Absolute Plumbing and steeled ourselves for cost of replacing the probably broken hot water heater. The owner came out and agreed that it was broken. He asked us if we were having any problems with running out of hot water during showers or daily use. We realized that we haven't had any problems, even with a household of 4. He recommended that we just toss the broken water heater, live with the one good water heater and wait for prices on the fancy new water heaters to come down. He explained these units were getting more affordable. He said the good unit could last months or years. Best scenario, it would last at least two more years.

Well... the lonely hot water heater is still holding up. I'll be sure to call Absolute Plumbing when it goes out. Looking back on the service we received, they didn't land any big sales on a new unit that day but were looking out for our best interest. You just don't see that often.

It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Total package rock stars.  They do everything from tunneling under commercial buildings to replace old sewer lines to service calls (I hear they are even working on 24 hour service for those terrible emergencies).  Great guys that will take the time to explain whats going on if you want, or just get in there and get it done.  Competitively priced, but absolute top notch speed and performance.

New toilet installation and old toilet haul away was the service I requested from Rely Master Gas and Plumbing.

Very responsive via Yelp messaging and the only plumbing service that actually replied with an estimate and not an automated response to call or email someone to get an estimate/response. Also provided an estimate with/without them supplying a toilet.

Once I supplied my own toilet the work was scheduled, a couple guys came out and installed the toilet. They were careful around the house and even rolled up our runner and put it back to ensure no water or anything from the toilet dripped down.

Will definitely use again for plumbing services.

A good outfit. They are reliable and do good work. They are my first call. Explain what it is you need fixed when you call.

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.
